Too much crowded, long waiting for the lift.

Sangat2 mengecewakan. Kami book & bayar sudah agak lama selepas membaca review baik utk bilik1C yg muat 6 orang. SEDIHnya pada hari check in, sudah ada orang "bule" check in dalam bilik C. Bule itu sepatutnya dalam bilik A(muat 4 orang) tetapi ceritanya kerna ada lipas mati d bilik A, bule itu minta kebenaran melihat bilik 1C yg hanya next door, five steps away. Bila mreka melihat bilik 1C bagus mrk trus locked themselves inside( according to the penjaga). Bila kami mau check in, kmi ketuk pintu beberapa kali, baru bule itu buka pintu dgn seluar dalam sahaja dan marah2 mengapa ketuk2. Kami kata itu bilik kami...mulalah dia kata dia susah pindah2 kerna dia ada mak yg tua umur 60thn, tapi perempuan yang d berligar ligar d blakang dia bukan tua tapi ada beberapa org prmpuan muda yg hnya berbaju tshirt putih tanpa seluar. Peliknya dia pula yg dulu ugut suruh panggil polis. Pada pendapat saya, klau betul d panggil polis, mreka yg akan d suruh kluar kerna kami ada proof booking dlm booking.com. Tapi memandangkan kmi sudah terlalu letih untuk argue, baru sampai dari Korea(long hours flight)kami stop cakap, terpaksa masuk bilik A yg ada 1 single double decker bed & 1 queen bed(muat 4 org). Bule bayar rental for that room A accommodate 4 persons, my family(6 persons) pay for room C.for two nights. Hello Mr Kens....apa tindakan selanjutnya? Malaysian kena buli dalam negara sendiri....sedih. My husband yg umur 60+ jadi sakit kerna ridak selesa.

What I like, the management is very good and all questions from our side are ready to help quickly. The location and all the facilities are very, very good, available and close for us who have small children. Our family is very comfortable and enjoyed spending the night there. thank you.

Walkable to Times Square Mall & other Mall. Clean & staff was really helpful.

They were confused about my booking. Almost being kicked out of the house. I was busy explaining while walking around with my family. The washing machine was provided, but all the buttons were in Chinese letters.

Location good

The room smelled bad, but everything else was fine.

It's really nice and comfortable to stay here plus near the LRT and shopping complex.

Lokasi sesuai...senang ke tempat yang dituju.

Ada rambut di lantai bawah dan atas.

First masuk,sangat suka sebab bersih,kemudahan untuk masak pun ada,dari segi induction cooker,periuk nasi,kettle,microwave,pekakas seperti penapis raga,mangkuk plastik untuk membasuh disediakan. Ada 3 queen dan sofa bed sesuai untuk keluarga,jenis studio tapi owner ada sediakan lining sebagai partition . Katil sangat selesa. Bilik air bersih,saya suka sebab disediakan tempat penarik air,selepas mandi bole keringkan lantai untuk elakkan lincin memandangkan saya membawa orang² tua. Sabun disediakan,tisu juga Parking jugak mudah dan diberi arahan yang jelas. Ada masalah aircond tapi owner cepat respon akan masalah,terima kasih banyak2 sediakan tempat yang sangat¹ selesa.Hanger jugak banyak disediakan. Towel juga disediakan. Muslim friendly.

Tiada water dispenser tapi boleh dibeli di bangunan seberang ada KK mart,99 Speedmart dan 7e. Bawah aprmnt ada mart tapi sedikit mahal. Mesin basuh diminta labelkan bahasa sebab tak faham arahan dalam bahasa cina. Boleh sediakan tempat alas selepas membasuh memandangkan agak terhad untuk letak pinggan mangkuk yang lepas dicuci. Sediakan mangkuk kecil dan extra pinggan

The interior design

This is our second time booking the same unit and third time booking from the same host. The location is really close to lalaport and zepp and train station. So it's our first choice if we have a concert in zepp or if we want to travel around KL using public transport. The parking spaces are also plenty and easy. We were very happy with the facilities except for a bit of leaking in the bathroom downstairs when the bathroom upstairs is being used. But it's not that bad for us. Thank you for accommodating us. We'll book again if the unit is available if we have any plan in KL after this

the location is central to the city. East access to the Bukit Bintang district, public transport and the property itself is really comfortable

The best and cheap homestay in Bukit Bintang with 3 queen beds. This apartment provides many facilities and has easy access to hang tuah station monorail.

The place is really good its my 2nd time staying here. Before this my friend was the one who booked the place. Really2 recommended 😍
