No vengais aqui si no os quereis quedar tirados. Me dijeron que avisará 20 minutos antes de llegar para que me entregasen las llaves y eso hice. Cuando llegué nadie me contestaba ni al WhatsApp ni a las llamadas. Me dejaron tirada en la calle. Me tuve que buscar otro hotel y a la hora de reclamar, me dicen que no me creen, que no he llamado y que no les aparecen mis llamadas en la centralita, que parece que no me he querido quedar allí. Logicamente tengo los pantallazos. Cuando adjunto las pruebas me dejan de contestar y me dicen que otros huespedes no han tenido problemas. Cabe destacar que estabamos con otros huespedes en la misma situación que nosotros. Muy poco fiable toda la gestión y más despues de ver las reseñas, es algo habitual en ellos. Nada profesional. No vengais si no quereis quedaros en la calle. Bolzano tiene muchas opciones y esta No es una de ellas.

Die Lage.

War kein Personal da. Per Whatsapp via KI kontaktiert. Kei Fragen wurden beantwortet. Matrazen waren übel, Sauberkeit war solala. Parkplatz war auch ein Theater. Man musste beim Platz improvisieren. Zimmer waren sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, nicht mal Seife im Badezimmer. Wir hatten 3 Apartments für 6 Personen gemietet. Preis war gleich, Einrichtung war jedoch nicht gleich. Der Gipfel war jedoch am Checkout Tag. Wir waren noch kurz am Brunchen und vor 10 Uhr wollten wir nochmals ins Zimmer um uns nochmals frisch zu machen vor der Abfahrt und da waren schon 2 im Zimmer am "sauber machen" und wir hatten die Schlüssel noch nicht mal abgegeben...eine absolute FRECHHEIT!

Appartamento adatto anche per una coppia con un bambino al seguito, ampio e luminoso, pulito e confortevole con un comodo letto. Ampio balcone con bella vista sulle colline circostanti. Funzionale il bagno. Buona la posizione in una tranquilla zona residenziale immersa nel verde, a meno di un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro.

La reception non è presente in loco, ma è solo telefonica in caso di qualsiasi bisogno, e non è reperibile a tutte le ore. Per l'accesso è stato necessario attendere per più di un quarto d'ora che arrivasse un inserviente in bici mentre l'auto era malamente parcheggiata in strada, nonostante il preavviso fornito che era stato richiesto dalla struttura. L'angolo cottura è del tutto adeguato, ma dotato di poche stoviglie e non è presente un microonde. Il tappo di chiusura del lavandino in bagno è stato trovato rotto e col relativo tubo di scarico piuttosto intasato.

La ubicación es fantástica y la terraza es, sin duda, uno de los grandes atractivos del alojamiento, con unas vistas preciosas y un ambiente muy agradable para disfrutar y relajarse. Como detalle a tener en cuenta, la terraza es un espacio compartido con los vecinos, aunque esto no impide disfrutar de las estupendas vistas y del entorno.

Como aspecto a mejorar, la limpieza dejó bastante que desear. Tanto el comedor como algunos de los utensilios de cocina no estaban todo lo limpios que sería de esperar a la llegada. Además, la ducha no funcionaba del todo correctamente, ya que el desagüe no tragaba bien el agua y esta se acumulaba durante la ducha. Sería recomendable prestar más atención a estos aspectos para garantizar una estancia más cómoda y agradable debido a la relación calidad-precio.

Sehr gute Lage (in 3 Minuten in der Altstadt). Hat alles was es für 1-2 Nächte braucht.

Check-in/out sehr schlecht. Kommunikation nur über Whatsapp. Lange Wartezeit bis Schlüssel gebracht wurden. Tiefgaragentor geht nur mit Schlüssel auf, die man für den Checkout in der Wohnung lassen muss (ein Hinweis vorher wäre hilfreich).

Tutto il resto: al momento del check in l'appartamento era in condizioni pietose. Sporco, briciole a terra con tanto di formiche sia in corridoio sia in cucina, insetti sul muro del bagno, ragnatele in ogni angolo. Una volta segnalato, l'operatore si è reso disponibile a pulire "nuovamente". Una volta fatta la doccia, si è allagato l'intero bagno e il corridoio. Mancano ganci per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno. In generale l'appartamento (ero nel n.1) avrebbe del potenziale, ma manca completamente di manutenzione, cura e pulizia. Fortunatamente avevamo letto le recensioni sulla scarsa pulizia e quindi avevamo portato le nostre lenzuola e asciugamani. E non abbiamo usato la cucina. Un vero peccato visti i 130 euro a notte pagati...

Personale gentile, appartamento ampio, luminoso e pulito. Perfetto per soggiorni sia brevi che più lunghi a Bolzano.

Ci è stato assegnato un posto auto nel garage sotto all’appartamento. Al rientro dopo cena quel posto era stato occupato. Come alternativa ci è stato fornito un posto alternativo a 10 minuti a piedi. Da quando abbiamo scoperto che il nostro posto auto era stato occupato a quando ci è stata data una soluzione e siamo riusciti a parcheggiare sono passati 40 minuti. I gestori sono stati gentili a trovare una soluzione, peró noi avevamo diritto al posto auto assegnatoci all’inizio e questo ci ha fatto perdere tempo.

The property was lovely, modern and the areas onto the rooftop patios from the apartment were excellent. We had lovely views from our room and the patio area was excellent place to have a nice drink and admire the views. The bedroom was made up beautifully and the beds were very comfortable

Although there was lots of communication prior to checking in at check in we were left standing for 15 minutes waiting to be let in 😕 We would have liked some milk and sugar to have a coffee or tea supplied at least for when we first got in. 🥴 and we needed a tea towel.

Bell'appartamento nel pieno centro di Bolzano. Perfetto per chi vuole conoscere la città. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, considerati i prezzi medi della città.

깔끔하고 넓어요!! 침대도 아주 편안함 날씨가 더웠는데 에어컨 잘 나와서 좋았어요 보안시설이 매우 철저하다는 생각이.. 열쇠가 개많아요 정문 들어오는 키, 집 키, 주차장키... 불편할순있는데 그만큼 안전해보이긴 했어요

처음 체크인할때 키 전달받는데 기다려야해서 좀 불편했어요 (주인이 오는게 아니라 열쇠전달하는사람 대행?으로 전달주셨는데 좀 불편...) 위치도 은근 찾기 힘들어서 잠깐 헤맴

The wifi name and password in the room were not updated, but we found the right name and password in the hall so everything was ok

The apartment was very spacious and modern, the terrace area was a lovely addition with a fantastic view! The bed was really comfortable and it was nice to have a dining table both inside and outside for when we didn’t feel like eating out! Location was very good, walking distance to the old town main square. Hosts were very responsive and friendly!

The kitchen was slightly under equipped when we wanted to cook - might benefit from a couple of extra pots and pans if possible!

Osoba przekazująca klucze nie mówiła po angielsku. Czystość pod znakiem zapytania. Brak mydła w łazience. Słabe wyposażenie. Na jedną noc ok, ale na dłużej nie wystarczająco.

Todas las instalaciones, ubicación cómoda. La vista desde las ventanas y terraza es maravillosa. Personal muy amable, no tenía problemas. Me gustó la estancia en este apartamento

Total kaputte Möbel auf der Dachterrasse Kein TV Mitarbeiter bei Übergabe der Schlüssel nicht gesprächig. Die Schlüssel sollen wir in der Wohnung lassen und zu ziehen Leider kamen wir dann nicht mehr aus der TG raus

Personalet var uhøflige og enormt svære at komme i kontakt med…og ham der kom ud for at cheke os ind talte slet ikke engelsk så der var ingen kommunikation:// Der var absolut ikke nok faciliteter i køkkenet og hverken sæbe, viskestykker eller affaldsække? Der var ikke rent og stadig madrester på tallerknerne:/ muligvis fordi der ikke var sæbe i lejligheden fra tidligere beboere heller… Så det måtte vi selv ud og købe.

Die Unterkunft ist teilweise Modern dennoch fehlt viel, was die Ausstattung betrifft. Es gibt keine Seife,Küchenrolle, Kaffe Kapseln, Salz/Pfeffer , Geschirrtuch in den Apartments. Wir haben an unseren Anreisetag leider festgestellt, dass sich in der Toilette noch Hinterlassenschaften vom vorherigen Gast befinden, sodass sie offenbar nicht gereinigt wurde.

Mancavano: in doccia dei ripiani dove appoggiare docciaschiuma / sapone e in soggiorno un piccolo tavolino/carrello di supporto. Mancava il bagnoschiuma e la carta igienica appena sufficiente.

Gestori gentili ed efficienti; ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal centro e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e degli autobus. Comodissimi i letti e i cuscini, climatizzatore perfettamente funzionante.

Era presente la macchina del caffé ma non le cialde/capsule. Mancante anche il detersivo per lavare i bicchieri. Nel bagno si potrebbero mettere dei ganci per appendere gli asciugamani. L'appartamento ha anche un bel balcone ampio che si potrebbe dotare di tavolino e sedie: sarebbe ottimo per chi soggiorna più a lungo!

Im Vorfeld wurden wir gefragt, wann wir einchecken wollen (Checkin normal ab 15.00 Uhr). Wir fragten ob 14.00 Uhr möglich sei. Antwort: Ja. Wir waren um 14.00 Uhr da, aber leider konnten wir nicht einchecken. Auf telefonische Nachfrage hieß es 15.00 Uhr. OK. Dann hätte man uns nicht 14.00 Uhr bestätigen sollen. Wir warteten vor der Anlage. Dann kamen noch zwei weitere Gäste. Wir warteten zusammen. Dann kam ein Gast raus aus dem Tor der Anlage und sagte uns, das diese bei ihm auch schon so war. Warten. Die putzen drinnen immer noch. OK. Allerdings war um 15.00 Uhr immer noch kein Checkin möglich. Wir warteten weitere 20 Minuten. Dann endlich kam das Personal und zeigte uns die Garage. Wir fuhren in die Tiefgarage und konnten aber leider nicht auf unseren Platz, da ein anderer Gast so parkte, das 2 Parkplätze belegt waren. Die anderen Gäste, die mit uns zusammen gewartet hatten, hatten das geleiche Problem. Allerdings war es dem Personal nicht möglich die Parksünder ausfindig zu machen. Also wieder raus aus der Tiefgarage und vorm Haus geparkt. Das Personal sprach auch kein Englisch und wir konnten nicht mit Italienisch dienen. Schade. Kommunikation war nur mit Händen und Füßen möglich. Als wir dann endlich in der Ferienwohnung ankamen, freuten wir uns. Dann in der Küche, der Schock, es war nicht ganz sauber. Habe ein paar Stellen selber geputzt. Einige Steckdosen in der Küche waren defekt. Ansonsten alles prima.

Il fatto di avere aspettato 2.5 ore prima di poter entrare nella struttura. Il proprietario non rispondeva al telefono. Per fortuna che dopo 2 ore abbiamo incontrato un condomino che gentilmente ha chiamato il fratello del proprietario che esortato anche da lui ha fatto venire in guardiano a portare le chiavi. Inconcepibile una gestione di appartamenti così. Ci sono altre alternative a Bolzano. Non venire qui. Ps: chat Whatsapp con proprietario gestiate da un bot, per cui inutile.

Otrevlig personal, inga instruktioner vid in- & utcheckning. Fick stå och vänta i 40 min på att någon skulle möta och släppa in oss. Han som sen mötte oss kunde inte heller engelska. Nya möbler och inredning men inte ordentligt städat, såg ut som man bara dammsugit.

Accueil le manque de communication la remise des clés sans détail pas d explications après une rando super une journée extra nous trouvons le portail fermé et attendons 20mn devant ce matin pour partir le portail encore fermé et on ne peut pas sortir encore 10mn devant perdu heureusement 2 motard partait et il nous on ouvert tres gentiment

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It is located not far from the city center, making it easy to get around. The terrace was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning front-row view of the mountains. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a toaster and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment and would definitely recommend it. The only small downside was that there were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels or clothes. Other than that, everything was perfect.

El somier de la cama estaba completamente roto, por lo que el colchón se hundía al dormir. Encontramos ropa interior femenina detrás del sofá y para ser un apartamento es muy muy pobre en menaje de cocina. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Leider war Beschreibung für Schlüsselrückgabe falsch. Kamen aus Tiefgarage nicht mehr raus 🤪. Wurde aber schnell jemand mit Schlüssel vorbei geschickt. Alles in Allem hat alles gut geklappt.

The check-out process was especially inconvenient if you have a car. You need to use the key to open the parking garage gate and take your car out, then go back inside the building to return the key.

L'appartement est assez proche du centre ville. Le quartier est vraiment calme, le temps est à l'arrêt. Il convient très bien pour 2 personnes, ou 3 personnes maximum. Si vous arrivez aux environs de 15 heures, l'hôte est assez réactif et en 10 min quelqu'un s'est présenté pour nous ouvrir.

Le contact compliqué avec l'hôte, qui nous a envoyé quelqu'un pour nous ouvrir. On a eu du mal à communiquer avec ce monsieur qui était fort pressé. Une fois arrivé à l'étage de l'appartement, il nous a juste dis le numéro de notre appartement et a disparu directement, sans aucune autre explication.

Zepsuta klimatyzacja, brak wyposażenia: w aneksie kuchennym: stary garnek i zniszczona brudna patelnia, zostawiona brudna ścierka i gąbka do naczyń, która mogło być sprzątane WSZYSTKO. Brak wieszaków na ręczniki, kosza na śmieci w łazience, szafek nocnych, całe umeblowanie to jedna szafa i 3 krzesła. Meble na balkonie stare, połamane i brudne. Balkon nigdy nie sprzątany.

It's the most beautiful stay of my life. I had got the perfect room with beautiful views on both the windows. Bathroom was very beautiful and the kitchen was also perfect. I would like to come again for the same room. Even though there wasn't any reception, they were always available on the call and cooperated perfectly. Smooth and pleasant experience. I would recommend this stay if you ever thing of staying in Bolzano. Perfect value for money.

Die Lage der Apartments ist sehr gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Es ist ruhig.

Trotz Ankündigung der Ankunft musste der Hauswart dann noch einmal angerufen werden. Mitteilsam geht dann auch anders. 😶 Wir haben später eine WhatsApp bekommen, das wir die Kurtaxe bezahlen sollen, was der Hauswart hätte auch direkt einkassieren können. Schlüssel bei Auszug wohin? Auch das muss erfragt werden und die Antwort erfolgt 2 Stunden später!!! Im Aopartment könnte etwas mehr an Tassen und Gläsern vorhanden sein und vor allem wäre es schön, einen sauberen Fußboden zu haben. Für eine Nacht passabel, länger würde ich es nocht buchen.
