I would not recommend this property to book through again. We arrived from a flight and got to this block of apartments at 8:45pm. There were no directions and nobody around spoke enough English to help. We eventually made it to level 1 where there was a cafe. I had asked a group of men sitting down and they said you had to contact the number via the booking.com confirmation. I rang this number 3 times and text to no avail. We were left waiting for another 20mins or so before I knocked into another door across from the cafe when speaking another couple they said you can check in from there. When I entered the room I spoke with two different people who said I was in the wrong area for check in. Thankfully they were helpful enough to point us in the direction of check in. Upon entering the room behind the escalators we came up was the check in room. The gentleman who checked us in was sitting here on his phone (even though I had rang 3 times and text????). We checked in and got into the room at about 10:20pm, we discovered a bad odour in the room, a used pair of slides, stained walls and stained bedsheets. All in all I would not recommend to stay here as I’m sure there are other nicer places. Luckily enough we had a booking with AirBnB for 2 nights elsewhere and this reservation was just as our flight got in late.

Hay que poner 200 ringits de deposito que se devuelven al final pero no aceptan tarjeta mastercard entonces tuvimos que sacar dinero y luego al ser el ultimo dia que nos devolvieran el dinero en una casa de cambio y ahi siempre pierdes dinero

La ubicación está bien, no es perfecta porque no es centro, pero está cerca, a un paseíllo de 20 min y en una zona interesante para ver, además con el transporte público también te arregla bastante. El colchón era muy cómodo, se dormía bien.

Las instalaciones no están bien, los ascensores colapsados constantemente, la piscina cierra a las 10 de la noche que es cuando más apetece bañarse, con lo cual le quitas toda la gracia al alojamiento, la mayoría lo cogemos por la piscina infinita, además mucho ruido en el edificio. Desorganización e ir con cuidado porque a veces te dan habitaciones que necesitan reparaciones básicas de fontanería, calidad de muebles escasa o limpieza muy justita. No hay servicio de habitaciones, no te van a cambiar ni las toallas ni hacer la cama así que no lo esperes. Es un edificio demasiado grande que quiere absorber a demasiada gente y no puede.

The check in time took plenty of time and me as a new guest didn't really know the exact location to check in. here and there and it took me half an hour to find the exact location by calling the property. Please provide early and clear information to the guest on where the location is to check in. The space parking for the waiting car during the check in also should be provided.

Mieliśmy apartament z dwoma sypialniami,dwoma łazienkami salonem z aneksem kuchennym i dużym balkonem z którego był widok na dwie wieże. W nocy robiło to naprawdę wrażenie, do tego basen na ostatnim piętrze również z takim widokiem i to za tak niską cenę. Niesamowite!!!

La posizione è l’unico aspetto da salvare.

Prenotazione per 4 persone, stanza allestita per 2. Non c’era il divano-letto ma un divano normale, vecchio, sporco e scomodo. Abbiamo chiesto i guanciali, gli asciugamani e la biancheria per il divano e ce li hanno lasciati appesi alla porta dentro ad un sacco della spazzatura sporco. In camera c’è costantemente una TERRIBILE puzza di fognature proveniente da cucina, bagno e lavasciuga. Una cosa rivoltante!!! Insonorizzazione assente e letto scomodissimo. Per non parlare di mio figlio che ha dormito su un divano durissimo.

The elevators don't have AC. The apartment is very tiny, but it has everything that you need. At first there was a bad smell on the apartment, but when we let the water flow in the bathroom, I was fine

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, las almohadas estaban sucias, y el aire funcionaba regular, ademas el agua de la piscina estaba sucia.

Tener un 7eleven al lado, que la zona estuviera llena de gente incluso a las 12 de la noche, la comodidad del alojamiento, la piscina infinita para refrescarnos y tener esas vistas espectaculares y sobre todo se valora mucho tener un gimnasio.

No. Por 40 euros la noche tienes mejores hoteles en Kuala Lumpur. Esto no es un hotel, es un airbnb. Un edificio de 35 plantas donde vive mas gente. Como apartamento tiene todo, nevera, cocina, etc. pero esta mal cuidado. La recepcion esta dentro de un centro comercial. Las maletas te las guardan de la mano de dios con otras 50 y no puedes utilizar sus servicios hasta el checkin, ni el baño ni el wifi. Bastante poco cuidado. Encima llevaban un cacao con los checkin…

No me gusto nada. Sentimiento un poco de inseguridad. Quizas es el pais, pero vamos teniendo hoteles con entrada al edificio regulada a 100 metros no repito.

La localización.

Le falta limpieza, mucha limpieza. El baño olía mal. Ascensores muy lentos, y para encontrar la recepción un laberinto… no volvería.

This might be the worst hotel I have ever seen. Do not be fooled by the pictures online! Just one hour after checking in, I had to cancel my stay because I found four different cockroaches and other insects inside the room. When I informed the reception and asked to cancel, they delayed me for over an hour and told me to talk to the morning receptionist instead. Even though I came back the next day as requested, they refused to issue a refund and I couldn't get my money back. Extremely unhygienic conditions and appalling customer service. Avoid this place at all costs!

La lavadora en la habitación, su ubicación y el 7 eleven en la puerta.

La recepción es muy difícil de encontrar, no tiene ni el nombre del hotel. Es en otro edificio. Solo te dan una tarjeta para entrar a la habitación, siendo un código larguísimo. No hay persiana ni cortina, por lo que entra toda la claridad por la mañana. Solo nos dieron una toalla para toda la estancia. La mampara del lavabo estaba rota (no existía una puerta) por lo que cada vez que te duchabas, se inundaba el baño. Luego para ir a la piscina, te tenias que tapar hasta los tobillos, por lo que era bastante desagradable ya que si no ibas tapada, te echaban delante de todo el mundo. No daban utensilios de baño y estaban los estropajos de limpiar el baño en la estantería. Hasta las servilletas estaban vacías. No estaba muy limpio, y los ascensores daban miedo con suelo de madera y paredes raras acolchadas. Los de seguridad eran bastante desagradables.

Hicimos una reserva para 8 personas (4 adultos y 4 niños) y nos dieron alojamiento solo para 6: 2 camas dobles y un sofà cama que se desmontaba cada vez que te sentabas en él. El personal del hotel nos proporcionó un colchón y las 3 noches uno de los niños durmió en el suelo. Se pasaban la pelota entre los del hotel y ustedes de Booking. La reserva estaba bién clara: 8 PERSONAS 4 ADULTOS+4 NIÑOS. Tampoco teníamos toallas para los 8, solo para 6. Pidiéndolas nos las dieron. EStamos esperando aún que nos digan alguna cosa y la estancia ya terminó. Otras cosas que deben saber es que había bichos pequeños por la habitación (quizás en Kuala Lumpur es normal) y una de las 2 duchas no tenía agua caliente (suerte que hacía calor però me hubiera gustado una ducha caliente). Adjunto fotos de los bichos y de como dormian los 4 niños en el comedor (colchón en el suelo y sofa cama duro y que se desmontaba cada vez que te sentabas en él).

El edificio cuenta con dos supermercados,tres cafeterías,y tienes cajero y lavandería,y justo en la acera de enfrente hay un centro comercial,muy buenos servicios,luego andado hasta las torres Petronas son 15 min,así que servicios y ubicaciones muy buenos

El colchon era un poco regular,de muelles,y lo siento mucho pero la cocina se lleva mi punto negativo,no puedo considerarlo cocina,6 cajones vacíos,dos platos,dos cucharas,dos vasos...había dos cazuelas con OXIDO y una sartén, imposible cocinar nada así,no hay extractor,ni cucharas de madera para no rallar la UNICA sartén k había,y trapos,uno.Le falta menaje a esa cocina,un microondas sería estupendo.

El agua de la ducha no llegaba caliente, mas bien tirando a fria... En el exterior de la habitacion los 4 dias de la estancia sonando una alarma....

Le personnel ainsi que le logement est super ! Très grand appartement très moderne et bien équipé. La clim est un vrai + ! Quelques points de ménages à améliorer mais dans l’ensemble nous nous y sommes très bien sentis !

Finding reception was a chore Our room had no blinds on a balcony door meaning light from other balconies disrupted our sleep and there was no privacy. Staff were not helpful when this was raised and ignored WhatsApp message after initially responding to the question if they were open. Checked out a day early as did not get much sleep.

Check in process was bit not clear. There were multiple hotels in that building and each had some common check-in areas. House keeping is not free (atleast for our 2 nignts stay) Other than that, after check-in everything is very good.

L'emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui ne veulent pas trop prendre des taxis. Niveau nourriture il y a du choix un 7eleven juste en bas du bâtiment.

Alors par ou commencer... - le personnel est pas forcément agréable. Ça se voir c'est de la chaîne. - on ne sait absolument pas ou trouver l'agence de location. Personne ne répond ni par téléphone ni via mail. - on nous a donné une chambre ou y avait deja quelqu'un dedans, donc obligé de prendre une autre chambre. Heureusement que l'hôtel était pas full. - les ascenseurs sont long a venir (10min parfois). - si tu leurs demande pas ils te donne ni wifi ni piscine. Bref pour une famille faut pad etre difficile... pour les jeunes c'est bien.

Bon emplacement à proximité de commerces et restaurants. La piscine était superbe, salle de sport bien équipée. Le logement dispose d'une machine qui lave et qui sèche les vêtements. La vue sur les tours Pétronnas est magnifique.

La literie n'est pas suffisamment confortable. Le ménage qui pourrait être de meilleure qualité

Room seemed clean, and the view from the pool was incredible.

Check in and check out was a mess. No instructions and no help at all. We managed to find an empty room with 5 local men on their phones that did not speak english and could not help us. After 30 minutes, we found out that the reception was in another place. Also, when we needed to check out, the reception was shut even though it said open 24/7. We needed to catch a bus at 10 AM but with the reception still shut at 9 AM it was very stressful. Luckily someone showed up after 20 minutes. Also the staff didn’t respond when we called or texted on whatsapp. There was also a cockroach in our room.

Pool and gym .

Bedsheet kept falling off so we had to sleep on the mattress. Not very nice. Also, location was not super great even though it said so.

The room was noisy due to a maintenance issue in the ceiling that did not get resolved we were relocated to a lesser room not happy we booked a Penthouse suite for our Anniversary and could not stay there due to the noisy fan in the ceiling very upsetting the issue did not get resolved so we could not stay in our room so upset it was our Anniversary and paid for a room that we could not stay in so angry ruined our holiday 7 days and still not sorted no one from Management could help out.

Je n'ai eu aucun petit déjeuner, je n'ai pas vérifié si j'y avais droit, mais en tout cas je n'ai eu aucune information sur les services que je pouvais bénéficier. J'ai eu une seule carte qui m'a bloqué durant mon séjour, je ne pouvais pas me séparer de ma famille, j'ai demandé une 2ème à la réception, on m'a répondu catégoriquement non! j'étais obligé d'accompagner mes enfants à la piscine car ils avaient besoin de la carte pour monter au 35ème étage.

Le manque d'information sur les services compris, les essuies n'ont jamais été changé, est-ce qu'elles devaient être échangées tous les jours? je ne sais pas, je ne savais pas que la piscine était au 35ème étage, c'est un touriste qui me l'a dit! L'agent de sécurité pas commerciale du tout à mon arrivée, je lui ai demandé comment accéder à mon appartement, il m'a juste fait signe de la main tout droit, aucune info, j'ai du suivre mon instinct et demandé à des touristes avec des valises pour m'indiquer la réception. Il manque aussi les fils pour sécher le linge, très important pour une famille avec un long séjour!

Lo único que me gustó del alojamiento fue las vistas que hay en la piscina.

No me gustó del alojamiento primero que todo que no tenía nada que ver con las fotos que se publican en el anuncio. Después de esto, una vez llegamos a recepción e hicimos el checking. Las explicaciones que nos dieron, los recepcionistas fueron las mínimas, pues hay muchos detalles como por ejemplo que para subir en el ascensor, hay que primero marcar con la tarjeta de la habitación y eso lo averiguamos por nosotros mismos, viendo a otros usuarios. Otro aspecto que me pareció súper mal es que en el anuncio no pone que no podemos bañarnos en bikini en la piscina, pues como la religión es musulmana prohíben este tipo de vestuarios y lo informan el día de antes de llegar al Hotel a través de un WhatsApp y si te pilla fuera de tu país, ya no puedes coger o preparar un bañador a tiempo. Y por último, las condiciones de la habitación eran pésimas, pues no estaba lo suficiente limpia, el agua con el que nos duchábamos era fría y además el desagüe del lavabo estaba roto y tuvieron que subir a cambiárnoslo porque perdía agua. En definitiva, no lo recomendaría.

Nous avons aimé la vue depuis le balcon.

Très déçus de notre séjour. L’appartement sentait mauvais, le linge de toilette n’était pas propre et dégageait une mauvaise odeur. Il y avait de la poussière et des taches de saleté un peu partout. La climatisation fuyait, le lit était inconfortable, l’ascenseur très lent et il n’y avait pas de micro-ondes. La réception était difficile à trouver et personne ne nous a aidés à localiser l’appartement. Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement seulement si vous ne comptez pas y être beaucoup.

Bathroom was sooo unbearably smelly, booked for 4 people and only got two towels and one double bed + sofa but no sheets or blanket or pillow for sofa bed had to ask for them.

Tienen demasiadas reglas, una de ellas es con el uso del traje de baño, hay mucha gente musulmana, tampoco me dejaron bañarme con short y polera, ya que mis traje de baños eran bikini y no están permitidos.

Very bad experience. Didnt get the room i pay for. Reaching there at 2 am and there is no one to guide you to your room and cant even find the reception. Once i managed to find the room, it was very very smelling and dirty. Tried to ring the guy who was in charge but did not even answer. Next day i went to see them and let them know i have already booked another place where i am going to as i cant leave in this piece of crap, the lady there now trying to still my deposit money as she is blaming me for breaking a table for a room which i have stayed only for 5 hours. Please dont go there as dont want anyone to lost money like i did.

It was impossible for our driver to find the check in, the hotel was supposed to be next to KLCC and it was a taxi ride from there, the unit had leaky pipes in the bathroom and only hot water in 1 of the 2 bathrooms.

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l’entrée. De plus, nous avons trouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain.

El personal de check in no fue muy amable en el momento del check in. Y luego lo que no me gustó fue que nos pedían un depósito de 200 MYR lo quisimos dejar en tarjeta de débito y nos dijieron que tardarían un año en devolverlo. Y en t tarjeta de crédito hasta dos meses. Nos pareció algo totalmente surrealista que se tarde tanto. Al final optamos por dejarlo en efectivo que nos lo devolvieron al entregar la llave. Otra cosa que no le gustó del personal que es que quisimos dejar las maletas al hacer el check out y nos dijieron que solo guardan maletas en el check in . Al dejar la llave ya eso no dan ese servicio. Algo que me pareció bastante absurdo. Porque tuvimos que llevarnos el equipaje a otro sitio.

Really confusing building , no actual check in desk , it’s located in a shopping center , the room had no TV there was burn marks in the floor and the carpet , there was no hot water in the shower , the shower hadn’t been cleaned since it was built I don’t think , would definitely avoid the place , looks good from the photos but nothing like the pictures in person , I left 2 days early just to get out the place
