For the unit - we are satisfied For betterment suggested to have Qibla direction sign and prayer mat (sejadah) for muslim guests.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026THe unit we were in is very clean. The unit is fully equipped and all items functioning well. The security in the building was very good. at least 2 security officers on duty at all times.
Just the Jacuzzi need some cleaning as there was some foul water trapped in the jacuzzi system. No instruction for the washing machine.

The place was run down, smelly, dirty, the towels didn't smell fresh at all, the bathrooms were run down and broken. The bathroom floors are not safe for people thats are not use to water all over slippery tiles. No safety mats till I asked for them.

The beds are also very comfy Very responsive and helpful host and team, making our whole stay experience a great one! Definitely looking forward to try out their other loft units the next time we come again!

Reviewed Sep 9, 20251. Self-service luggage check-in: we were able to safekeep our luggage while we wait for the loft to be ready. They have systems in place to ensure that our bags are safe. 2. Easy check-in process. All videos were sent in advance, so I knew how to get the access card and key. 3. The place is huge. Plenty of space for the kids to play. 4. 2 queen size beds and 3 single beds were enough for our family of 6. 5. Loft is conveniently located.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2025The property is as shown in photo. The bedroom was like 5 star hotel. TV & games to keep the young & old entertained. Kitchen is complete with electric stove, pots & pans, microwave & hot & cold water dispenser. There's also washing mavhine with detergen & clothes drying rack... no dryer machine though but there's a dobi at the building lobby if need. Location is just 5 min drive to Singapore custom checkpoint. JB City Square Mall in less than 5 min drive away. Overall, we had an excellant stay & highly recommended.

The apartment was disturbed by noise from the surrounding area during 1am-3am, which disrupted our sleep. The overall cleanliness of the space could be improved. The floorings felt icky. The upper floor bathroom lacked ventilation, causing a musty smell, dirty toilet bowl and the algae buildup in the master bathroom was particularly off-putting. There were issues with the lower floor bathroom's sliding door and flickering lights in the bedroom. Additionally, lizards were present. Overall, the apartment needs a maintenance facelift for a more comfortable stay, especially for long visits.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2024Very seamless and smooth check in even late at night. Free parking for one lot and felt secure as access cards required to enter the carpark and lobby. Unit was very spacious with lots of activities (darts/video game) to enjoy with friends and room upstairs can accommodate all 5 of us. Unit is clean and has the basic amenities for a short stay.
The toilet upstairs had a musty smell after every shower. The window in the toilet can be opened for ventilation but it would make the room very warm. As the location is right next to customs, the traffic to get back to the airbnb every night was quite bad, understandably as it was the holiday period and both nights we returned around 10/11pm on Fri/Sat.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2024I like the activities in the house~ There is classic video games, the football table, darts, tv and jacuzzi! My kids are well entertained. I love the beds too. They are so comfortable to sleep.
Only downside is the location. It is not near to any eateries and shops. There seems to be a foodcourt in front of the apartment but it is not open in the morning. But it is indeed walking distance (10-15mins) from the custom.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2024The host is amazing! Super flexible, and informative. Thank you E. and L.! Detailed information you will receive via WhatsApp, short video, and pdf leaflet. Super detailed, and very helpful for non-locals. Free parking is available, there are shops, malls, and grocery stores just a few minutes away, and the Shuttle train station (JB Sentral) is 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is nice and well-equipped, and everything is clean. The community area with the pool was great, the swimming pool was clean, and there was a bbq, free to use.
The apartment complex was disappointing. The staircase was full of pigeons, kind of depressing with all the bars on the doors and management notification about how you would be fined if you disrespected the rules. The bathrooms have been smelly, and windows to aircon external units so had to decide between smell and warm smell. Our overall experience is good, but the unit needs some improvements.
