Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Man konnte kommen und gehen 24/7. Gäste konnte man ohne hinterfragen mit auf das,Zimmer nehmen. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit on allen Fragen. Die Lage war sehr zentral und sehr gut an Verkehrsmitteln gelegen.
Ich hätte mir öfters eine Reinigung gewünscht. Vielleicht musste man das Servicepersonal gesondert ansprechen. Einen Wasserkocher zum Zubereiten von Tee oder Kaffee hat mir sehr gefehlt.

Reviewed May 20, 2026For the price and what we get is pretty worthy. Location is great. A lot of food outlet nearby. LRT station is in a walkable distance.
If you happen to get the room which is facing the road, be prepared for the bike noise. All those "Mat Rempits" are almost our every night making noise.

Pokój w którym byłem nie miał okien i był bardzo wilgotny. Prysznic nie jest oddzielony od reszty łazienki przez co papier i toaleta jest mokra po prysznicu. Za obiekt zapłaciłem około 160 MYR i nie był on warty swojej ceny- podejrzewam że wynikała ona z długiego weekendu. Pokój poza zmianą ręczników i pościeli nie był sprzątany- na podłodze było pełno włosów jakby podłoga nie widziała odkurzacza bardzo długo. W pokoju było również kilka komarów, które po wybiciu ponownie się pojawiały niewiadomo skąd. Dodatkowo pokój był bardzo mały. Gdybym przyjechał z walizką mógłbym mieć problem z przejściem.

There is no refrigerator in the room. If your mobile phone charger has a pin-type connector, you will need to buy an adapter because neither the room nor the reception provides them. Thank you team / Subaha / Selvie

Despite saying they have sound proofing… the windows aren’t double glazed and the road noise was intense. Barely slept. If you want to sleep I’d suggest requesting a room with no window and quiet.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026I had to change room 3 times because there was cockroaches in my bed. Even in the last room I got put in there was a dead one on the side of the bed. I asked for a refund considering I did not get into bed until 4am and they said they could do nothing about it. It does not feel clean and the staff were not helpful.

Couldnt sleep due to large groups of motorbikes up and down street with very loud exhaust pipes from midnight till about 5am. Complained and was told this is a problem in Kuala Lumpur but nothing they can do about it. I was. In a room facing street so do not recommend a room facing street at all.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Clean, good wifi also in the room; hot water, comfortable bed and pillows; nice stuff, iron machine and hair dryer available in the room; close to city center; close to pudu sentral (to go to the airport), many restaurants and shops in 5min walk; right in front of one of the nicest mosques (it is a turistic area); 7/11 open 24h next to hotel; the police comes at night to check the area to make sure it is safe; water dispenser (cold and hot), instant coffee and tea available at the reception; 2 elevators (i never had to wait more than 1 min to use it).
No window (but they have rooms with windows too); Water pressure- not very good The coffee is at the reception and the water dispenser is on the floor where your room is (a bit inconvenient)- an idea of improvement would be to have coffee/tea on the floor where guests stay

I am regular guest (3-4 times in a month i booked swing & pillows dataran merdeka for get best rest after work), but its hurt me. A girl (Alia) looks like not welcome's me to stay. It was i demanding a clean towel and room near window (i pay extra) every time i stay. But she does bad behaviour toward me. Orang melayu panggil BIADAP!

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025The room is comfortable. Had everything I need, a towel, water boiler, and hot water for shower. Outside the corridor there is a water dispenser. The location is perfect, with a temporary parking lane in front of the hotel which allows grab taxi driver to pick me up.
There is some trash in the drawer. Looks like it's from the ex-resident. I reported that to the counter and the staff was kind and willing to take care of it.

Incomplete I used to stay there before It os complete with electric kettle That day No electric kettel (i am kind of that like to.stay inside the room, i dont like to go out to take out hot water) Its happen before i ever stay other hotel but the iron area is outside.. I dont like When i 1st stay at your hotel everything is inside the room Then after a few times stay The rule change Im very disappointed Hopefully the next time i stay Can i request for electric kettle ya No iron board

Very small room, very small bathroom and very smelly when we enter the room like fungus smell..... so dusty wall, no parking and we need pay parking via touch n go.....and it was rm3/hour.....i paid rm36/ 12 hr....very noisy and not sound proof.
