Le meilleur endroit pour loger non loin du centre historique, car il fait très très chaud l'été. La très belle plage à 50m apporte un vrai confort pour se rafraîchir tout en occupant les après-midi chauds. Le personnel est très gentil et prévenant. J'ai trouvé la literie très confortable bien qu'elle soit ferme, nous avons très bien dormi, c'était calme la nuit. La petite lumière bleue apporte une touche cosy. La climatisation et le ventilateur au plafond fonctionnent parfaitement.

Il y a beaucoup d'infiltrations d'eau dans l'hôtel, par endroit le plafond se désagrège et il y a de la moisissure dans la salle de bain.. Mais parallèlement à ça, la chambre était très propre et le ménage fait tous les jours.

No lift for heavy suitcases and no staff to help carry them. Good laundry facilities. Right beside the beach but need to get taxi to centre. Circle beds quite small not comfortable for 2 friends . One of our 4 rooms had lots of ants in it. Great water fountain at the door. Opposite nice restaurants. Good aircon

Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, giá cả hợp lí phù hợp. Đặc biệt, chị Hạnh lễ tân rất thân thiện và vui tính.

Không có gì cả vì mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời

Chỗ nghỉ ngay sát biển An Bàng, cách có 100m, cách quán Cháo Nghêu cô Gió 50m, sáng mở mắt ra tắm biển, trưa ăn bát cháo nghêu xong ra bãi biển phơi nắng như tây luôn🤭🤭🤭Nhân viên rất thân thiện, nhà mình để quên đồ ở phòng, nhân viên tận tình gọi và gửi hoả tốc ra Huế cho mình. Nhà mình đi roadtrip.

Món ăn sáng ko được đa dạng lắm, có bánh mỳ trứng ốp la thì ngon, mình trung thành với món đó.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, très proche de la plage, la chambre spacieuse et confortable, l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, la possibilité de louer un scooter et de réserver un taxi pour l'aéroport.

Peut-être le petit déjeuner, le choix est un peu limité,et le fait de devoir le réserver la veille.

Chỗ nghỉ rất gần bãi biển, phòng thoáng, sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện. Tiện nghi trong phòng và khu wc đồ không mới nhưng đầy đủ.

Amazing staff and great location right near the beach. Nice relaxed hotel and plenty of space I. The room. Everything was nice and clean and breakfast was enjoyable. Great value for money

C’était très bien mais juste faire attention car les chambres avec fenêtres sont en réalité des fenêtres sur le couloir.

A hotel nagyon szép, igényesen kialakított, a szoba és a fürdőszoba tágas, kényelmes, jól felszerelt. Közel van a tengerpart, szép a strand, és jó éttermek vannak a környéken. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A városba hamar be lehet jutni taxival, érdemes elmenni, nagyon szép hely, este varázslatos a sok lámpás csónak a vízen, csodaszép épületek, remek éttermek, bárok, minden megtalálható, és jó utána hazamenni a csendes, tiszta hotelszobába.

A szobánk a második emeleten volt, és nincs lift. A személyzet hölgytagjai vitték fel a lépcsőkön a bőröndjeinket, sajnáltuk őket a cipekedés miatt.

Top Lage, besser gehts nicht. Zimmer ganz toll eingerichtet. Genug Ablage vorhanden, bequemes Bett. Toller Balkon in Grösse und Gestaltung. Wir waren im 3. Stock. Alles sauber. Für mich die beste Wahl in Hoi An

Leider kein Aufzug. Mit Gepäck nicht so praktisch. Aber deshalb kein Punktabzug.

Hanh is truly the best—so kind, patient, and always ready to help with anything you need. She made my stay incredibly comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The place is also very close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. You’ll definitely enjoy staying here.

Rooms were clean. Had a lovely balcony. Entire facility was well-maintained. Beautiful Tile with bamboo ceilings. Property was less than one block to a very nice beach with great seafood restaurants overlooking the beach We found a nice bar I across the street from the hotel that was having Karaokee that night. Lots of fun. Let us store our bags during the day in the lobby the day of check out. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Was there to let us in during a very late check-in. Gave us an upgraded room with a balcony. I want to give a special appreciation to Hanh. Thank you for your friendly disposition and assistance.

Be careful to order a room with a view. The first room we had had a small window which opened up into the hallway other rooms had no windows at all.

Le déjeuner n’était pas compris dans la chambre, donc je n’ai pas testé. Le lit très bien la petite partie cuisine en bas sympa, mais y avait des trous dans la cloison de verre. Donc aussi chaud qu’à l’extérieur. C’est comme si on était dehors et même avec les stores il faisait quand même jour dans la chambre, mais sinon en global le reste était bien et la réceptionniste m’a aidée pour le Booking de l’avion pour la carte d’embarquement. Trang était très serviable

The location is right beside An Bang beach!

I've checked with the hotel if we could check in early (through text on Booking) and got a confirmation. However, when we arrived, we were told to wait until 2pm to check in according to their policy. Ok, no big deal, we spent some time in their spa while waiting. The actual room is much smaller than pictures on Booking. The floor was full of sand. There is no lelevator in the hotel, no telephone in the room to contact the reception. Our room was on the 3rd floor. On the second day, there was no water in our room. The tech guy only came at like 4pm because he wasn't available. As I had a wedding to go to, I had to shower in the room next door where guests just checked out (room has not been cleaned yet) Soundproof is absolutely terrible, we had to listen to the guy next door coughing non stop from 5am on Sunday. How could this possibly be a 4-star hotel?

The only thing that might bother visitors is that you can hear everything going around the building through the bathroom. Personally, it wasn't a huge thing for me but if you like to stay in bed for a bit longer in the morning it might not be for you 🙈

Ziemlich laut weil Zimmer zu Straße lag, das abends vorbestellte Frühstück war okay, könnte aber ganz einfach mit etwas mehr Liebe und frischem Obst oder Wasser aufgepeppt werden

The hotel is truly a highlight. My room was beautiful and bright with a lovely balcony. The location is very close to the beach, just a few steps away. The staff were very friendly and kind. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Сначала нам дали номер без балкона и с одним маленьким окном, которое выходило в общий коридор . При бронировании это не было указано и фото не совпали с реальностью. Через два дня мы переехали в другой номер и он был чудесный !

Staff: The two Hanhs were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They were always smiling, very attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast: A lovely selection of fresh fruits, yoghurt and oats was available and guests could also choose from an extensive menu of Vietnamese breakfast dishes and fresh juices. Room: Clean, cosy. Location: Very convenient.

Guests book a wellness hotel to relax and sleep — not to be woken repeatedly at night by partying student groups. Accepting such bookings is incompatible with the concept of a spa hotel. This felt more like a youth hostel than a place of relaxation.

Schönes kleines Hotel. Mit sehr freundlichem Personal. 40 Meter zum schönen Strand. Viele Restaurants innerhalb 200 Meter. 15 min mit dem Taxi zur Altstadt. Einer der schönsten die ich in meinem Leben gestehen habe.

Klimaanlage war das einzige Manko. Sie hatte ein Eigenleben und ging gerne einfach aus.

Very humid also blankets and toilet paper were humid. Full of mosquitos, so you couldn't open the window to refresh the air. You had to stay with humid room and air con and fun. Bamboo curtains not very practical. The staff was kind but it didn't show any warmth or interest to make us feeling welcome. Toilet paper was counted, so we had to ask for a little more all the times. We also had an electrical problem in the middle of the night ( of course it can happen, but the staff didn't do anything to apologise for the inconvenience, they did even make us for a bottle of water).The pictures show a bigger place comparing to the one we got. Overall if you are looking for a good location close to the beach and you don't mind humidity inside the room ,it's good value for money.

Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo ładnie wykończona willa, wygląda za żywo tak jak na zdjęciach. Pokój przestronny, ale z małym oknem na korytarz. Obsługa nie jest dostępna cały czas na miejscu, ale można się kontaktować przez what's up i szybko reaguje. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Absolutely everything! From the moment I booked the customer service was impeccable! Hahn did everything to make it easy & comfortable. We actually only booked for 3 nights to “check it out” and have now extended an extra 2 weeks! The breakfast each morning ordered the night before is hot & ready within 5 minutes of sitting down. Nice variety too! Because of our extended stay we were able to try out all the rooms, from the king size round bed, to the oversized king & queen room to the king size one we settled in on the top floor, complete with balcony that we can enjoy the live music until 9:30 at night.

The location was exceptional & the staff amazing! Hahn on Reception went over & above her duties to personally take me to the Sleeper Bus to Mui Ne which I very much appreciated! 😀 I can highly recommend this hotel! 😀 The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard! 😀

In my opinion the only downside was the bed was not very comfortable, nevertheless it wouldn't stop me booking there again.

Der Abfluss war mit Haarenverstopft... Bei der Zimmer Reinigung wurde das Obere Zweite Bett nicht gemacht... Ein Flatscreen-TV war nicht wie beschrieben vorhanden.
