进门的时候密码锁密码已经给我了，到最后我们晚上入住的时候都进不了.一直换密码换了2-3次都不能第四次才能.我们拿着行李站在门外等站了15分钟！进到房间床单和被褥都臭，我自己带来一次性床套套了进去睡觉时还能嗅到臭味.一整晚都睡不好

After a long journey we were quite disappointed initially with the quality and cleanliness of this apartment. It’s quite worn out, as is the building. We did settle in and get used to it, but it was very average for the price. Asked for an extra pillow and sheet to use on couch bed, but they had none.

Good location, near to eateries which open till late at night and some are open 24 hours.

U need to collect your access cards from a shop across the road, which quite inconvenient especially if you have small children and luggages.

This was my 5th time staying within this apartment area, so I am quite familiar with the general standard of homestays here. Based on my experience, I feel that the 9.1 rating for this unit is somewhat overrated compared with other units I have previously stayed in within the same building. Check-in was relatively smooth. We arrived around 18:30 and there were no major issues. However, most of the communication was done outside the Booking.com app, which is not in line with Booking.com’s recommended communication practice. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 PM and paid RM60 (RM30 per hour), which I felt was fair for both parties. Unfortunately, the amenities and maintenance were below expectations: There was no kitchen towel or cloth for wiping, only toilet tissue available. At least a box of facial tissue would be helpful. One of the toilets was blocked (photo attached). Just before checkout, we noticed a toilet pump, which suggests the issue may have been known but not properly maintained beforehand. The water heater was not properly hot and only did a minimal job. There was no extra blanket provided, even though an extra mattress was available. Additionally, it would be more practical for guests if the unit had a water dispenser, which is more useful for short stays than having a deep fryer. Another concern was the waste bin area located in front of the lift, which was very messy and dirty during our stay. This creates a poor first impression for guests arriving on the floor. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but better maintenance, basic amenities, and proper communication through the platform would help align the property with the rating it currently holds

A good size unit for the price. This location generally had a lesser crowd and the food was more affordable.

I did not appreciate the management as much as the other apartment management I've booked with.. They took a longer time to respond and only sent check in information on the day of check in. The unit I stayed in was infested with ants, I had to message them a few times before I was able to get a response. Not super kids friendly too, as both the apartment's playground and the beach playground weren't barricaded. Just an older apartment that requires more maintenance.

Nice location, clean and comfortable property. Great view, lots of eateries and supermarkets nearby. Key collection and return process was smooth. Free parking (even though finding the designated slot required a bit of exploration!!)

The checkin details were sent at the last minute and we were asked for documents and signature, etc only on the day of checkin. These could have been sent ahead of time to avoid last minute stress.

Breakfast frm nearby restaurant. Collecting key was smooth and easier. Walking distance to the seaside. Durian and fruit stall just at the roadside.

Should supply some 3 in 1 coffee and tea for welcome guest.Unable to see local tv channel. No TV1, TV2 and other local channel.

Clean, has washing machine, location relatively close to attractions.

No clear instructions on checking in were given prior to check in date so we had to get help from the security guard to contact the property management at 1130pm with several phone calls until finally someone picked up. I had no internet so I could not contact management myself to get keys. 2ndly, my kids were bitten with mosquitoes at night, could not sleep well, bedsheets were a bit uncomfortable and stuffy despite turning on aircon which had a blue light that is shining brightly at night. There was flooding in 1 of the bathroom floor when we use the shower, so we mainly only used 1 bathroom out of the 2. Good in that aircon was working. Swimming pool is a far walk from our apartment complex so we used it only once.

Place is okay to stay for a night or 2.

Sofa doesnt feel clean, as it's covered with a sheet. Pillow has a scent of perfume, doesn't feel like it's properly washed. Only has one toilet, might not be so convenient if you have 4 or 5 members along. The place is quite stink somehow, I believe it might be caused due to the water system, guess the smells are from the water drain.

The unit is slight old, totally different from the picture ! Sofa at hall area can sit until your butt pain not comfortable at all as you can feel it poking ! Not very clean. Especially the room closet ! Super dirty and full of growing mold .and dusty ! Very disgusting! We can’t use it at all. Stayed there for 3D2N. Informed the Manager / Owner but no action from them. Felt very irresponsible for the customer. They only provide a soap which the bottle label as shampoo. So end up we bought our own one. Very disappointed as my kids was having skin allergic ! Not worth for the money at all !!

The place is so clean n convenient....despite a bit hiccup,the host was very responsive...will definitely come back again...the shops n food court r just walking distance..the check in is so easy...

Great location, nicely decorated and very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Stayed here with our two kids. They even provided laundry detergent next to the washing machine. Nice swimming pool and gym available. Restaurants on walking distance.

Shower 🚿 pipe lose & dropping out. Owner requested to come fix but we prefer to endure it . Very Noisy even in Middle of night by the Motorists downstairs. No Table Clothes. Toilet 🚻 only few hooks 🪝. Knife 🔪 & utensils 🍴 just placed on the TOP of the Cabinet with any holder which is dangerous for many with too short that can’t see anything on Top but to feel it.

Nice place to stay. Definitely will repeat.

1.Swimming pool was closed on the next day during our stay, was told by the staff that schedule for swimming pool maintenance 3days/week. My kids are very disappointed. 2. Staff that we pickup the access card not so friendly. Maybe a bit busy during that time

The unit is comfortable. Location is good.

The surrounding is too busy and congested. The carpark is hard to get to. The washing machine is not cleaned from previous guests, unable to use it, but not a big concern.

Everything is very nice and pleasant feeling. Comfortable feels.

In the room at bathroom the sewer smell very bad. The smell unbearable that we have to open the balcony sliding door to let out the bad smell.

Everything was awesome fully equipped kitchenette, toiletries, cleaning perfect this will be my fav place to stay if I visit JB TQ to allow me to extend of check out, to comfy until I forget check out date.
