Niagara Falls BNB 15 mins away from Falls

It had enough rooms for my party.

Bathrooms need some TLC .

It was very clean, the mini fridge in the room was very useful and having access to a microwave allowed us to bring our own food and save on eating out. There is a big closet and the room had its own bathroom attached. The family is very nice, and the cats are the most friendly, outgoing, and soft cats I've ever met! The price was the best of everywhere we looked, and it's only a 15-20 min easy drive to Niagara attractions. The house is located in a very safe area, and the room was very well air conditioned. This was my first time ever staying at a BnB as opposed to a hotel, so I was a bit wary of what to expect, but it was truly a wonderful stay! I also saw another review mention this and want to reiterate it: you don't have to choose the extra add on that Booking.com has the option for to get parking, because it has free parking there even without the add on, it's just a way for Booking to try to get more money. 10/10 would recommend and stay there again!

The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, only about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls, making it a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

It's really nice and new apartment, host is very friendly and responsive and of course helpful too.

Its a basement apartment under people who walks above your head. The room was freezing cold and there were no way of changing it.

It wasn't mentioned that they have a pet in the house. The host had two pet Cats roaming everywhere. I am not a fan of Cat. At least, it should have been mentioned. Knowing that I would have been prepared to deal with Cat around me. However, they are nice host.

The fact I wasn't informed that there is Cat in the premises really got me worried.

There was no smoke detector in the place for for basement apartment. It was very cold as the AC was controlled from the main level. It was also called out to be Allergy free but there was a cat upstairs which traveled through the ducts downstairs. Some ducts had no covers.My son's and Spouse are all Allergic which made the stay a bit un comfortable

the only issue was likely with Booking.com. I could have paid the $68 base price but chose the $76 that provided free parking and early check in at 1:00. When I asked about early check in I was told it could not be guaranteed and that parking was always free. They did contact when the room was ready and it was ready early but not because of the higher rate you charged. No big deal but as you can see that was the only hiccup. They were more than accomodating and responsive

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and we appreciate the good service. We would be happy to come back again

We always bring our own breakfast and our own coffee. One morning we were short on coffee cream and it was available for us. The family there owns two beautiful friendly cats. We had use of a small refrigerator in the room. The bedrooms have soundproofing wall to wall rugs. It is a habit for the house lady to start preparing the family meals during the night. The odour of food prep and spices did not bother us. Our bathroom was clean and we had enough towels. All members of the family there are very quiet, discrete and friendly.

We had difficulty with intense air fresheners as it irritates sinuses and lungs. The rug in the room needs shampooing. The cats and carpeting can be a concern for others. The house is kept very warm but it was possible to sleep with open window and we were given an extra blanket.

The room could use some paint and the carpets need cleaning.

This was such a great location for a more affordable visit to Niagara - if you are self-driving it makes total sense. As we were there a bit out of season there is TONS of parking close to the Skylon Tower, the Falls and the attractions such as Clifton Park in town, so there's no need to stay in the middle of town.

Wir haben unseren Gastgeber nicht getroffen, dafür aber seinen Frau und seinen Vater, die beide sehr freundlich waren. Es gab eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche.

Wir hatten die beiden Zimmer im Souterrain für unsere 3-Köpfige Familie. Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad. Die Bäder sollten inzwischen unbedingt renoviert werden. In allen Ecken gab es Flecken, aufgequollenes Holz und in einem Bad hing der Spiegel nur noch schief an der Wand. Wir hatten vielleicht eine etwas andere Erwartung und waren deswegen doch recht enttäuscht. Unsere Zimmer waren im Keller, die Decken niedrig und es gab nur kleine Kellerfenster. Es fühlte sich nicht gut an. Die Klimatisierung des Hauses war ungewöhnlich. Es gab Lüftungsschlitze in der Decke nach oben, durch die die Kalte Luft der Klimatisierung oben, nach unten kam. Manche der Löcher waren auch mit Gittern abgedeckt, nicht alle. Die Klimatisierung führt dazu, dass wir bei 34° C Außentemperatur unten im Keller einen Heizlüfter zur Verfügung hatten, ohne den es unangenehm kalt war. Das ganze Haus war sehr hellhörig, so dass wir Gespräche oben bis mitten in die Nacht mit anhören konnten (und mussten). Es gab in der zweiten Nacht eine Schlägerei im oberen Geschoss. Der Gastgeber kann zwar nichts für seine Gäste, aber ich fand es sehr unangenehm, zumal wir den Bereich nach oben nicht absperren konnten. Die einzelnen Zimmer waren allerdings verschließbar. Wir sind eine Nacht früher abgereist als geplant. Ich würde es eher in die Kategorie Backpacker einordnen und für einen Urlaub mit der Familie nicht empfehlen. Über die weiteren Zimmer, die nicht im Keller sind, kann ich nichts sagen. Vielleicht sind die prima.

That this room had an ensuite and a walk in where we could put our luggage. It had a lock on the door and very cute cats.

Floor in bedroom wasn't the cleanest however the bathroom and my linen were spotless and bed was comfortable.

L’annonce n’était pas clair. Je m’attendais a avoir réserver une chambre double avec des lits queens et salle de bain privative. A notre arrivée, c’était une chambre simple avec salle de bain privative et un lit queen. Nous aurions appréciés qu’il soit mentionné qu’il y a du tapis mur a mur dans la chambre et qu’il y a un chat qui se promène dans la maison. Mais l’hôte , nous a re localiser et offert une chambre sans tapis (plancher flottant , mieux), et sans chat ! Au sous sol , mais confortable.

La tranquillité, la proximité avec Niagara falls

La stanza prenotata si trova all'interno della casa e l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita e silenziosa. I due proprietari sono stati super gentili e ci hanno permesso di usare la cucina. La casa di trova davvero a 15 min dalle Niagara Falls per cui molto comodo.

The house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The room is nice, clean and comfortable.

We felt a bit uncomfortable when cooking in the private kitchen of the family while they were watching TV or chatting in the living room... We thought there would be a separate kitchen just for the guests. But they were really nice people. The AC is centrally controlled (I suppose) so you can't adjust the temperature in your room, which for me was a bit cold.

Very well-located for a trip to Niagara Falls. Friendly hosts and clean facilities in a quiet neighborhood.

The faucet for the shower in the attached bathroom did not fully turn off water to the tub, but this issue was minor and the shower was still usable.

It was close to the niagara Falls and located in a nice suburbian area.

Very spacious room with private bathroom, clean and tidy, free parking, access to shared kitchen that was well equipped and most polite hosts and most importantly 2 furry babies (kitties) welcoming us anytime we walked downstairs !

Unfortunately, the room and kitchen are in the basement. It's true that one just sleeps there, and one does not live 24/7, but it had an effect on me. And it would be nice if you welcome the hosts even for 1 minute if you are at home ;-)

Location. It is a recent housing development so the area is rather "sterile". Close to the falls and lesser "sterile" spots.

I wasn't aware that the owners have cats. I therefore had to leave after one night. The owners quickly and kindly offered a refund for the two nights that I didn't stay. Something they didn't have to do as per the contract. Be aware that the shared spaces are also the private spaces of the family (kitchen and living)

Fortunately someone was home and let me in, when he heard me trying the door. Otherwise I would have had to go elsewhere for the night. I was given a code for the front door, but I couldn't find any place to enter the code. It turned out that the black glass backplate for the doorknob was a touch screen, but that would never have occurred to me. Ideally this information would be sent along with the door code, prior to arrival, but even a sign 'touch screen' on masking tape would be better than nothing. Once I was in the house, I had no complaints.

I recently stayed at this lovely B&B, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The value for money is exceptional—especially given the quality of service and amenities offered. The location is perfect, just a short drive from Niagara Falls, making it easy to explore the attractions while still enjoying a peaceful rest. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The hostess was incredibly welcoming.

Nice house, welcoming, parking on front, everything was very clean, lot of space, fridge, pretty close to the falls, nice neighborhood.

Location was good. Cleanliness was really good.

• No drinking glasses for water. • Towels were cheap, thin and small. • Schoolbus parked in driveway. • We were not expecting the room to be on the upper floor of a single family home that was fully occupied by the owning family.

The accommodations where fine, first rate.

I didn't realize a crying baby and weak, if any, internet connection was going to be an issue. They had a birthday party for the child and they turned off the internet so the other children wouldn't be on-line for this event... There were people coming and going all day, so bad timing for me. I stayed in my room and did crossword puzzles. There was no reason to stay the full time there and I left early.

This is a perfect place when you want to visit the Falls on a budget - great value for money, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the location is much closer to all of the attractions than we had anticipated it would be. As a bonus there are two cute cats in the house which are very friendly and say hello upon arrival. There are good restaurants nearby, we went to a Vietnamese pho place for dinner and loved it.

This is a great place, comfortable, quiet, and centrally located to easily explore the Niagara region. We stayed for a week and were able to see and do so much.

If the owners aren't there it can be mildly confusing to get situated.

Room upstairs, would have been good to know further in advance. I wouldn't have had to carry so many things upstairs. TV, no antnna, no cable, no satellite = No TV No mention of Breakfast.

The unit was very spacious and with the amenities needed to make it a relaxed and comfortable stay.

The sofas did convert to sleepers but were not exactly the most comfortable based on the design on the sofa backs.

People were very friendly and so accommodating. Unit was spotless and 2 beds were very comfortable.

The house numbers are on the garages. My sat nav indicated I was there but I spent 20 minutes hesitating as there was nothing on the front door to show it … expected a key code… if there is one I didn’t find it. Eventually tried the door and walked in ( close to midnight)

The property was clean and there were bedside tables. There was Roku TV. Parking was readily available across the street.

There was no private entrance as advertised; the door code leads to the main house, while the apartment is down a set of stairs to the basement. That basement door was unmarked and down a hallway (i.e. not easily visible from the door where you do enter) and it does not have a lock (the individual bedrooms do have a lock on the outside). Although this was advertised as a full kitchen, the kitchen has no small appliances (tea/coffeemaker as advertised, kettle, toaster). There was only a fridge, microwave, small oven, and two pans without lids. The owner should have made clear in the listing there were 2 cats with free range of the house, including the basement apartment and the bedrooms. We've stayed in other places in this area with better value for money.
