Hotel Moon & Sun Lisboa

Consigliatissimo!

Non ci sono canali italiani 😩 devono aggiornarsi!!!

Great location and very clean. Good size room for a city centre with plenty of wardrobe space. Helpful staff.

Never replaced the teacups in the room each day. Just took them away after the first night so had to ask for cups and teabags. Air conditioning very powerful.

All the staff are so nice, good location.

Our neighbour room closed the door heavily and spoke loudly at the midnight and woke us up.

The staff was exceptional they were all very helpful and went beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable experience ever!!!

Kahvaltı iyiydi. Konumu da iyiydi, metro istasyonlarına yakındı.. Özellikle eesepsiyanda çalışan erkeklerden biri çok iyiydi.

Lobi yoktu.

I liked the location it was very central. It was very clean too

We were at a room at the first floor and we were in a room with no views (only ac’s). It was quite dark inside. I think it was quite expensive for what the room was like

Beliggenhet og komfort

Excellent location: it is in heart of the city. The soundproof walls and windows make the room so quiet. The facility is clean and well maintained in general. Staff is so friendly. They leave a traditional dessert when they clean the room.

AC might be loudly working some nights. Water pressure in handwashing tap is low.

Great staff and perfect location

Just a little bit more light/air in the room would be better

It’s great located near everything, they give you surprises each day with typical sweets of Lisbon, we love that. The room is comfortable and spacious and has all de facilities

The staff (just the man that receive us) was not king at all and didn’t want to help us with a early check in

Localização . Mimos e água potável ao hóspede todos dias . Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos .

Quarto pequeno .

Hotel w samym centrum Lizbony. .Wszędzie blisko. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Wygodne łóżka. Sympatyczna obsługa.

Very modern, clean, staff were exceptional, helpful, and ensured every day of our stay was exciting.

Nothing

Rien

Great advice from reception staff. Lovely breakfast. Soundproof modern rooms. Comfortable beds and fab shower. Location was super!

Excellent service, location and accomodation. The staff went above and beyond to make sure are stay was beyond what we expected. The extra little thoughtful touches were so nice. We would return without any hesitation.

Small lift

Posizione perfetta, colazione buonissima e personale gentile.

Tam merkez. Genel manada her şey iyi.

Everything. Friendly staff, thoughtful room gifts, complementary water, beautiful room, great cleaning service. Great location.

Not applicable. Everything was great.

Location was great and staff was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable

Nothing

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. They also cooked eggs to your choice.

The coffee and water jugs were very heavy to lift and pour from.

Todo nos pareció excelente . El desayuno un 10. Limpieza 10. Ubicación 10. Personal 10. Volveremos

Camere pulite ed accoglienti , attenzione al cliente

L’area lounge può essere migliorata

Jõao is an exceptional manager. He was very informative and friendly, and fluent in English which is so important to us. His staff were excellent couldn’t be more helpful. Personalised service, welcome drink and personalised note made us feel very welcome and special. Room very clean, daily housekeeping, bottled water.

Nothing

Stanze nuove confortevoli e molto pulite. Nel complesso un bellissimo albergo.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was a little light on options but what they served was excellent. Room was nice with sufficient space. Very clean and the staff were courteous.

We visited during a heat wave and the staff kept removing the room key during the day which shut off the air conditioning, so by the time we returned at night the room had heated to 32 degrees. The air conditioning is weak so it took 4-5 hours to cool the room, so falling asleep was difficult. This was finally resolved by the staff on our 3rd day by making sure the room key was left alone, so from then onwards our evenings were much more comfortable. After booking, I had difficulty confirming with the hotel that we would indeed have separate beds even though this was specified during booking. After pressuring the hotel a few times, I was finally guaranteed a room with separate beds.

Design dell’arredamento, posizione, dotazioni, accoglienza

Great location! Great staff!

La habitación estaba increíble!

Tuve hormigas en la habitación

Kiváló helyen, kedves személyzet!

Nincs ilyen

perfect location, kind and helpful staff, new furniture, seems to have been recently renovated. very good a/c system that kept our room cool, as the weather was very hot during our stay.

Obrigado Moon and Sun!

Tesis çok merkeziydi. Görülmesi gereken yerlere yürüyüş mesafesindeydi. Oda temiz ve hijyenikti. Personel ilgiliydi. Oda da ihtiyaç duyulan herşey vardı.

Beğenmediğimiz bir husus yoktu.

Our stay at Moon and Sun Lisboa was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail was outstanding, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, with everything easily accessible. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel we've stayed at. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

Posizione, cortesia del personale, pulizia

Camera in Po piccola

Limpeza, conforto, localização e cordialidade e presteza da equipe do Hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location for restaurants and public transport. The staff were all lovely, the breakfast was good. I spent a long time looking for a hotel in Lisbon, as it is quite a spread out and hilly city, really happy with our choice. We did a 3 hour tuk tuk tour of the city, great way to see all the sights

The hairdryer!
