The hotel staff were very welcoming & assuring as before. Bellboy service to bring up your luggage still available. We had stayed here before and we certainly didn't regret returning again...

Nothing to dislike. The location was directly across NU Sentral & KL Sentral. Plenty of food nearby. 7E & KK Mart just next door...

A wonderful hotel that is exceptionally well positioned next to the monorail, Brickfields, laundromat, some convenience stores and just a short walk through a nearby mall to KL Sentral station. The rooms were clean, comfy, had complimentary water and amenities that were restocked daily, and a bathroom that gently introduces you to how most bathrooms in Malaysia work. Easily the best part of Easy Hotel was the staff. They were always friendly, pleasant, asking me about my stay and room service, doing small things like opening doors and taking luggage, and eager to perform room service. Lovely lovely people! Overall, Easy Hotel was a very modestly priced hotel with a prime location, excellent facilities and wonderful staff that'll go above and beyond to make your stay as worthy as possible. If I were to return to Kuala Lumpur, I'd easily restay here!

It is the best location if you are using the train services. Just a 5 minutes to the terminal. A lot of food outlets around the hotel, The staff are most helpful and friendly.

Le principal point fort de l’hôtel est sans aucun doute la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Concernant la chambre, elle est globalement de bonne qualité, notamment au regard du rapport qualité-prix. Enfin, l’emplacement est également un atout : l’hôtel se situe à proximité des transports en commun, ce qui permet d’accéder facilement aux principaux sites touristiques de la ville, tels que Bukit Bintang ou les tours Petronas.

La salle de bain est assez sommaire et pourrait être améliorée. Par ailleurs, l’isolation phonique mériterait également d’être renforcée, notamment pour les chambres avec fenêtre, qui peuvent être assez bruyantes le soir.

The hotel is a busy one in a busy part of town. We arrived lateish. We were dealt with very quickly and shown to our room quickly. Checkout was late and you could have longer stays (or early check-ins) for 10RM an hour. Be clear that this is a budget hotel and that the pictures of the rooms may look rather prettier than they actually are. But it is clean and professionally run. For example, our family room was meant to have 2 queen beds but it actually had an extra single as well - though this meant there was hardly any floor space or anywhere to sit (except on the beds). But previous experience had taught me to expect things like this.

The staff should stop asking guests to leave 10-star reviews. This simply annoys guests. I left this review because I wanted to, not because I was asked to. The bathroom in the family room (a room designed to sleep 5 people) was very small and the shower filled its floor with water as there was no shower cubicle. This is typically Malaysian, however. On the whole, these are small matters. If you want a budget hotel for a night, this one is well placed.

The location is very convenient. I can easily catch the 5 a.m. KLIA Express train to KLIA, as the station is within walking distance. Since the shopping centre isn’t open that early, you can simply walk along the road and use Google Maps to find your way to the station.

Una struttura pulita e ben gestita nel quartiere indiano. La colazione è servita nel ristorante di fianco all'hotel al piano terra, un po' minimal e molto local, ma comunque va bene. C'è uno spazio carino sul tetto da dove guardare il panorama. La stanza era ordinata e aveva tutto il necessario.

I chose the hotel for it's location for quick and Easy access to KL Sentral. I have stayed there before and when I returned the staff remembered me and welcomed me like long lost family. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room has a great android TV. The wifi is very good 👍.

The bathroom is very small with the shower over the toilet. There's not much you can do about that but everything works well.

Everything was so nice. The staff are so friendly, rooms are clean thanks to Mr bilal. We arrived early and they were so nice to give us early check in. You have everything you might need within 5 mins walk

The location is tricky, its beside the station which is an advantage (you have everything you need right beside you and there is a mall as well) and disadvantage (it gets loud in the morning becauee of the train station)

Posizione perfetta per chi deve partire verso l aeroporto (infatti L hotel e’ attaccato alla stazione per il KLIA Express). Colazione servita nel vicoletto d fianco in un classico Indian restaurant suuuper easy, quindi non per tutti. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per poi ripartire quindi funzionalissimo!

Molt a prop de l'estació de tren, per tant, era molt còmode arribar-hi i, des d'allà, poder-te moure per la ciutat.

L'hotel oferia esmorzar en un restaurant del costat però hi havia molt poca diversitat de menjar per poder escollir i no estava gaire bo. La porta del lavabo hauria de ser opaca perquè quan algú l'estava utilitzant, quedava massa il·luminada l'habitació.

A dos minutos de KL Central, cruzas el puente del centro comercial y listo. En 30 min estás en el aeropuerto y al centro de kuala en un paseo de 20 min. El personal súper atento y agradable.

⭐ 4/5 Hotel in una posizione davvero comoda, a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale di Kuala Lumpur. È una soluzione particolarmente pratica per chi deve prendere voli a orari poco comodi, visto che da lì si può raggiungere facilmente l’aeroporto con il KLIA. Inoltre, dalla stazione partono diverse linee della metro, quindi è molto semplice spostarsi in città. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è essenziale, ma più che sufficiente per un breve soggiorno.

⭐ 4/5 L’unico aspetto che non ho apprezzato è la doccia: non c’è un vero piatto doccia né una porta o una separazione, quindi la zona è completamente aperta. Devo dire però che, nonostante questa soluzione, l’acqua non ha creato particolari disagi o allagamenti. Nel complesso, una buona struttura soprattutto per la posizione strategica e per soggiorni brevi.

Very thin walls separating the rooms. Needs better soundproofing. People talking loudly along the corridor. They mentioned it is a non smoking hotel but heavy cigarettes smoke present on the 5th floor. Our last day, they had issue with water pipes. No water for the entire 5th floor almost the whole day. Its difficult if you need water for your toilet use, making drinks, shower and ablutions. Hope they can improve on these situations better.

１階にレストランがあって、常に賑わっていました。朝ごはん（決まったメニューから選択）もそこで食べられます。その他飲み物もテイクアウト可能で、利用しました。フレッシュジュースは７リンギット。 帰国前に宿泊。帰国フライトが遅かったので、レイトチェックアウトをさせてもらいました。（当日まで利用可否は分からないのですが）KLセントラル駅の目の前なので、とても便利です。家族で、３人部屋に泊まりましたが、チェックインの時に、外の騒音が聞こえる窓あり部屋か、静かだけど窓なしか、希望を聞いてくれました。 スタッフのみなさまも親切でした。

Perfect local Next to the elevator or stairs to get the express to the airport. The service was great, they are open 24h and welcome you every time with a big smile and a warm welcome. The structure is little old fashioned but the Room are clean and welcoming with everything you need at a very convenient price. The rooftop is nice, have a partial view on the Merdeka Tower. Recommended it!

It's definitely a must use earplugs hotel if you want any chance of getting some sleep. The shower over the toilet.

Travelling from India, we found the location of this property to be one of its biggest advantages. There were several Indian restaurants just a few metres away, which was incredibly convenient. The property is also located right below the metro station, making it easy, convenient, and affordable to explore the city. The room was spotless and well maintained, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and would definitely recommend this property.

Only downside was the size of the room which was small , especially Because we were travelling with kids .

從中央車站穿過NU商場，走過天橋到底搭乘電梯後到達地面層，旅館就在電梯的正後方，位置非常優異。 旅館工作人員熱情友善，有任何問題都能提供立即的協助，值得稱讚。 這趟旅行在這裡住了兩次，雖然只有兩個人，但訂的是豪華雙床房（可供4人住宿）。以兩個人來說，空間相當寬敞，但若要住進四個人，可能就會略顯擁擠了。 第一次入住時待了四晚，房內各項設備都算齊全，住起來算是相當舒適。最後一晚時發生了冷氣漏水的狀況，但是旅館員工很快地進行處理，態度相當積極。第二次入住時待了一晚，這次旅館給我們的是可供五人住的家庭房，床很大，睡起來很舒服，但也因為擺了三張床，壓縮了放置行李的空間，對於有大行李的人而言，可能會有點困擾。 整體而言，這是一間值得一住的旅館，下次有機會再到吉隆坡，還是會選擇入住。

Everything really. The best thing was the location and staff. A big thanks to Mr. Kayas who was taking care of us on the 5th floor, made our room super clean and was very kind in general. People at the reception were very welcoming and helped us out with directions and pretty much every request. Also, we were traveling with our 2 year old toddler, the playroom they have is so useful and also clean. Everybody made sure our baby was comfortable in the hotel. Very much recommended! Will stay again

Vicinanza alla stazione, per raggiungere l'hotel è sufficiente attraversare il centro commerciale. Sul terrazzo è presente uno spazio esterno comune.

KLセントラル駅からほぼ雨に濡れずにアクセスできるというリッチは最高でした。スタッフはとっても親切でした。窓はない部屋でしたが、その分非常に静かで、よく眠れました。部屋は綺麗に掃除されています。

運営管理上の問題ではないと思いますが、建物が古いため、配管の匂いが気になります。それでも部屋自体は清潔であることを付け加えたいです。

A friendly, welcoming staff immediately make you feel special. Rooms are spotlessly clean (as are corridors), compact and comfortable. Location is second to none. This is a perfect short stay hotel which I will be using again.

A good basic hotel in a great location adjoining the K.L Sentral station, the no. 8 monorail and the huge Nu Sentral Mall...all connected to Easy Hotel. The Staff are so friendly & helpful. The stay includes a basic indian style breakfast...roti canai, or toast or eggs with tea or coffee. Very good value hotel. Just dont be expecting a 4 or 5 star hotel. I would stay there again.

Little rooms, but thats just how it is in a budget hotel. Maybe book a family room for more space. But for a solo traveller, it's fine.
