Comfy Condo 5pax condo, Heart of City

We didn’t stay. We arrived to the appartment, very strong smell of smoke, appartment not cleaned, dirty, beds undone and used towels in tre bedroom and the couch area. The pictures are not representative, it’s small and furniture quite cheap looking and even though we didin’t try, the beds didn’t look flat and comfy. Called and messaged the property no answer and the phone number didn’t work at all, was not even ringing. We ended up with our 2 kids taking another taxi back to look for a hotel at 9pm after a long journey, and ended up paying 5 times the amount we paid for our initial stay (reservation was made 7 months in advance)

床上有活的蚂蚁和虫子！！！！！太恶心了，虫子一直在被子上蠕动爬行！！！

I like that it is a short walking distance to the Jesselton Point. Ground floor has lots of shops and laundromat. Lots of parking space (but you need to pay). The room was big size, clean, with an okay view. All rooms are airconditioned.

A water filter would be nice. Swimming pool condition is questionable (it was murky). No ceiling fans.

房东特别热情友善，对于我们的需求都尽可能提供帮助。房屋中的床品也干净整洁，睡起来很舒服。我们带着家里父母和孩子出行，这里真的是很不错的选择。距离哲斯顿码头距离几分钟，步行可以吃超火的刺天堂榴莲，可以逛商场，美食街和夜市，非常便利。另外，城市公寓1单元顶楼的天台给了我们超大的惊喜。我们带着地垫和零食饮料，在天台看绝美日落，给旅行留下了非常美好的回忆。祖国来的朋友们，追求性价比的，选这家没错哒。☺

location yang sangat bagus, dekat dengan pasar ikan/sayur/buah, shopping mall..kedai 24jam juga ada dibawah. Owner jugak sangat ramah Dan sangat membantu.

Parking kereta yang bebayar dengan mengguna kan kad bank😅, overall puas hati

Close to the mall and very convenient . We are very enjoy our 1 night here! Clean and it makes our stay more comfortable plus the interior also very nice . Surely will be staying here lagi!

The unit was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay pleasant. I loved the strategic location on the same floor as the pool – it was super convenient for relaxing and enjoying the facilities. It was a comfortable and cozy stay, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The host was very helpful and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Their prompt support made things much easier for us.

Place is near the Jesselton point, money changer and restaurants, price is affordable compared to other options like this. Owner is nice and able to comply on my requests

You need to have the instructions given before you come here as I got lost finding the unit and also there is no reception on the area. If you are a foreigner you should get local Simcard to get around
