Cozy Apartment with Jacuzzi and Sauna at 188 Suites Klcc

Excellent apartment in a perfect location for exploring Kuala Lumpur🇹🇭.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting with all of our request. the rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable, Great value for money and a fantastic base for traveling with friends or family. i will definitely return on my next trip to Malaysi.🩷

Uitstekende locatie, erg veel te doen in de buurt met lekkere eettentjes en winkels. En natuurlijk de Twin Towers. De gastvrouw was erg aardig. Ik had per ongeluk met koken aanrecht beetje verbrand. Alsnog werd mijn borg niet ingehouden! Ook was het zwembad erg schoon! En wat ook zeker een pluspunt was, er veel beveiliging rondom het complex die heel goed bijhielden wie er binnen en buiten ging. Heel fijn!

De badkamerkastjes hebben echt onderhoud nodig.

La vue et la déco

C’est sale, des traces sur le lit, de la moisissure sur les murs, des plaintes qui se décollent, la moquette qui s’enlève (dégât des eaux ?). Il faut vraiment entretenir cet appartement.

Great location and a lovely apartment with a fabulous view. Swimming pool area is clean and well maintained as it's the gymnasium. Shopping facilities very close as are restaurants and a monorail station.

I would have liked the sauna to be available but it seems to be being refurbished.

Not what I booked añd what I get. They upgraded me to I bedròom instead of studio that I actually booked. The air cond was lound and washing machine wasn't working and the room with durian smell. I requested her to put me back to studio as I booke but she informed that the studio's water heating was out of order. She only managed to fit it tomorrow. When we moved in the next day, the tiles infront ot the bathroom was tear out which covered with plastic mat. The staff mentioned that it just happen, she only managed to get workers in by next week but it seems like be there for ages.

The room was super comfortable and nice. Room equiped with many amenities . Room was very clean. Host was very helpfull and friendly host give accurate information. Reply messages fast. Keys given on time. No waiting time. Hospitality excellent.

Clean apartment, nice hot bath/shower!

Perfect location, just 15 minutes walk to Petronas Tower. The room is huge, clean and well equipped with a bathtub, washer, microwave, countertop stove, kettle, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery, iron & ironing board, even a first aid kit. Love that they gave us plenty of refillables like shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, instant coffee etc. The host is responsive, understanding and always happy to help.

Nothing I didn't like at all, but just some suggestions for improvement: The apartment needs a deep clean and some maintenance from time to time. Shower room tiles have mold and the bathroom sink has some stains on it. The kitchen's extractor desperately needs a good scrub. The carpet feels itchy to walk on :( Had some issues with wifi cannot be connected on my android phone (Pixel 7 pro), even though it can connect to other wifi networks just fine, but I had plenty of data so it didn't bother me at all.

Very near to KLCC and popular prata shop Train Station just mins walk away. Alot of eateries, convenient store and mall around. Host is very friendly.

Comfy and clean. Great facilities and walking distance to Petronas. Equipped with great gym, yoga suite and pool. Definitely great for family and even single travelers. Close to convenience stores for basic needs.

There was no breakfast.

On arrival a tourist from overseas does not have wifi or internet. Hence, I could not see any msgs on the plane. On arrival the reception did not know anything and did not hv my reservation or key. The reception then gave me their own wifi & I was able to see msg requesting my time arrival etc. On a very long flight from London I waited about one and a half hours to eventually get my key. Maybe in future, it would be so much easier to put the keys in an envelope with the guest name, for the reception or valet to just hand over to the guest on arrival.

The room is large and nice, has balcony, has a desk with a comfortable chair you can sit on all day, has smart TV, bathroom has a nice shower and also a tub, the bed was very comfortable and the owner is very friendly and arranging

Very comfortable, valuable stayed, nice view, nice room, complete facilities include medical aid kit, not all room service include with medical kit, got bathtub, got kitchen, nice staff to communicate, very worth for money spent! Will repeat
