Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The apartment is well kept and clean. The location is easily accessible if you drive. There are 2 double beds in the Master bedroom, a double bed in another 2 rooms, 2 futon with 12 pillows and suffice for a big group.
Common area not very well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Limited visitor carpark lot and is not direct accessible if you stay at another tower. The beds are slightly lower in height but it's still fine.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026It’s quite centralised to many spots. There are food places within walking distance and a few malls within driving distance. The property is also clean and comfortable, and the hosts are quick to respond with queries. It made our stay enjoyable.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2024The property was cosy and felt very welcoming. The balcony is spacious and faces the back of the building. Owner is very thoughtful to provide slippers. The kitchen comes with some instant noodles, which came in handy as the weather was rainy and we didn't feel like going out. Owner was very communicative whenever we had a question.
Getting to the apartment is quite a challenge as the place is a maze. The balcony is very big but neighbours upstairs smoked and threw their cig butts that landed on the balcony.

The property was okay, the thing that need to revisit by the owner is check out time. 11am for check out time is NOT a standard to most homestay and even 5 star hotels in Malaysia. I have also booked and stayed another property at the same block, and owner gave us extra 1 hour up to 1 pm with NO extra cost at the same date.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2023The place is near to CIQ and Danga Bay which is easily accessible. There's restaurants just below which is a plus point. The unit is very clean and comfortable. The balcony is nice to just sit and chill. We like how the rooms are set up with 'hotel' bedsheets. Overall, it's a really pleasant stay! Shout out to the host as well for being very responsive and clear with all the instructions. Thank you!
We found it a bit complicated to turn on the aircon in the living room as it didn't have the normal remote. But just a minor setback for us.
