This place is strategic and near to Bukit Bintang, Stadium Merdeka and 118 Tower.

The parking ramp is too tight. At first, I booked a studio room with two beds. However, the staff told us that he wanted to upgrade our room to a bigger one, changing it from Casa Residence to Casa Mutiara. When we arrived at the room, there was only one queen bed and a sofa. Because of this, I had to sleep on the sofa. Regarding the parking, another guest took over my assigned parking space. I contacted the person in charge, but he replied quite late. I was really worried that my car might get clamped. I even had to change my parking at 2:00 a.m. because I was so worried about it. The person in charge of Casa Residence was quite helpful and provided good service, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the person in charge of Casa Mutiara. I was quite disappointed with his service and the way the parking issue was handled. I would not choose to stay at this place again.

It's just ok - Facilities: pool was closed on Monday. The mentioned gym and pool do exist, but it is deserted, backroom vibes I guess - Bed: Bed had some bumps, if you're particular about this, then it might not be good to stay here - Sofa: Found a mite on the sofa - TV: There is a TV, but you have to log in to your own Netflix/Streaming apps - Area: Slightly sketchy i.e. low lights, near rundown housings, but I probably just felt unsafe as woman too. Actually 10 mins ish walk to the LRT because the road is on a hill so you have to climb it a bit. Unfortunately during my time, there was an event going on so there was loud noises from outside. - When you arrive at the location, you were brought to a different apartment, so it was unclear location. Though, previous reviewer did mention this.

Amazing location, gorgeous apartment with city views and really comfy bed. Nice shower and building is lovely aswell. The host was really helpful, and moved our room when we complained about the noise.

There was a festival taking place outside the hotel during our stay which was incredibly loud, some prior warning of this would’ve been appreciated

Good location and value for money. Clean and tidy. I was allowed a very late check in at 11:30PM. I appreciated this.

It was very difficult to communicate with the property initially. The contact phone number did not respond. First I wanted to leave my bags before check-in.... no response despite several messages. Later I wanted to report a late check in .... no response from the provided phone number and I tried several other numbers without success. One number eventually found my booking and referred to a responsive phone contact. Also I was booked for the Couple Suite but was booked in to the Studio Apartment? ..... no microwave oven was available although it was listed and was one reason I booked the room.

Mi experiencia con este alojamiento fue muy decepcionante. Primero reservamos una vez y, al llegar, nos informaron de que la habitación tenía un problema, por lo que nos reubicaron en otro hotel cercano. Aun así, decidimos volver a reservar con ellos porque queríamos quedarnos más tiempo en Kuala Lumpur y era la opción más económica y cercana. Para nuestra sorpresa, esta vez nos cobraron prácticamente el doble por supuestos impuestos y tasas de limpieza, algo que solo aparece en letra pequeña y que no habíamos visto antes en Booking. Intentamos contactar con ellos para cancelar o aclarar lo ocurrido, pero no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta. Para no perder el dinero, finalmente nos quedamos los dos días. Las instalaciones eran muy básicas y la habitación pequeña, aunque al menos estaba limpia y tenía aire acondicionado y televisión. No volvería a reservar con ellos. Da la sensación de que aprovechan cualquier extra para cobrar más, pero luego no responden cuando surge un problema. Además, la piscina está en una quinta planta, sin vistas reales a la ciudad, así que no esperes una piscina infinity como las de las fotos.

Good location, it was only 7 minutes walking to night market. Staff is very friendly and always can help you. Also they give a lot of useful information about hotel and restaurant around. There is also swimming pool. Smimming pool is about 140-150 cm deep and water is not very warm (feels like 23-24°C, but I didn't measured it). It is good to swim during the day, but at evening could be a little bit cold.

The location was perfect but just make sure you get a room away from the railway tracks as that side of the building can get quite noisy.

I would have liked to have a safe in the room and maybe better quality towels but apart from that everything was great.

Such wonderful place for a digital nomad! The condo have everything: a plate, microwave, iron, hot water, balcony! If I ever go to KL, I will definitely book it again!

La habitación triple tenia una cama matrimonial que estaba bien y una individual que estaba muy gastado el colchón. La habitacion contaba con aire acondicionado y ventilador.

Para bañarse con agua caliente habia que activar una tecla y esperar unos minutos para que caliente.

Die Aussicht war mega schön, Lage zentral, Pool war auch vorhanden und gross, Zimmer gross inkl. kleiner Küche.

Das Check-In war bisschen kompliziert, dass wir schlussendlich irgendwie 20min vor der Tür warten mussten, weil der Security von uns ein QR-Code benötigte, welchen wir auf Eigeninitiative vom Vermieter verlangen mussten. Das ging alles ein bisschen lange, danach war der Vermieter aber gut erreichbar.

The property was in a good location , about a 20 min walk to China town and the main night market. The room was spacious enough and it was nice to have a water filter so we didn’t have to buy bottled water. The fridge was handy. The bed was very comfortable and we had two pillows each.

We were excited to have use of a pool but there were only 6 beds for an absolutely huge building. The lifts were absolutely terrible , they skipped our floor about 4 times before stopping so you had to wait a while each time you entered or left the building , one also broke for 24hours which only made the process longer

最初案内してくれた人があまりにも無愛想なので、こわかったです。このシニア女が後ろでスーツケース引きずっているのに待ってもくれずすたすた先を行く。ID照合もまるで警察のような感じでした。部屋の引き出しの中に汚いTシャツがおきっぱなしにしてあったので、電話し即座に始末していただくようお願いしまた。2日目あたりからゴキブリを目にするようになりました。 ｔｖはそこにあるだけ。インターネット番組は見れるようですが、テレビはつながっていません。部屋の照明が暗め。

I thought it was a flat but it was a room with ensuite. Not bigger than hotels rooms I stayed. There is a swimming pool but I saw cigarette buds floating so didn't swim. Other facilities like sauna wasn't working and the whole area was not managed but that's a separate management issue that these shiny condos have in common. This has nothing to do with the room.

Logement indépendant très bien situé avec une vue incroyable depuis la piscine sur la tour merdeka 118.

Une voie ferré juste à côté et donc ont entend toute les 5-10 minutes le métro ou train qui passe (surtout entre 6h et 8h du matin).

Warning: the managers of this establishment are scammers. A complaint is currently being filed with various authorities because we decided not to let this go. The studio we were given to had a very annoying air conditioning defect and was not the advertised size, nor was the bed. We were given a suitable studio for our last of the three nights we stayed, and then filed a complaint upon our return with Booking.com as well as directly with the establishment. We had to explain the situation to the establishment several times via messaging, but they somehow pretended not to understand. We followed up about ten times to get clear answers and some form of compensation. After weeks of wasted time, this establishment simply ignored our messages. These people don't care about tourists; they have no respect, are cowards, and think they can get away with anything in their country, while we have now returned to France. As for Booking.com, they're being lax and dragging their feet, claiming the establishment isn't even responding to them. What impunity... But they'll end up regretting their behavior.

We were fortunately upgraded to a bigger accommodation within the building - this was very spacious and included a washing machine. The host provided us with plenty of information on arrival, including a whatsapp number - they were very responsive when we had any queries and always helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and had good air conditioning. Facilities in the building such as pool and gym were of good quality too.

The room smelt of smoke from previous guests, which passed after a while of sitting in the room, but was noticeable upon returning. Slightly less clean in a few small areas, but largely clean.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The filth of Casablanca is mirrored in this hotel’s own standards. The room was dirty, the electrics unsafe, lights flickering, and switches working only at random. Noise is relentless. The hotel sits on a busy street with single-glazed windows full of gaps, so sleep is impossible. The elevator feels like a death trap, bouncing and jerking as if it could collapse at any moment. To make things worse, they refused to let my partner stay with me in a double bed because the room was “for one person only,” even though booking a second room cost $7 less than the first. The manager himself admitted the rule was crazy but still refused to resolve it. That sums up their attitude perfectly—no sense of hospitality, no interest in guests, just petty rules and indifference. The staff were rude and dismissive, even interrupting my partner and me mid-conversation in the cafeteria. Every aspect of this place screams neglect and incompetence. It’s cheap for a reason—your safety, comfort, and sanity aren’t included.

location is not bad, 15 min from chinatown. i really enjoyed the swinging pool with the view. Check in and check out was easy.

Bed bug infestation; I was bitten all over, making it almost impossible to sleep, so I didn't renew my stay. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi is so slow that I had to use my phone's data. Also, the drinking water is supplied by a filter cartridge that isn't replaced; you can see the black stains from the bacterial colonies.

Wi-Fiが壊れていて、スタッフに伝えたら確認に行くと言ったのに来ない。2日目からは連絡を無視された。宿泊していた3日間全てWi-Fiなし。 3日間宿泊しているのにタオルは2枚。交換してくれない。 オッサンの汗みたいな臭いで部屋が臭い。トコジラミの死骸のようなものがロールカーテンについていた。

I had a comfortable stay in the studio room, perfect for a solo traveller. The location is excellent, short waking distance to monorail “Hang Tuah”, Jalan Alor food street and Bukit Bintang. There is a supermarket and 7 eleven close by and the pool was refreshing after a hot day sightseeing.

There is a little noise from nearby guests but easily fixed with the main door closed. The bathroom has a roof leak, which required mopping up the floor everyday with a towel. Because of the leak, the ceiling of the bathroom has mould. This didn’t bother me much, but could other guests. As I was staying longer than 4 days, the apartment got cleaned. I appreciate the thought but this wasn’t communicated well, with cleaners arriving without prior notice.
