There was facade’s construction around the building. We could not open the windows in a day time because of the dust of construction, just in a night time.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026It was spacious, the hosts were nice, it had everything needed provided, including ventilators for the hot days, which was a pleasant surprise. Its not that near the city center but very well connected via public transport, so no issues getting anywhere at all. Sits right between Schloss Schoenbrunn and the city center, which makes going to the palace less tiresome.
We got unlucky and there were renovations on the facade on the other side of the building, so it was quite noisy during the day. But we didnt stay at the room most of the time, so it was mostly alright.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Er was een bijzonder vlotte communciate met de host, die erg behulpzaam was. Het appartement is licht en ruim, en alle voorzieningen zijn er om zelf te koken. De bedden zijn super, we hebben alle vier bijzonder goed geslapen. De locatie is vanuit het centrum vlot bereikbaar met de tram.
We gaven door dat het licht, dat permanent brandt op de gang, door het keukenraam tot in de living schijnt, wat lastig was voor de gasten die daar slapen. We zijn er zeker van dat dit kleine euvel met een kleine ingreep zal worden opgelost voor de volgende gasten.

Wir sind uns nicht sicher, aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert vielleicht nicht. Wlan ist auf dem Wohnzimmertisch falsch angeschrieben aber Lukas 🙏 hat uns schnell geholfen .

There is substantial building working currently going on which affects the exterior of the property and the small outside space. Builders walking past the windows and early morning drilling and cigarette smoke were very unpleasant. It seems this may be going on for some time.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Beautiful spacious place. We really liked that there were three floors. Thw kitchen was really nice. The contact person was very helpful. It is a good location if you have a car, as the P+R Ottakring is nearby and parking is affordable. We really enjoyed our stay.
Because of the construction on the building, the terrace got messy so we didn't use it that much. The bathtub did not have a plug, so we could only use it as a shower. We were too busy to ask about it, so that was also on us.

Reviewed May 28, 2026tesis son derece temizdi ve ev sahipleri her türlü sorumuza hızlı şekilde dönüş yaptı, çok kibar ve samimi bir iletişimleri vardı. evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek malzemeler mevcut, yataklar oldukça rahat. yalnızca fotoğraflarda belli olmayan bir detayın belirtilmesini isterdim: tuvalet ve banyo ayrı ve tuvalette el yıkamak için lavabo yok, bu da hijyenik açıdan bizleri zorladı. şehir merkezine ulaşım toplu taşımayla yaklaşık 40 dakika sürüyor, fiyat performans olarak iyi olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Predvsem mir in lokacija, ker imaš več možnosti dostopa v mesto. Družina se je počutila varno, saj je okoliš res miren.
Mogoče smo pogrešali dvigalo, saj je stanovanje v prvem nadstropju, ker smo imeli voziček ampak nič hudega, malo vaje ne škodi. :) Škoda, da nimajo lastne garaže, a Dunaj ima možnost PR garaže in plačaš 4€/24ur, ter 28€ za tedensko karto za vse tri javne prevoze (tramvaj, ubahn bus).

During the stay. We felt right at home. The location was great too, there were multiple stores (BILLA, Lidl), also tram station was very near and made our stay even easier. To sum it up everything was even better than we expected.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Ein kleines Ferienhaus mitten in Ottakring - sehr ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Tip-Top sauber und sehr geräumig, Zimmer auf drei Etagen verteilt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, gibt hilfreiche Tipps, und reagiert sofort (Probleme mit dem WKLAN). Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca. 7 Minuten Fussweg, ein kleiner Supermarkt (Billa) direkt um die Ecke!
Das Haus zur Straßenseite hin wurde gerade renoviert (Stand: April 2026), daher nur Blick auf einen Bauzaun, und tagsüber rauchende Handwerker vor den Fenstern. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat uns das jedoch nicht weiter gestört. Nur das WLAN hat einige Schwächen. Der Vermieter hat uns ein anderes zur Verfügung gestellt - der Empfang ist jedoch teilweise dürftig, und die Geräte mussten ständig neu verbunden werden. Aber das kann man verkraften! Achtung Parkplatz-Situation: Wir haben Glück gehabt und direkt vor dem Haus parken können. Wir haben es darauf ankommen lassen...am letzten Tag jedoch haben wir einen Straftzettel bekommen: 50 € (sic!). Es lohnt sich also, die empfohlene P&R-Garage anzusteuern...

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Anbindungen an die Öffis ist super. Ein kleiner Billa ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Hinterhof. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. Endlich mal eine Ferienwohnung, bei der nicht an Toilettenpapier, Spültaps o. Ä. gegeizt wird. Die Betten sind mega bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war äußerst angenehm und vor allem sehr zeitnah!

Апартамента е на чудесно място, в близост до магазин и с удобен превоз до центъра. Домакинът е страхотен! Погрижил се е за всичко, до най-малките детайли. Комуникацията с него е лесна, приятна и приятелска. Може би и това е една от причините да се чувстваме, специални и спокойни по време на престоя ни във Виена. Препоръчвам горещо, с две ръце. С удоволствие бихме го посетили отново. 😊

Reviewed Aug 24, 20252家族5名で2泊しました。集合住宅の中庭にある一戸建てのテラスハウスです。部屋や設備は写真のとおり、とてもおしゃれで清潔でした。3フロアあり、1階にキッチン・ダイニング・リビング・トイレ、2階に寝室・トイレ・バスルーム、3階に寝室があります。1階のリビングからテラスに出て、アウトドア用のソファダイニングで食事できました。ウィーンの中心地からは少し離れていますが、東西の移動はトラム、南北の移動はバスが使えるので、主要な観光地へのアクセスは問題ありません。閑静な住宅地で、治安もよさそうでした。スーパーもすぐ近くにあります。一般的なキッチンツールに加えて、調味料（塩・こしょう・オイル）、コーヒー（ネスプレッソ）、ティーバッグ、洗濯機、物干し台、洗剤、シャンプー、コンディショナーもそろっているので長期滞在にも最適です。 そして何より、大家のルーカスさんのホスピタリティには感謝しかありません！ 直接会うことはありませんでしたが、頻繁にメッセージをくれ、困っていることや必要な物がないか尋ねてくれました。近隣のおすすめレストランも教えてくれました。チェックアウト後に忘れ物をしたかもしれないと連絡したら、とても丁寧に探してくれました。本当にありがとうございました。 ウィーンの現地暮らしを体験したい方におすすめします！
ウィーンの他の多くのホステルと同様に、冷房がありません。2階と3階に扇風機がありますが、最近の猛暑では日中はかなり暑くなるかもしれません。私が宿泊したのは8月ですが、雨で気温が低くなったタイミングだったので問題なく過ごせました。

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Loved the property. A home from home feel with lots of little extras to make you feel comfortable. We were impressed with the large immaculately decorated bedrooms, the kitchen and the cleanliness throughout. In the kitchen, there were enough coffee pods, foil, dishwasher and clothes wash capsules for the whole 4 nights stay. The tram stop 2 is only 5 min away which takes you in to the centre but should you wish the underground, there is one a good walking distance away.. You can buy a ticket at the station to cover all trams and underground trains. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We found a fantastic local outdoor swimming facility with slide (also within walking distance). It seemed a very safe area.
There was no TV in the property.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Oceňujeme nekomplikovaný, zrozumiteľný prístup k ubytovaniu. Ochota prenajímateľa. Dom bol plne zariadený,okrem klimatizácie. Príjemné bolo posedenie na terase. Cítili sme sa veľmi príjemne. Ďakujeme :)
Možno vzdialenosť od centra, ale nebol problém s presunom, neďaleko bola zastávka električky a aspoň sme spoznali širšiu časť Viedne.

The house was so clean and cozy and you’ll get everything you need there. All the details and decorations was so beautiful, loved it! Supermarket just right around the corner. Lukas was a super host, he was very nice and helpful..Thank you again. We had such a lovely stay there and my kids didn’t want to leave.. we will stay there again next time when we’re in Vienna

Reviewed Oct 12, 2024A two-storey large apartment offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large kitchen (a foldable sofa), a bathroom and an extra WC on the ground floor. Everything new and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The surrounding very quiet. BILLA market 2' walk. No. 2 tram stop 5' walk. The tram takes you to the Innenstadt (Old Town) in 20'. From a nearby no. 10A bus stop you will be in Schoenbrunn in 20'. Lukas the host is the most helpful and thoughtful landlord I can imagine. Answers questions in no time. Really cares for the guests. We (a company of three) had a really good time in Vienna, staying in the "Gemutliches ruhiges Apartment" of Lukas.
Nothing to complain about.
