Excellent breakfast, magic house garden and location.Big house cat.I met interesting guests , German and Tunisian. Eco conscious choices throughout, toilet paper rather coarse, eco wet wipes possible.🤭🙄 I previously stayed Britannia for 50£ less, no breakfast and I can justify that. I am also interested in the other Grounding resources, swimming pool et al.I am not a hotel regular but M&5th inspired me to seek the alternatives to the mega costly 5star plus. Finally the price excluded vat so final cost is was 30£ more than the bait price that shown initially. Mugged again, buyer beware!

Room was really sweet and perfect location for the parks and primrose hill. The co working space I didn't get a chance to use but would definitely be a great place to work from in the day. The kitchen always had teas and coffees and facilities you can use so you didn't have to be in your room the whole time.

No aircon but a big sash window you could open - just booked during a few really hot days in London but the use of the garden helped.

Eines der besten Hotels in London. Schönes Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Ich konnte direkt durch den Regens Park ins Büro laufen. Es gab ein kleines Problem im Badezimmer, das sofort behoben wurde. Möchte auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Not too big and not too small, tastefully decorated and comfortable

I believe several rooms have beds in mezzanine style requiring clim of tight stairs to the bed area which has low headroom. If one is big or having restricted mobility I would suggest talking to the hotel direct and avoiding such a room. We had this problem and the staff were able to change room within a day.

Very homely, nicely decorated and perfect location, on a quiet street right next to Camden Town.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is excellent, right next to Primrose Hill in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. There are several parks within walking distance which was great for exploring and getting some fresh air. The room was small but it had what I needed. Overall, a comfortable stay in a beautiful part of London.

I stayed during a heat wave so the lack of air conditioning was noticeable. This is understandable given that the property is in a heritage building, and the fan provided by the property was absolutely crucial and very helpful during the hot weather. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay.

L’hotel è in una zona molto carina di Londra, residenziale e quindi non esattamente centrale. In teoria avete un autobus sotto casa ma durante la mia permanenza era fuori servizio, a Candem (circa 15 min a piedi) pero’ c’è la metro. Le camere sono un pochino più buie e in generale piu “semplici” di cio che aspettavo ma sono comunque belle e confortevoli. Non c’è aria condizionata e la colazione è altrettanto basilare ma comunque di buon livello.. In generale se cercate una via di mezzo per stare a Londra senza spendere troppo è ottimo!

The top floor was very hot ( it was unseasonably warm) and a fan was provided.

Breakfast was lovely, access to the kitchen 24/7. Communal areas were lovely to relax in and decor was fab. Located in a gorgeous area of Primrose Hill, very quiet. The staff were excellent so friendly and helpful.

Only downside was the studio room we chose had a mezzanine floor for the bed area and it was so hot during our stay, as heat rises and there was no air conditioning which made the evenings unpleasant to sleep. Fans were provided but didn't help as it was awkward to carry fans up and down the stairs.

No Aircon, really really stuffy rooms and corridors during the heatwave. It was impossible to sleep

The location was close to public transport and to Camden Town, yet still quiet. The rooms looked very well and the facilities were charming. Gluten free bread and granola was available.

The size of the bed was much smaller than expected. Two people (one adult with 1,58m and a 14 year old teenager) did not fit comfortably so that my son slept one night on the floor. Also the service (cleaning every 4 days) did not consider that 1 roll of toilet paper might not be enough for two people for that time period and there was no staff on the premises to ask for more. Also the breakfast was very limited (only fruit and joghurt and bread with sweet toppings), catering only for the sweet tooth.

Prima verzorgd ontbijt, niet heel uitgebreid maar zeker voldoende. Leuk om bij de zomerse temperatuur gebruik te kunnen maken van de tuin om te ontbijten. Lokatie was prima met heel mooie zonsondergang vanop de heuvel in het park. Gezellige buurt.

Erg warme periode en de airco moest nog hersteld worden. Door de krappe kamer koelde het 's avonds niet veel af.

Firstly: the view from our window – we looked out onto a wall, which was rather depressing. This should be stated more clearly on Booking.com. Secondly: the air in our room was stuffy and hot. Thirdly: it was clean enough, but not quite clean enough (there were the remains of a dead insect stuck to the bedside table).

Loved staying so close to the parks and just a short distance to be in the middle of London. The room was beautiful decorated and the view of the church was lovely

Overall it was average. Definitely not in line with reviews.

Room was well worn! Carpets heavily stained and generally didn’t feel very clean. Staff were ok, not overly friendly. Definitely room for improvement. Breakfast, if bread and yoghurt is your thing you will be fine but very limited.

The location was great, very quiet by London standards , right next to Regents Park/ Primrose Hill. About a 15 minute walk to tube. Studio felt like your own little flat in a friend's house, and was very well sound- proofed..Bed comfortable and breakfast just perfect for me. It felt very safe as a solo traveller. I would stay here again and recommend it.

You could do with at least one comfy chair in the studio, as the only comfy place to sit was on the bed, away from the tv in the other room. There was no reception, so you only really saw staff at breakfast, so it felt a bit remote. The welcome book was a bit "airy fairy" and didn't explain practical things like how to get onto the WiFi or that the key card also operated the front door.

Postel je užší. Snídaně byla jen sladká (jogurt, sypání do jogurtu, džem, chléb a máslo).

The property was fresh and modern. We stayed in a ‘Best in House’ and was completely contained. We only stayed for a couple of nights but it would also suit a couple who wanted to stay a few weeks (or more).

I found the communal kitchen a little frantic at breakfast time, as space is quite limited and it has to serve quite a few people at a time.

Great locaction, friendly staff who took in our bags early allowing us to explore the park nearby. Very clean comfortable rooms and the breakfast was an added bonus. Would stay agin.

The location was great. The kitchen and common areas were lovely and the garden was wonderful. Nice and clean.

Le petit déjeuner mériterait d’être un peu plus varié (ex : œufs et jambon en plus). Un ventilateur d’appoint était installé dans la chambre, mais n’était pas assez puissant. Un de meilleur qualité aurait été le bienvenu ☺️

A trip to London we’ll never forget! The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable room equipped with everything you could need, stunning garden and communal areas to share breakfast in and relax. Plus the added bonus of the neighbour’s cat coming to visit and chill with us in the kitchen. Definitely worth the value, we will be back for sure!

The décor and general vibe were all great. Very chic vibe.

The stairs for the mezzanine were awkward. Needed a better fan for the room. One of the light switches on the mezzanine floor didn't work so we had to turn it off downstairs

We really liked this hotel. Homey, stylish, good amenities, safe, great location, comfort, satisfying facilities. Staff could be more friendly. Cute cat around, we named her Marmite :)

Upon check in the girl was really kind but after no one really. £25 / hour for every extra hour after check in time is too much. My partner was sick and not even 1 hour was offered for us to stay longer eventhough I asked.

I liked the room and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch too.

The room was teeny tiny! Only really ok for a one night quick stop over.

The location was perfect, so close to Primrose Hill and Regents Park. The room was perfect for our short stay, and the building in general was gorgeous. The staff were very accommodating and understanding.

The TV did struggle to connect to the WiFi at times, but this was not a major issue.

The only problem was that it was so hot! Not the people or places fault at all but it was actually boiling

The hotel is conveniently located to e.g. Euston and KX main-line railway stations and to Regents Park. It's on a quiet street with busses nearby. The back gardens of adjacent houses, which can be seen from the staircase, are full of trees: this in Central London. The back garden, where you can eat breakfast, is a little oasis of calm. The communal areas (kitchen, TV room, outside garden, garden room) are pleasant.

You'll communicate with AI regarding questions about check-in etc. The AI is pretty stupid: we asked if there was an iron in the room, were told that there was an iron in the ironing room, then that one would be put by "the staff" in the room, then there was no iron in the room. Apparently there are human members of staff present till 9pm. We said we'd be checking in late as we had another event earlier in the evening. We were left on the doorstep at 1am, exhausted, with no code to enter, a phone number on WhatsApp that didn't respond, wondering what to do. Eventually my partner had a bright idea that worked (dial the number given using the Phone app rather than WhatsApp). Someone remotely let us in, then into our bedroom. This was tiny, cramped, stuffy with a bed that was barely sufficient for one person let alone a couple. In the morning (fortunately we slept well as the street outside was quiet and we were exhausted), we realised that if one turned up by 9pm, got a room key from a human being, knew what to expect regarding the rooms, and expected nothing out of the ordinary, your experience could be very much better than our own. Nevertheless, no hotel should leave a guest stranded outside on the doorstep if they have been led to believe that they'll just have to contact an after-hours number to be let in.

Endroit exceptionnel pour séjourner à Londres. Quartier calme et typique de Primrose Hill, mais juste à côté de l’animation de Camdem. Immeuble ancien avec énormément de charme, entièrement rénové avec goût. Studios où on se sent chez soi immédiatement. Les gens qui y travaillent sont adorables. Le petit déjeuner simple mais avec de très bons produits. Je recommande à 100%

This aparthotel far exceeded my expectations and I'd recommend this over a hotel room if you're staying in the city for more than a few days. The building itself was beautiful, the staff were attentive and the unit where I stayed was gorgeous. The location was just off the park, and a quick walk to the high street. Free oat milk in the fridge for coffee, free coffee if you buy a sandwich at the coffee shop nearby, and a beautiful backyard.

Breakfast could have had a few more options, and the bed could have been a bit firmer. The light switches didn't always work, with lights sometimes turning on in the night, without the switch being touched.

The Mason & Fifth is a very special Hotel, in a beautiful location close to Regents Park and Promrose Hil Park The neighborhood is wonderful with lovely cafes and restaurants nearby

Some rooms are heading to Regent’s park road which is a busy road . I recommend them less. The other rooms turn to the beautiful green garden and are quiet and enjoy a lot of privacy. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I’m back there next week

We were a group of 4 friends who were in London for a concert. This property was perfect for travel to the concert and just the right location sightseeing in London! Central London/Kings Cross station is a short tube ride away and the property is within walking distance of the iconic Camden market and London zoo. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, really looked after us. Our beautiful room overlooked the lovely back garden. We weren’t expecting breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find a simple but healthy breakfast spread of granola, yoghurt, fruits, bread and spreads and a nice selection of teas & coffees! We weren’t expecting breakfast very happy with our stay and will definitely keep this in mind for any future trips to London!

It was a hot day and there was no air conditioning at the property, but the team made sure we had a fan in the room and kept our windows open to ventilate the room. It helped a little but the room facing the road was still quite warm. Apart from that, it was perfect!
