Holloway Apartments

The property was very modern, well equipped and clean. Our host, Jason, communicated well and responded quickly to any enquiries. I highly recommend Holloway Apartments to anyone looking to stay in London. Easy to travel to the sights of London via bus or underground train, with bus stops and station a 5 minute walk from the apartments. Thanks Jason, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location of the apartment so close to the Emirates Stadium was perfect for us. Jason was easy to communicate with and efficient.

The photos are overly flattering … the apartment is small - we were only 2 people so it was fine. You can hear everything going on in the building. There was an issue with sewage smell in the bathroom which I understand was resolved after we left.

No breakfast was provided; it was not part of the booking, so it's fine. The location is very fine and very accessible

The fact that the room is very small and again the room allocated to us was underground, I didn't really like that

Estuvimos cuatro personas y, aunque el apartamento es pequeño, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodos y descansar. Estaba todo muy limpio y disponía de utensilios de cocina por si necesitas preparar algo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y estuvo atento en todo momento por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos metros de la estación de metro, con muy buena conexión con el centro de Londres. Además, la zona es tranquila.

Como único punto negativo, hacía bastante calor dentro del apartamento y no dispone de aire acondicionado, aunque sí hay un ventilador que ayuda a refrescar el ambiente. En general, tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y quedamos contentos con nuestra experiencia.

Le logement a un emplacement idéal pour visiter Londres, il est proche de 2 stations de métro. Des supermarchés et des restaurants tout autour. L'hôte est très sympathique et réactif.

Es un piso pequeño, pero cómodo. El anfitrión nos ayudó mucho desde el primer momento y fue muy amable. La localización está bien, y está cerca de varias paradas de metro y bus.

The location was perfect and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were over to watch the Arsenal match it is located right beside restaurants, the tube station and so close to the Emirates. I have stayed here a few times when I travel over for football. Jason, who I was dealing with, was such a great help to us - any questions we needed to ask, he was very quick to reply.

El anfitrión ( Jasón) muy amable y servicial fácil de contactar con él para pedirle cualquier cosa. Buena ubicación, zona tranquila con muchos supermercados y bares y a 5 min del metro con línea directa al centro en 10 min. Acogedor y bien equipado con frigorífico, lavadora, toallas, gel, champú, secador, vajilla, sartenes, tostadora etc.

Para mi gusto pocos metros para 5 camas. Eche de menos el aire acondicionado aunque tuvimos dos ventiladores y suerte que no hizo demasiada calor esos días. Necesita algún arreglo sobre todo la tarima, cambiar el cochón de la cama matrimonio y la moqueta de la entrada al bloque.

Tutto sommato ho trovato quello che mi aspettavo quindi va bene così un consiglio se posso permettermi di darlo è mettere l'aria condizionata perché nelle stanze "anche se ci sono i ventilatori " è un po' caldo.

Pulizia bagno. Non ci sono finestre che danno all'esterno ma affacciate a bocche di lupo. Luce naturale praticamente assente.

Good location and enough space for our family of 5

The flights of stairs which were a little steep and tight while having luggages but that's not a fault of the host :)

1. Ubicación y transporte: Muy cerca de la Piccadilly Line y la Victoria Line, lo que permitió movernos sin problemas pese a las obras en una de las líneas. Está muy bien comunicado con el aeropuerto de Stansted, el centro y diversas líneas de autobuses. 2. Servicios en la zona: Gran variedad de supermercados (Aldi, dos Tescos, Waitrose) y comercios. 3. Limpieza y atención: Las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias. A mitad de la estancia, Jason nos facilitó el cambio de toallas sin ningún problema. Plus: Jason, el contacto del apartamento, fue muy amable y la comunicación con él resultó muy fluida en todo momento. Nos recibió a la llegada y nos explicó el procedimiento de acceso con código, lo cual resultó muy cómodo para las entradas y salidas.

1. Espacio muy reducido: El apartamento de cuatro personas era extremadamente pequeño y resultó muy ajustado para nuestra estancia de cinco noches. (a) Distribución incómoda: No había zona común para desayunar, comer o conversar; debíamos hacerlo en las habitaciones. (b) Falta de espacio: En la cocina apenas cabíamos cuatro personas, ni siquiera de pie. En la habitación de matrimonio, la pequeña mesa estaba siempre ocupada por las maletas, lo que obligaba a moverlas constantemente a la cama para poder usarla. (c) Gestión de disponibilidad: Consultamos a Jason si había otro apartamento disponible, pero solo tenía libre la última noche, por lo que no compensaba el cambio. 2. Descanso deficiente: Los colchones de muelles estaban muy vencidos y hundidos por el uso. Dado el precio pagado, esperábamos un lugar mucho más confortable. 3. Accesibilidad y entorno: El apartamento estaba en una cuarta o quinta planta sin ascensor, con escaleras muy estrechas. Además, la calle era muy ruidosa durante toda la noche (tráfico de policía y bomberos).

Velmi dobrá poloha, skvělé spojení k památkám, do centra dění, k divadlům. V okolí spousta kaváren, restaurací, fastfoodů i supermarketů (Aldi, Tesco). V ubytování najdete vše potřebné.

The location of the property was central, well connected to both the tube and buses. We were staying on the top most floor, which was very airy and were also provided with extra fans, since we were travelling during the heatwave. Jason, the property manager, was only one text away and always ready to help. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils to cook and we were provided with toiletries and towels. For me, though, I loved that we stayed right above Pepe's and several convenience stores.

Because this is located on the street, sometimes it can get really loud. If you are a sound sleeper, this should not pose a problem. But, for my parents who are in their 50s-60s, the only way they could get some sleep was shutting the windows, but since we were also travelling during the heat wave, this was hard choice. Aside from this and this is on me for not checking that the property has really narrow staircases with no lifts. Jason did try his best to help.

I loved the layout of the property and how open and clean it was. I think the facilities were well thought about by including the little things like plenty of towels, body wash and my favourite a hair dryer.

Apartament był w PRZYZIEMIU (w życiu nie pomyślałabym, że apartament z oknami może być pod ziemią - okna wychodzą na szyby wentylacyjne). Dość klaustrofobiczne przeżycie. Budynek dość stary. Mieliśmy ogromne kłopoty by spokojnie zasnąć bo podłoga nad naszymi głowami bez litości skrzypiała i trzeszczała jak lokatorzy z poziomu 0 chodzili. Zdecydowanie nie wybrałabym ponownie tego miejsca. Wystawiając opinie widząc zdjęcie nie mogłam sobie przypomnieć o jaki apartament chodzi - zdjęcia mocno PODRASOWANE.

Great location, close to underground station, buses, shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring London. Everything we needed for a short family break away. Great host who was easily contactable and attentive.

Location was great and the accommodation met our needs. There was good communication from the owner and he was very helpful.

Not a major issue because we only really slept in the accommodation, but the TV had no reception.

I found the person i meet was Extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean, fresh and very spacious as there was 5 of us staying here. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back again 👍

Location is handy for a gig we went to in Islington. Nice compact room that will accommodate 3-4 people, with en suite and kitchenette. It was quiet at the back of the building. We were met by the very welcoming host at the main door and given the door access codes. All very simple.

Lo que más me gustó fue lo atentos que son. Nos intentaron facilitar todo. Tanto el acceso temprano, el resguardo de las maletas, y siempre dio la sensación de que estamos atendidos y que había alguien pendiente a nuestras necesidades. El barrio tiene muchas opciones de comida "londinense" y la parada de metro está muy cerca. Las fotos reflejan la realidad.

Lo que no me gustó es que no había un espacio tipo salón para poder estar la familia junta. Las fotos reflejan completamente la realidad, el apartamento está muy bien, pero este hecho puede pasar desapercibido. Bastante ruido de ambulancias y policía toda la noche.

Pro pětičlennou rodinu ideální - a za tu cenu to bylo opravdu dobré, dvě místnosti plus kuchyň a koupelna. Vyspali jsme se spokojeně, vše bylo čisté. Nedaleko k metru, v okolí spousta levných restaurací i ALDI. Kuchyň byla skvěle vybavená, s velkou ledničkou, mikrovlnkou, pořádným sporákem a včetně trouby!

Byt je spíš malý a pro pět lidí není příliš mnoho talířů a skleniček, stůl byl také dost malý. Nebyla k dispozici pánev a žehlící prkno dosluhovalo. Ocenili bychom také konvici na čaj.

Un poco pequeño,pero completo y limpio.

La posizione è fantastica. 2 minuti dalla Piccadilly e 5 dalla Victoria line in un quartiere tranquillo con supermercato e ristorante. Host sempre presente. Rispondeva in tempo reale e ci hanno agevolato anticipando il check in. Tutto pulito. Ho gradito la microfibra nuova x la cucina e lo scovolino nuovo e pulito x il bagno

Il nostro appartamento era nel seminterrato quindi buio e umido, gli asciugamani erano perennemente bagnati. Le finestre davano su un tunnel interno quindi scuro e umido. Ho trovato molta polvere nella ventola del bagno e termosifoni. Qualche appendino in più, un appendiabiti dietro la porta e un posto per mettere i vestiti sarebbero utili perché a parte un minuscolo armadio non vi è nulla e abbiamo lasciato sempre tutto in valigia. Cmq adatto a chi vuole visitare in comodità ed economicita Londra e si sa adattare

Lovely flat that was fully equipped with everything I needed. It was very clean and in a great location, which made getting around really easy. I really enjoyed my stay—the owner was very accommodating and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this place!

La entrada al apartamento desde la calle muy facil ya que nos toco en la planta de entrada y era muy comodo.La amabilidad del dueño y de la señora que tenia trabajando que era ademas de simpatica muy cercana y nos ayudo mucho.La zona muy tranquila con 2 bocas de metro muy cercanas y que en nada te llevan al centro o donde quieras.Tb pasan autobuses cerca. Muchos supermercados cerca.

Todo era patio interior y tal vez en las fotos parecia mas reformado.Para 5 personas justito.

La persona que nos recibió era súper amable y muy atenta por WhatsApp. Teniamos un apartamento pequeño, pero lo justo y necesario para pasar una buena noche. En la ducha había botes de jabón y champú. Todo muy bien.

I also really appreciated your thoughtfulness in offering me the option to move to Flat 3 on the second day if needed—that was very kind. I’m staying with you while I take exams at Kaplan, which is just a few minutes’ walk away, so it’s incredibly convenient. I’ll be back next Monday for my fourth stay, and it’s reassuring to know I won’t have to worry about the accommodation. Many thanks again.

Ficamos pouco tempo, mas adoramos o apartamento. Bem completo e agradável.

Gastheer Jason is erg attent en snel met reageren. Prachtige locatie, tussen metrostations Holloway road en Highbury & Islington in een levendige straat vol eetgelegenheden en supermartkjes en op steenworpafstand van Arsenal. Binnen 'no time' ben je in het centrum. Goede bedden en de mogelijkheid om tassen eerder te brengen.

Het appartement dat wij hadden was 1 kamer met 3 bedden en een keukentje, wij hadden gedacht dat het een 2 kamer appartement was. Doordat het aan een drukke straat ligt, is het wat gehorig.

Great location, close to good food, pubs, tube station and the Emirates stadium. Apartment was nice and clean which made our stay comfortable. The host was brilliant and communicated promptly throughout. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The only one slight negative is that the apartment is on the smaller side but that is standard sizing in London (in case you’re not used to it) but this reflected well in the price. Was still very well appointed and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Great location close to where we needed to go, easy and secure access, plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Host was communicative and helpful from getting us settled in to the morning we left. Would happily stay again.

O apartamento é simples, com o básico para uma estadia sem problemas. O anfitrião é excelente, bem atento e muito prestativo. A localização é distante da área mais turística, mas o acesso é bem fácil e o bairro é bem interessante. Nos arredores há muitos restaurantes, mercados etc.

Acho que poderia ter uma cozinha um pouco mais bem equipada. Por exemplo, panos de prato e de chão considero fundamentais até para preservar o próprio apartamento.

Wir waren zu einem Arsenal Spiel dort. Lage dafür extrem gut. Ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu Stadion. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Pubs ebenfalls um die "Ecke". Auch die U-Bahn Richtung Innenstadt/Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Als wir ankamen fehlte Kaffee in der Küche. Der Gastgeber kam sofort vorbei und hat uns welchen gebracht. Super nett !

Nur ein kleiner Tisch in einem der Zimmer. Zu zweit aber kein Problem.

Hyggelig og imøtekommende utleier, som svarte raskt på våre spørsmål og som var til svært god hjelp før og underveis. Fantastisk beliggenhet en kort gåtur unna Emirates Stadium, helt topp for vårt opphold i London. Vi likte også at det var enkelt og rimelig å reise til og fra flyplassen. Under 5 minutter å gå til t-bane. Enkel inn- og utsjekk, vi fikk også sjekke inn tidligere enn først antatt. 😊

To voksne og to barn i ettromsleilighet er jo ganske trangt, men det gikk greit. Neste gang velger vi nok to rom. Vi er ellers godt fornøyd og har ingenting å utsette på Holloway Apartments.

Es un poco pequeño para 5 personas.

La posizione era comodissima, e viaggiando con due bambini era importante. L'appartamento è piccolino, ma aveva tutto il necessario, siamo stati molto bene e l'host gentilissimo e presente in ogni momento.

Le scale piccole e parecchio scomode tenendo conto che avevamo un passeggino e varie valigie.. e il tavolino della cucina è molto piccolo e ci si può stare solo con 2 sedie e degli sgabellini. Sempre tenendo conto che eravamo in 5, dei quali 2 bambini, uno piccolo.

La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla. Ben servita dalla metropolitana che porta a centro di Londra si trova a meno di 200 m dalla struttura.

Key code entry. Easy communication with hosts so all went very smoothly. Arrived earlier than we had stated which was no issue at all and check in was very easy. Perfect overnight accomodation for family of 5 attending a match. Very clean and great location.

Loud street noise. No extras like soap, paper towels, etc. No living area. Only bedrooms and a kitchen. A bit tight for a family of four.
