Overall, the location of the homestay is quite good and convenient. It is easy to get around, and there are plenty of places nearby for food and dining. This made our stay more convenient, especially when travelling with family.

The lift waiting time is too long. Sometimes we had to wait around 20–25 minutes, especially during check-out. A lot of time was wasted just waiting for the lift. The parking is also not very convenient. Our parking lot was on Level 10, so every time we went in or out, we had to drive around almost 10 rounds to reach the parking.

No places to hang clothing after wash our clothing. Hangers also not enough. Don't have proper swimming pool as expected.

Klimatyzacja w pokojach była ale bardzo słabo chłodziła. Zmiana temperatury chłodzenia nic nie zmieniała. Podróż windami to też nie lada wyzwanie i trzeba zagospodarować na to sporo czasu. Do czystości w apartamencie też można by sie bardziej przyłożyć.

I am not satisfied with the lift service at Urban Suites, Jelutong, Penang. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, but the lift situation was extremely disappointing. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the lift, and it still did not arrive. In the end, I was forced to use the stairs and walk down from the 32nd floor to the ground floor, which was exhausting and unacceptable. Please take immediate action to improve the lift system. I am especially concerned about elderly residents and guests, as they may not be physically able to use the stairs in such situations. This issue could cause serious inconvenience and even pose safety risks. I hope the management will address this problem as soon as possible and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for everyone.

Parking level may be quite high, but managed to get host for lower level, subject to availability. Location may not be walking distance to attraction sites, but ok with car / Grab. The bathroom door not waterproof, starting to peel. May not be as convenient if need more than one access key

Comfortable beds. Good location.

Only 1 set of keys for 3 adults. Given the keys were needed for to operate the lift it limited the ability to undertake different activities. One of the bathrooms was unusable as it seemed impossible not to flood the bathroom. We all showered in the ensuite bathroom. 2 glasses were supplied for 3 people. The owner has agreed to look at supplying more lift passes, more glassware and checking the bathroom.

Lift teruk gila. Time check out pack sangat2. Nak tunggu lift sejam. Orang masuk lift semua bising2 sebab kena sidai sejam baru dapat lift. Ada yang turun guna tangga bawa beg bawa baby lagi. Repeat? Nope

Kemudahan unit rumah bagus sesuai dengan harganya. Lagi mahal bayar 1malam, lagi elok rumah yang kita dapat. Sangat tidak adil apabila kita bayar sewa untuk rasai kemudahan yang tidak diselenggara seperti kolam renang yang pecah jubin, jakuzi dan sauna tidak blh guna. Tandas wanita pun sama.

Setiap tahun dtg bercuti dengan keluarga semenjak 2024 hingga 2026 tapi rasanya ini kali terakhir saya dtg sini. Tiada yang istimewa lagi menginap di Urban Suite. Harga sewa rumah semakin mahal.

The access card to open the door and for electricity is the same card and only one set is available . When some of the member wants to go out , means the one stay at the house must be able to wake up and open door for them . This is very inconvenient to us .

The host has done a wonderful job—the stay was very comfortable and the check-in process was seamless thanks to their clear assistance.

Unfortunately, the building's lifts are incredibly slow. Waiting 15+ minutes is common during checking out hour, which is particularly difficult for guests with mobility needs. I saw a person in a wheelchair stuck waiting indefinitely even after we decided to take the stairs. Great unit, but be prepared for a long wait at the elevators.

So many defect in property,and parking. For person like me i took my team for a vacation and booked this homestay,after booking was completed, there was no any update during or after booking that vehicle like,van or starex kind of vehicle can’t be parked at the free parking that was provided by the homestay due to the building structure is low. After reach the homestay i had to call the management and they told us to park below but we got to pay each day RM48 or per exit there will be charges. Other OPTION is to park out side of the building at our own risk. Is this even a solution.For defect that we had during our stay, airconds were not functining well and water was dropping. Main door,room doors and bathrooms lock was not working properly there were times where we had to ask someone to wait at the door so it doesnt open. Dressing table drawers were broken.. sink coway water was dripping on the floor. Aircond was not cooling.Inform all this to the management they promise to send their techinician early around 8.++ evening but we had to leave out for Dinner so left the keys at the locker room and inform the management & after coming back at 10.30pm room still the same no techincican came, around 11.30pm techinician approaching knocking the door,where someone is sleeping already the tecchniciam came during that time…#Terinble
