1）房东提前发了邮件，但是没有告知取钥匙的密码，只是和我确认到达时间，我到了之后只能电话和房东沟通取钥匙的方式（我是下午5:30左右到达的），英语口语和听力一般的同学会不适宜。其实房东可以邮件里文字说明一下取钥匙的密码和方式的；2）是一个套间，共用厨房和客厅，隔音不好，其它房间游客出来说话比较吵。

Slept well when we arrived on Sunday but Monday night was terribly loud with all the morning traffic. Even through loud white noise, it was extremely noisy. Difficult to get any sleep on a weeknight.

Communication with Lorenz was not good. His initial email said he would reach out a few days before arrival. When he did not I reached out to him two days in a row - and finally reached him with a phone a call hours before arrival.

Abzug gibt es dafür, dass das W lan überhaupt nicht funktioniert hat, weil Verbindung zu schwach (zumindest in unserem Zimmer, es gibt mehrere)

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025Ein schönes Zimmer in einem klassischen, schönen Altbau mitten in Bozen (in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Waltherplatz). Ein kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem abgezäunten Hinterhof stand zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat die Übergabe der Schlüssel bei Ankunft und Abfahrt äußerst unkompliziert durchgeführt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025The host is super friendly. She is polite and introduce you everything you need. The location is super good. 5 mins walk to train station. 3 mins to bus stop. 5 mins to cable car station.
The room is near the main street. It’s quite noisy starting from like 6am. There’s no clean sleeping blanket provided. I have to cover myself with the shower towel overnight. Luckily it has AC.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025La chambre est très bien, confortable et fonctionnel. Avec air conditionné, parfaitement fonctionnel.Il y a une petite kitchenette mais je n'en ai pas fait usage mais tout à fait équipé avec FRIGO et freezer. Appartement bien situé à quelques minutes du centre à pied
Accueil un peu perplexe, nous n'avons pas pu accéder à la chambre avant 18 heures. J'ai dû faire usage de déduction pour trouver la sonnette et le lieu. L'emplacement pour la voiture et dans un parking public déserté la nuit. Tout s'est très bien passé mais pas trop rassurant.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Odlična lokacija, blizu železniške postaje in centra mesta. Ob prihodu nas je pričakala prijazna najemodajalka, ki nam je izročila ključe in pojasnila vse potrebno. Soba je prostorna, čista in dobro opremljena. Tudi skupnja kuhinja je dobro opremljena in čista.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2025Super friendly hostess who let us check in at noon and the room was ready when we arrived. The room we stayed in had a washing machine, which saved us time to do laundry. Facilities in the shared kitchen in the common area was also adequate for us to prepare breakfast and hot drinks. The property was a 5-minute walk to the Centrale train station and bus station, and a 15-minutes walk to the old town. The host was very kind and offered us 2 guest cards, as promised when we booked the room last August. These cards allowed us to use public transportation in the surrounding area for free, which was especially useful for those who did not have a car to visit the Dolomities.
Cleaniness needed to be improved, and the room was facing the street, which was very noisy. However, we slept well at night after the traffic decreased. The Wifi was also very weak so I had to use my own data during my stay.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2025Only a few min walk to the center of old town, clean and you get what you pay for. Parking is available on site and staff are very friendly and helpful. Shared kitchen on site is very adequate as well. Shower has good pressure and hot water.
Only thing I can suggest is a shelf in shower but not a complaint as such only a suggestion.

Poor wi-fi signal in the last room. Loud streets around - in summer, without AC, must be less comfy. Missing spots/hooks for hanging clothes/towels.

The owners were very helpful — they gave us great recommendations for exploring the city and met us in person to make sure everything was okay. We had everything we needed for our one-night stay. The location is perfect: central and not far from the station. The hotel offered free coffee and tea for guests. If you need to cook something, there’s a stove and a fridge available, which is very convenient.
