Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Uns hat die Lage gefallen und die Architektur der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung war extrem schmutzig. Aufgrund der starken Verschmutzungen war es uns nicht möglich, uns dort wohlzufühlen. Noch am selben Abend versuchten wir, einen Austausch der Wohnung zu veranlassen. Der Gastgeber zeigte sich diesbezüglich jedoch in keiner Weise kooperativ. Statt konkret auf unsere Beschwerden einzugehen, wurden uns wiederholt lediglich standardisierte Antworten geschickt. Zunächst wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Spezialteam vorbeikommen würde, um die Mängel zu beheben. Die Wohnung wies jedoch so viele Verschmutzungen und weitere Mängel auf, dass aus unserer Sicht nur eine angemessene Ersatzunterkunft eine akzeptable Lösung gewesen wäre. Wir lehnten es daher ab, ein Reinigungsteam in die Wohnung zu lassen, da zahlreiche Mängel nicht kurzfristig hätten behoben werden können. Gleichzeitig weigerte sich der Gastgeber, uns eine Ersatzwohnung zur Verfügung zu stellen. Als Begründung wurde lediglich angegeben, dass keine freien Kapazitäten verfügbar seien.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Die Lage vom Apartment ist super. Nicht weit vom Supermarkt,Apotheke,ATM,Restaurant. In Laufweite zur Fanadir Marina mit super Restaurants. Wenn Ägypten dann wieder El Gouna und die Mangroovy Residence aber eine andere Wohnung!!
Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte definitiv besser sein. Die Dachterrasse ist nicht nutzbar da Möbel total verdreckt oder kaputt sind und es keinerlei Schatten gibt. Daher ist der Pool mit den Liegen definitiv die bessere Wahl!! Der Pool ist sehr groß aber auch in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2025There is a restaurant with very delicious local food nearby. As a whole spending time in the calm El Gouna was great
The terrace on top was in an unbelievably bad condition (we couldn't use it at all). Nothing in the apartment was clean enough but I guess in Egypt they just have different standards in terms of hygiene. The contact person was the worst. She gave us wrong instructions how to get into the apartment, was veryyy slow to answer almost the whole time and thought it is normal for the top terrace to be in this terrible condition

Reviewed Jan 26, 2025El Gouna is amazing, the apartmant was cosy, beautifully mantained, very clean and very quiet. No dogs or salesmen, fix and reasonable prices in the shops. Everything went smoothly, the pool was beautiful.
The rooftop terrace needs refurbishment.
