Clam place. Gave us a early check-in. Near to everything in pasikuda. Very clean, the price is outstanding.and outdoor bathroom is another level

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unterkunft wie beschrieben, alles bestens Legendäre Pfannkuchen und Obstteller zum Frühstück, sehr gutes Curry zum super guten Preis.

Internet war nicht stabil, bin aber nicht sicher ob die Besitzer da Einfluss drauf haben.

Great location, located behind a well-stocked store and within walking distance of beaches and plenty of great cafes and restaurants. The cabins are situated around a lush garden teeming with wildlife.

Sometimes the wildlife popped up in unexpected places, but that just added to the fun of our stay here!

La struttura è all’interno d’un giardino meraviglioso. La stanza pulita, bagno esterno adiacente alla stanza.. bello lavarsi all’aperto. Host molto gentile e premuroso. Colazione buona e abbondante

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann beide Strände zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichen. Die Zimmer sind einfach und die AC funktioniert. Das Frühstück dauert lange ist aber frisch und lecker.

Capisco il costo basso ma non trovo accettabile che non ci si prenda cura della pulizia di base. - il proprietario - quando gli ho detto che non avrei soggiornato lì perché non era accettabile e quando gli ho chiesto un attimo di tempo per trovare una soluzione alternativa prima di cancellareb la prenotazione presso la sua struttura - mi ha dato ultimatum dieci minuti to leave. Davvero scortese, aggressivo. Ahimè il turismo va incoraggiato e con prepotenza e saccenza ci si merita solo il minimo.

Schöne Lage, perfekt zwischen Kalkudah und Persikudah Beach liegend. Der Host sehr nett, die Zimmer sauber mit Outdoor Badezimmer. Frühstück auch sehr lecker!

Value for money relative to the big resorts made it an awesome stay. Rooms were large, facilities were great. Owners were very kind and responsive with any of our requests. Very homely vibe, lots of families were staying. 2 minute walk to the beach and a shop next door.

No hot shower for us and our toilet was leaking which left a very unpleasant smell.

I received a message more than a week before asking my checkin time, that I didn't know. The check in day, again but I had no network connection the morning. When I answered around noon to give my checkin time, I had the bad surprise to discover that they canceled my booking without prior notice.

La limpieza del establecimiento

The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and a fantastic local restaurant across the road that was clearly popular with the locals and offered excellent value for money. However, the property was in need of some TLC and a good deep clean. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, the top sheet had a rip in it, and the sheets were very thin. The towels also felt quite worn and could definitely do with an upgrade.

Lovely staff, very accommodating. Incredible value for money. The breakfast was simple but tasty and big. They provided an additional room for our driver at very short notice. Accommodation was spacious and clean, with a beautifully kept garden, a very sweet dog, and it was within walking distance of the beach.

Les chambres sont confortables et assez propres, la climatisation est appréciable car il faisait très chaud. Situé proche de la plage, un restaurant sympa à 2min à pied.

Pas grand chose à faire autour, mais pour une étape d’une nuit ce n’était pas dérangeant

Man hätte aus 2 Frühstücksvarianten wählen können, das war aber erst im Nachhinein ersichtlich. Frühstück trotzdem gut.

Goede ligging om te lopen naar de stranden en restaurants in de buurt. Kamer was heel fijn en een goed bed.

We hebben het personeel gezien bij aankomst, hij heeft ons geleid naar de kamer. Daarna niet meer gezien of gesproken tot de betaling van de kamer... Dus mocht je informatie willen over de omgeving verwacht dat hier niet te krijgen.

Close to the beaches and they were able to arrange a beautiful birthday cake.

We had two room and there was one (budget) rooms that was quite .. budget-like.

Super petit déjeuner copieux avec un délicieux jus de fruits frais. Joli petit bungalow et terrasse agréable. La jolie plage de sable fin de Kalkudah.

A part la plage peu de lieux à visiter et assez éloigné du centre ville. Pas de possibilité d'utiliser les vélos hors service et non réparé pendant notre séjour.

Franchement, tout était parfait Les petites cabanes sont trop mignonnes, la douche extérieure est un gros + 😍 Le personnel est adorable, il nous a réservé un taxi pour un bon prix La localisation est parfaite, à 200m de la plage Je recommande +++++ cet endroit qui était bien au dessus de nos attentes Il y a même une douche commune, qu’on peut utiliser après le Check out si on veut profiter de la plage ! Les chambres ne sont pas isolées car il n’y a pas de fenêtre mais seulement une moustiquaire mais c’est un détail

We had a pleasant stay at Inn at the Bay. The room was a little on the small side for our family, but it was clean and had good air conditioning and hot water. The location was excellent, with Pasikudah Beach and Kalkudah Beach both within easy walking distance, which was perfect for enjoying the beautiful beaches. We had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed the fantastic location and good value for the room.

We did notice some red ants down the side of the bunk bed so the kids didn't want to sleep in their bed.

La personne qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner et du tuk tuk est adorable , d'une grande gentillesse. Il nous a trouvé un scooter à louer très rapidement et donné des bouteilles d'eau . Il nous a donné de bons renseignements pour prendre le bus via trincomale .Le lieu est paisible , partagé avec les singes , oiseaux, écureuils et un gentil chien . La chambre avec clim est parfaite , la salle de bain dehors au top . Très bien placé pour aller à la plage avec quelques bons restaurants ( shanti beach hut ne pas se fier à l'aspect extérieur et sun coast sea food ) et une mini supérette. Pour les amateurs de bières, un bar ambiance tripot 😅juste à côté en vend . Très bon rapport qualité prix

Everything on the property was great, we were given a first cabana which was average, but after discussing with the manager for another issue about a mistake in the booking, he replaced us in a better room and sorted our issue out. GREAT SERVICE ! The second room was fantastic. Showering outside is a really good feeling, water pressure was really good.

The host cannot do anything about it, but impossible for us to have a good night sleep because of the dogs in the area who barked all night for the 2 nights we stayed here … it seems like they are doing this every night … really disappointing!

Easy walking distance to the beach and peaceful setting. Visited in July .No need for the mosquito net provided.Fan only .We found that adequate and had a great night's sleep.Loved the hammock in the garden and the outside bathroom. Basic,simple and clean accommodation, good value for money

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gute und ruhige Lage, hervorzuheben ist die gute Ausstattung des Zimmers und die bequemen Betten..

Rustic bungalows situated in a well-tended shady garden. Reminded me of my travels in Thailand in the early 2000's. The open air bathroom was good and the shower was the best all trip.

A pool would be good but then that may spoil what has been created which has clearly been done with careful thought and consideration

Wat een prachtig plekje hebben de eigenaren hier gecreëerd. Alles met liefde gebouwd, aangeplant en met zorg onderhouden. Fijn bed en de lekkerste (regen)douche ever. Helaas trok Pasikudah zelf ons totaal niet aan maar ieder zo zijn ding. Ben je op doorreis of wil je juist wel langer in Pasikudah verblijven, dan is dit plekje een aanrader.

Das wir spontan krankheitsbedingt eine Nacht länger bleiben konnten Der Besitzer war sehr nett

Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber , wir hatten viele Ameisen , Kakerlaken, Frösche und Moskitos in Zimmer und Bad , ein Kühlschrank fehlte sowie Klopapier , wir haben uns leider nicht sehr wohl gefühlt und waren froh unser eigenes Moskitonetz sowie Bettdecken dabei gehabt zu haben.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Inn on the Bay. Rooms clean & comfortable. Quiet location. Loved the outside bathroom. Well stocked shop next door. Only a few minutes walk from the beautiful Pasikudah beach. The manager was helpful & friendly & responded to messages very quickly. Breakfast was excellent & well worth the money - large pancakes, great selection of fruit, juice, tea/coffee (or sri lankan breakfast also an option). Felt very at home here & was very sad to leave.

Geen ontbijt optie inbegrepen. Een leuke plek, waar een zwembadje in t midden heel fijn zou zijn.

The best place for it's price category in pasikuda, rustic cabanas with an outside bathroom and rain shower, fantastic breakfast served coconut pancake with syrup fresh fruit and great sri Lankan pot of tea, a good relaxing vibe and the manager is friendly, recommended 😊

Bugs and nocturnal tree frogs do find a way into the room at night, keep doors shut.

The location is proxmit to the beach and very good rooms.

This hotel is in a great location, right between the Kalkudah and Passikudah beaches. There is a small shop nearby where you can buy delicious cashews. The natural surroundings make it ideal for relaxation and rest. Arun is a very hospitable host! His uncle prepared delicious pancakes and fresh juices. He also brought us buffalo curd. The cabanas are cosy and separated from each other, so you won't be disturbed by neighbours. We spent a nice time bathing on Kalkudah and Passikudah Beaches every day. Kalkudah Beach is a deserted beach with crystal-clear water. There were no big waves in May, so it was perfect for swimming! There are plenty of four or five star hotels along Passikudah Beach, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. Passikudah Beach has always shallow waters, but it is perhaps a little dirtier and more crowded than Passikudah.

While you shouldn't expect much luxury, the hotel is great for nature lovers! If you want anything, such as lunch or juice, it's better to discuss it with Uncle beforehand so that it will be available the next day. Some minor maintenance work is still needed in the bathroom, but the hotel is worth its price. There is not much for children to do on the premises, but maybe in the future, they will build a children's slide or sandbox :)

De prijs-kwaliteit. Als je in deze regio niet opzoek bent naar een resort is dit een goede optie. Je betaalt een pak minder en zit op 10 minuten wandelen zit je aan het strand, en kan je wel genieten van de zwembaden van de resorts.

Buiten strand en resorts vind je in Pasikudah niet veel. Maar het is een leuke korte tussenstop.

The bed is very small and the bathroom is not very clean.

It is location and simplicity, Price is reasonable to the Given Facilities , staff is very friendly and Helpful. Pasikuda beach is in walking distance.

Ongoing construction made it bit messy. It does not have a Resturant which is bit troublesome. But staff was very supportive and Helped us to buy Foods from a Nearest location. It Needs to add some more Facilities. There was a TV but no Online channel to watch. Bathroom amenities need to improves such as Providing shampoo, soap etc

Inn On The Bay is a pleasant place to stay as it has a lot of shady trees that keeps the area cool. The host was very friendly, upgraded us to an A/c room and was helpful with getting us to the correct bus for our next trip to Arugam Bay. He is also a great chef making an excellent breakfast. The location of Inn On The Bay is perfect for crossing the road to access the best beach for swimming and to local restaurants within walking distance nearby. Highly recommend.

Tout etait très bien. Personnel sympathique et arrangeant. C est propre. Salle de bain extérieure très sympa avec eau chaude même si ce n était pas forcément utile ! Terrasse très agreable. A 3 minutes à pieds de la plage de Passikudah et à 5 minutes de celle de Kalkudah

Nice staff, be aware that outside toilets can as good as bad depends on your perspective of nature and dealing with small insects. I liked it. although because its outside the conditions of the bathroom weren't great. quite warned out.

Badkamer , kamer : allemaal heel erg verouderd. TV werkte niet: slecht beeld en enkel Sri Lankees. Niet hygiënisch, aan renovatie toe, geen aanrader.

L’endroit est charmant, dans un petit jardin superbe, entourés de plantes et d’arbres. La salle de bain semi-ouverte permet une douche en plein air : très bonne expérience !

Pas de restaurant sur place, sauf pour le petit déjeuner, mais des restaurants tout autour.
