Few rooms are without window and few people doing weight lifting on top floor so that impact to the bottom floor because when they drop the weight on floor then the bottom floor people get disturbance specially in night time during sleeping.

La chambre disposait de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour le séjour, notamment des serviettes et les équipements essentiels. Un hébergement pratique et fonctionnel pour une étape ou un court séjour.
Une taxe de séjour est à payer par personne et par nuit à l’arrivée.

Ulterior, ni s-au oferit 2 camere duble cu geam, însă camera tripla a rămas fără ferestre. Camerele sunt foarte mici, unele mai bune, altele cu miros de mucegai. Micul dejun a fost servit la un local cu specific indian din apropierea hotelului, având posibilitatea de a alege din câteva variante dintr-un meniu. A fost simplu, dar gustos.
Faptul că am rezervat camere cu vedere la oraș și am primit camere fara ferestre. Prima camera oferita mirosea intens a mucegai, dar au acceptat schimbarea și am primit una mai buna.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Le principal avantage de l'hôtel est sa localisation, en face de KL Sentral et donc des réseaux de bus, train, KL Express, KL transit, monorail... et à 20-30 mn à pied de la mosquée Negara, du marché central et de Chinatown. Installé dans le quartier indien, les restos à côtés sont sympas et de bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre, pas très grande, et le lit sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner, à prendre dans un restaurant voisin, est local ou indien. Les gros mangeurs pourraient rester sur leur faim...

Quiero agradecer especialmente a los trabajadores que estaban de turno durante la madrugada. Me olvidé el pasaporte en el hotel y fueron ellos quienes se dieron cuenta. Gracias a su rápida intervención y a su ayuda, me enviaron un coche hasta el aeropuerto con el pasaporte y pude coger mi avión de regreso a España a tiempo. Estoy enormemente agradecida por su atención, rapidez y profesionalidad. Sin su ayuda, habría perdido el vuelo. Sin duda, un hotel totalmente recomendable.

- I think I'm supposed to have free breakfast but no one informed me. - The lock on the bathroom door seems like it can break anytime. I was legit fearing for myself should I get stuck inside and I have no way to tell anyone.

Cuando llegamos, pese a haber pasado varias horas desde el inicio del checkin, la habitación no estaba preparada y nos hicieron esperar, al subir aun así, no teníamos toallas, tuvimos que esperar para que nos las repusieran.

Only reason not a 10/10 was there was a smell from the drains in the bathroom, which the hotel may not have been to do anything about anyway. Top hotel overall.

Het hotel is echt extreem gehorig. Opzich kan het hotel er niks aan doen dat er een een gillend kind in de kamer naast me lag die tot 2 uur s nachts haar zin niet kreeg en s ochtends weer niet. Maar helaas is er ook nul demping van geluid in dit gebouw. Iedere zucht op de gang was te horen en ik slaap normaal door alles heen. Ontbijt was verder ook niet zo boeiend

Estuvimos en una habitación sin ventana, nos la recomendaron desde el hotel por el posible ruido de la calle, cuando nuestra opción a la hora de reservar fue con ventana. Agradecimos el comentario y estuvimos sin problema. Es verdad que la calle parecía bastante ruidosa. Hay restaurantes y supermercados al lado. Tienen secador de pelo, hay que pedirlo en recepción.

However, they kindly upgraded me to a bigger room, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the great service!

El desayuno se sirve en un bar a 100 metros del hotel. La habitación era grande. Lo único que no me gustó es que los olores se filtraban y olía a tabaco o comida según el momento

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026De locatie is top. Echt pal naast KL Sentral waardoor je heel makkelijk overal kunt komen. De kamer was erg schoon en ze hebben aan alles gedacht. Douchegel, shampoo, tandenborstels. Ideaal als je maar kort verblijft.
De gangen zijn erg gehorig waardoor je als je in je bed ligt de mensen op de gang goed hoort. De mensen zelf hadden daarentegen ook niet bepaald waarden en normen om rekening te houden met andere gasten. Dus het ligt er waarschijnlijk net aan wie er allemaal nog meer in het hotel slapen. Ik heb er uiteindelijk wel goed door geslapen.

1. The room is small and without a window. 2. There was no hairdryer in the room but I assume they might provide it if you ask for it.

Lo que no me gustó para nada fue que mi habitación daba a una clarabolla con muchísimas máquinas de aire acondicionado y había un ruido exagerado, no pude dormir bien.

Breakfast was a joke. You get a vocher and go to a local dirty indian "restaurant" where you can eat questionable food. We skipped it. Our window showed the pictures added to the review. Amaizing view.🤣 The room was small and smelly, the bed sheet was dirty.

房內沒有吹風機，第一天熱水不太熱，但後來就正常許多！

The room has no ventilation. There is no option to get fresh air into the room. Feel head ache / suffocation in the morning. I mentioned this to their staff.

La zona en la que estaba. Había muchísimas ratas. La habitación es muy pequeña pero para una noche puede pasar. Además hay una terraza muy chula arriba que subimos a disfrutar pero nos encontramos con ratas gigantes.
