The design is fantastic, like the area.. 5 min to Viking line. We got 1 level better room, that we already booked.. The bed is really comfortable, i slept like a baby..🫣😀

The sea-view room was absolutely perfect 😍 Such a lovely, relaxing stay. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice, but I’d recommend going early so you can get a better table.

Great location at the seaside. Breakfast was very good. Nothing to complain about. Would always come back.

Location is not too close to central station, so travelling by public transport is a bit more effort

This time a booked a bigger room than last time, but it still had limited space. The humu bar is worth the visit. The rooms are clean and new.

Below expectetions, for my second time here. Reception stuff were not very helpful when asked for some help. A lot of polite apologies, but no real, proactive solutions. Disappointing. Keys don't work so good. The rooms are not soundproof, which I think a hotel of this calibre should have.

Beautiful design lead hotel by the harbour! I got an upgrade to a sea view room which meant I could watch the boats come and go in the stunning sunshine. The sauna was great (there was no-one there) and breakfast varied. The service was friendly and top notch all around! I don’t usually love chain hotels but this was definitely the nicest Sokos Hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I’ll be nitpicking, but there could be a bit more space in the hallway and in the end of the bed. Also it is tiny bit on the side (tram connections are close!) but in exchange you get peace, quiet & sea views.

Great location, great taste in architecture and service, nice rooftop, good sauna, friendly staff, and all in all a very pleasant experience.

To nitpick, tables in the breakfast buffet were maybe too tightly arranged.

Todo estuvo 10 puntos. Solo le faltó que hubiese algo disponible para comer después de las 8.30 pm. Para los argentinos resulta difícil acostumbrarnos a cenar temprano y el hotel no dispone de un bar abierto a la noche

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel direkt am Wasser mit phänomenalem Ausblick. Gutes Hotelrestaurant und üppiges Frühstück. Schöne Zimmer- und Badezimmerausstattung.

Die Dauermusikbeschallung im ganzen Hotel sowie im Aussenraum nervt. Leider lässt sich im Hotelzimmer kein Fenster öffnen.

This hotel is very new, elegant, lots of wood, the lobby is very spaceous. The bed is very comfortable. It is nice to have a comfortable armchair and a desk with chair. The breakfast is great and the breakfast room is wonderful with sea views.

Unfortunately there was a temporary problem with the sauna, so there was limited access compared to usual. I'm sure this has been fixed.

Front deskin palvelu oli ennen majoittumista ja sen aikana ensiluokkaista. Saimme sisäänkirjautuessa huoneluokan korotuksen tarjoushintaan, joka kruunasi synttäriviikonlopun. Huone oli avara, tyylikäs ja todella hiljainen. Plussaa hyvästä tyynyvalikoimasta!

Pieniä juttuja; pimennysverhot eivät täysin pimentäneet huonetta ja minibaarissa ei ollut sokeritonta Cokista.

Beautiful clean and comfortable hotel in a perfect location The staff were really helpful and friendly We were upgraded to a room with a sea view which was lovely, the room wasn't massive but absolutely suited us and it was very clean and comfortable The roof top terrace is awesome

We would have preferred a walk in shower rather than over a bath but just personal choice

Creo que es el mejor hotel que he estado. Bonito, cómodo, el personal muy amable , las habitaciones excelentes . El desayuno insuperable , todo fresco , bastante variedad y el personal siempre pendiente de ti .

Sólo faltó la piscina. El gimnasio debería estar mejor equipado para trabajar con pesas

Katevarauksesta minibaariin pitäisi ilmoittaa selkeästi etukäteen. Voi olla tiukka matkustusbudjetti, niin 50e on paljon. Samoin olisin toivonut monipuolisempaa aamupalaa. Pekonia ja normaalia suodatinkahvia.

Tolles, sehr geschmackvolles Hotel. Der look ist clean und dabei sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist sensationell! Tolle Lage.

Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber und sehr leckeres Frühstück 👍😋 Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht. Preis Leistung passt hier wirklich.

Leider gingen die Fenster im Zimmer nicht zu öffnen. Ich verstehe das ein ausgeklügeltes Belüftungssystem das regelt, trotzdem hat man gerne manchmal etwas schöne Frischluft im Zimmer. ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Solo Sokos Hotel Pier 4 with my mother. The Scandinavian design is beautiful — modern, elegant, and very thoughtfully done, with no unnecessary details. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The reception staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional, with excellent knowledge and genuine willingness to help. Our only regret is staying for just one night. We would happily return and warmly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, just a short walk to the city centre. Breakfast range and quality of food was excellent. Sauna facility was fantastic and free!

Laundry service was too expensive. Rooftop area is a great idea but too windy. A Glass parapet on top of the existing wall to provide shelter would transform the area.

Breakfast is expensive but choice is fantastic. Great view from the breakfast room and friendly staff. Breakfast hours generous catering for all. I spent six nights at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There is a great bar on the roof with fantastic views. The sauna was a bonus.

There was a leak in the bathroom when I arrived and I ended up sprayed with water. The receptionist apologised and changed and upgraded my room but the room should hot have been left in that state and offered to a guest. The room was obviously not checked thoroughly by housekeeping. Opening hours of the sauna could be longer.

Un hotel delizioso ! La hall è molto suggestiva e si è accolti da personale gentile e sorridente oltre che molto disponibile a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Camere con arredamento nuovo in legno naturale ,pulitissime e con una spettacolare vista sul mare .Una delle stanze aveva il letto rivolto verso la grande finestra ed era una posizione veramente suggestiva !!Letti grandi e comodi ! La colazione molto curata ed originale sia dolce che salata con smoothy deliziosi ,miele naturale , vari tipi di yogurt. Personale attento e cortese , servono la caffetteria al tavolo . L'hotel offre Sauna, palestra e un'area relax .

Nulla Ho un po' sofferto il non poter aprire le finestre , bloccate per motivi di sicurezza . Una piccola apertura a vasistas sarebbe stata perfetta !!!

O hotel tem uma excelente localização. É muito moderno. As camas são muito confortáveis. O pequeno almoço é ok.

What an entree - you find yourself in a very spacious lobby with a big ring designed in light-colored wood in the center and a high ceiling - impressive architecture and design. Very modern and flooded with light. Amazing breakfast - ample choices, most items of excellent quality. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed with high-quality linen. Outstanding location for sightseeing and water views.

As attractive and bright as my room was (Superior room on 4th floor), it was actually not very big. This made storing my belongings a bit challenging. The bathroom in particular was quite compact. Prices for beverages in the minibar were steep.

Helpful receptionists, excellent breakfast, accessible free sauna.

Missing sauna pool/pond to cool off (howeber showers are quite enough). Breakfast starting half an hour later (small things, basically, nothing serious)

i can't really understand the concept with the TV on the wall, that can't be seen either from the sofa or the bed:) there was no good solution considering the room layout

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in - and I've stayed in many hotels. Super clean, super comfort, super convenient, super quiet. And I mean SUPER quiet! Bright and cozy room, beautiful common areas, wonderful gym, superb breakfast. Everybody was kind and helpful. From the reception desk, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff. Everything is tailored to make your stay as smooth as possible. Will definitely come back!

The location is really good, and the facilities (gym, sauna, loung/open space + terrace) are super nice. Overall, the hotel has a very calm vibe, which is great.

The staff wasn't friendly, to say the least. On top of that, they sold us tickets to the Allas Pool next door that were slightly more expensive than what the pool would've cost us if we bought them there directly. Before the stay, I asked for a room upgrade (nothing fancy), and was offered one for the same price that I had already paid for the 7 nights (my price would've doubled, for the same room, just facing the water instead of the backyard). Needless to say, I didn't go for it. Helsinki was practically empty, and the hotel was also not overbooked (it was also quiet). Didn't even get a bathrobe for the sauna, but they did offer to sell one to us, which is a joke.
