L'Signature Hotel & Spa

Staff were extremely attentive. I received room upgrade on arrival! Loved little details like welcome fruit yoghurt and tea and on departure a gift bag with vietnamese coffee drip filter and small bag of coffee. Breakfast was cooked to order and buffet of fruit, pastries, cereal etc. Room was great and bed more comfortable than my own!

I loved How lovely the staff was. They really made us feel special and They were so helpful with everything. The room was super spacious and it looked so beautiful. Great location as well, we could walk around the old quarter easily. We wish we could ve stayed longer.

Convenient location and on the weekends the car traffic is blocked off making it a peaceful street.

The staff was absolutely fantastic and truly made our stay special. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely caring. The service was excellent and very personal. They paid attention to every little detail and always made us feel so welcome and well looked after. It was honestly some of the best service we have experienced. A huge thank you to the entire team!

Nothing at all. We had a wonderful stay.

The service is amazing! They took care of everything, always making sure we feel well. The location is perfect and the rooms are very well maintained. We got upgraded to a better room, which was also very nice of them!

Nothing.

Fabulous staff! Great room. Excellent location. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Front desk staff and porters brilliant. The standard of cleaning rooms the best we’ve ever had and brekky staff super efficient. Thank you for making our stay so special

Even though it’s right in the centre of a very busy city they have managed to find a quiet oasis with a lovely tree lined street. The staff were amazing and so helpful they couldn’t have done more.

Paying for room service when it arrives - would have been nicer to have it charged to our room.

Very friendly and attentive staff. They upgraded us to a beautiful room after hearing our Halong Bay cruise got cancelled and we were able to extend for one more night. Location is the best in my view, close to everything but more quiet in the side street.

The room was very nice, very large bed and amazing bathtub. Good international breakfast with many options

It was in the very best location as well as accessable to everything.

I think everything was perfect.

The breakfast time 6:30 to 9:30 tobe to 10:30

The staff was amazing. The room big and full of amenities

Good location, super friendly and caring stuff, you get what you would expect for your money and beyond. Would recommend and stay there again.

The masseuse was good, not something you will get outside on the streets. She seemed professional and well knowing what she's doing, but the atmosphere while waiting could be better. We booked our massage quite late, so I guess the masseuse must have been tired already, but one of them was lying and sleeping on the sofa at the waiting area. I would recommend a room where the masseuse could rest during waiting time.

highly recommend staying at this hotel during your stay in hanoi. all the staff has excellent service. rooms were clean and comfortable. great location and breakfast! thank you naomi and team for making my last day so memorable! 😊🫶🏻

Amazing location, friendly staff, they made upgrade without asking which was a cherry on the cake. They gave us a coffee and something with it at the check out.

Convenient n friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay at L’Signature! Everything about it was lovely – the interiors and aesthetics, how clean everything was, even how nice the hotel smelt every time we walked in. Our room was really comfortable and breakfast was great too. There’s a buffet but you can also order things fresh from the menu, which we really liked. The staff honestly made the stay though. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Celine was our concierge host and she was so lovely and always happy to help us with anything we needed. We had such a nice stay here and felt really looked after. Would definitely recommend L’Signature if you’re staying in Hanoi and we’d happily come back!

L’accueil, l’emplacement, la beauté

A hotel full of charm, with real attention to detail in the décor. The room with balcony and jacuzzi was a real highlight, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Hanoi. The location is ideal: just steps from the lake, on a quiet street despite being right by the Old Quarter. The staff were attentive throughout the stay.

Nothing to report, a flawless stay.

Location Service

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant is pleasant, and the breakfast is good with a nice selection. What truly made our stay special was the exceptionally kind and welcoming staff. A very special thank you to Dang, whose helpful advice, recommendations, and valuable information added so much to our experience and made our stay even more memorable. Many thanks also to Celine for the smooth and easy check-in process and her excellent hospitality. Overall, a very pleasant stay, made even better by the wonderful staff.

One small suggestion: it would be great to upgrade the quality of the towels so they better match the high standard of this beautiful hotel.

Everything! Location was amazing, staff were exceptional amenities and facilities were great.

Good location, friendly & helpful staff, big, beautiful & comfortable room.

The bathroom should be kept more private.

I chose this hotel for location and appeal. It exceeded both my expectations. I arrived very early in the day, met the delightful Naomi on check-in, received an upgrade to a Signature Suite City View with Balcony, a beautiful room, and proceeded to have a fantastic stay. The hotel is small, perfectly positioned and very well appointed. The highlight is the staff. I cannot speak too highly of the warm attention and assistance I received, especially from Naomi, who went out of her way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible and she was critical in liaising with Vietnam Airlines for me over a lost item. Thank you everyone and very best wishes!

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. We really felt at home here. If I ever visit Hanoi again I will definitely choose the same place.

Top pick. Stylish rooms, great breakfast, and the friendliest staff! Great location on top of that. Returned for the last night of our holiday which says it all!

Nothing!

Great location and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. A fantastic place to base yourself when in Hanoi.

A truly wonderful stay filled with so many special memories. We’re incredibly grateful for the kindness, warmth, and care we received throughout our time here. A very special thank you to Naomi and Celine, who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and cared for. Their genuine kindness made our stay even more memorable.

Amazing staff and service. Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable

This was the cleanest hotel we’ve been in Vietnam. The staff and the location were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and they have live music on rhe rooftop on the weekends.

Rooms are a great size and impeccably clean. Staff are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to ensure you get the most out of your stay. The massage at the Spa was also excellent.

Staff maravilhoso. Quarto impecavel. Cafe da manha soberbo. Nao me recordo de ser tao bem tratado do check in ao check out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/10 Exemptional stay!! The room was clean, spacious, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The bed ya as cozy and everything was well maintained. It truly felt like home away from home after a full day of exploring hanoi. The hotel location was very convenient, making it easy to visit nearby attractions, restaurants, and cafes.Every details, from the service to the comfort of the rooms, reflected the hotel’s commitment to providing a wonderful guest experience.

Well maintained. Clean and comfortable. Very quiet

Excellent breakfast, good mix of western and local food with fresh fruits and vegetables. Staff at the restaurant were exceptionally attentive doing their outmost. Ms. Neomi of Guests' relations was super effective and accommodating helping to book various activities. Front desk is service oriented and helpful.

Very good locations with spas, night market, and restaurants. Room is quaint and very clean. The pho at the breakfast is one of the best i have tasted in Hanoi!

The Spa could be more well lit with a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Fabulous staff & location. Everyone was very helpful

Boutique hotel in an excellent location, quiet street, with staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms are luxurious for a good price.

The location was excellent, the staff were so amazing, friendly, helpful. Our room was good enough.

From our airport pick up u til our final day in Hanoi, everything was smooth and wonderful. The entire team at Lsignature was warm, friendly and dedicated to make sure the guests are happy and comfortable. The front desk, food attendants in the morning buffer, and housekeeping all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thanks for making our Hanoi trip special! Location is superb, so close to everything!

The view from our window was just another wall of the neighboring building

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Hanoi; the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious with great vegan options. I would especially like to thank Celine for her outstanding kindness and dedication. My trip was unexpectedly delayed because my Vietnam visa had not been approved in time. Celine went above and beyond to help me obtain an expedited visa. She stayed on the phone with me on a Sunday evening, coordinated everything, and thanks to her efforts, I received my visa the very next day. Her professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. Thank you, Celine, for your exceptional care. You made a lasting impression, and I am truly grateful.
