Nous sommes resté que quelques heures pendant une escale alors nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter à 100% du logement. Le lit était confortable et propre. La d'aller de bain était également très propre et il y avait en masse d'eau chaude. L'air climatisé a refroidi l'appartement très rapidement.

Nemt, meget hjemligt, rent og hjælpsom host. Stedet er en del af et Airmall og dette var super belejligt.

The location was really great …

we checked in after a 15-hour flight and unfortunately the apartment was not in good condition. There was no hot water, the sink and shower were clogged, no light for one hour,the Dyson was not working, and the air conditioner was blowing very cold air, so we had a very uncomfortable night. Also, there were no medium-size towels in the apartment, and no towels suitable for the floor, the cleaner had left only big. A guy from the maintenance of the building came and fixed the issue with the light but it was really bad experience. We both work in the hospitality industry in Santorini and this does not match the rating or the standard your property is advertised with.

Fab modern place to stay that was clean and safe.

The location, comfort and the views. Is located in a very nice and fancy building in Makati, super close to a mall which is located jut around the corner with supermarkets and restaurants. Very well connected all over makati area and 20’ away from airport

This was a lovely flat, very clean, and cosy, just like the description. The host obviously put a lot of effort into making their guests feel welcome. Little things like a couple of bottles of water, and although I didn't need them, there were new toothbrush, toothpaste, and other things you'd more often find in the better hotels. Wi-Fi, and power were very reliable, and a couple of supermarkets, food outlets and a 7-Eleven at the base of the Condo. The reception and general environment of the block was clean and well maintained too. The host was also very co-operative and flexible with my check-in requirements.

The traffic could be a little noisy, but I think that's just Makati! The MRT was about 2km away.

The host was extremely accommodating and friendly with great communication. There was everything you could possibly need within the apartment, it was very clean with a great view, if I return to Manila I will definitely stay here again.

The security staff were unfriendly, and it seemed to be a real effort for them to check me in because I was disturbing them on their phones. At times the wait for the lifts was long but that to be expected in a large complex.

The property was modern, clean, close to my office in Makati and had lots of food options at the bottom of the building (Air Mall)

The unit was very comfortable and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions promptly. I would stay here again.

The grout in the shower and bathroom floor was mouldy and needs a good scrub.

There is some insects in the apartment, you should take care carefully about this

Excellent comfortable stay. It is clear that the owner of the property puts a lot of care and attention to ensure the home is comfortable and has all the amenities that a guest might need during their stay. Clean and comfortable condo in Makati neigbourhood of Manila.

This is a great unit in Air Residences, lots of effort has gone into making it homely and well-designed with clever appliances and products to make it more than just a bland, boring unit. Very pleased with my stay and would have stayed longer!

Not much to say! The sun rises early in the Philippines, so black out blinds would be a great addition.

We had a comfortable 2-night stay! Gloryfe was an amazing host—always quick to answer our questions during our stay. Even though she wasn’t here in person, she promptly helped us solve any issues. The room itself was neat and well-maintained. We also appreciated her kindness when we arrived earlier than check-in and mistakenly tried to enter the room (our fault!). She remained warm and accommodating, and ensured everything was ready for us right away. A truly great experience:)

The room and the living room was immaculate. You have everything you need to make your stay comfort from towels, toilet tissue, earbuds and even a selection of teas.

The lift/elevator situation, as you had to sometimes wait for every person to get on or off and their floor. The longest wait time was close to 3/5 mins.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed on our trip - host was very helpful. Wish we could stay longer!

The room had a homey feel to it and was clean. We like that the location is near a variety of restaurants and a supermarket. The host left snacks and made sure to have a well-equipped place (had extra sheets, blow-dryer, first aid kit, kitchenwares and condiments)

Great location and all the facilities needed within the condo.

Wifi was a little iffy and the condo was quite small.

Gloryfe was responsive to all the needs although holiday season when I rented the place. She was able to fix the water heater issue.

Shower are is quite small for my standard.

The place very clean and well located. The owner is very accommodating and nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is super comfortable.

I only recommend possibly having extra blankets available. My husband is a blanket hogger and it would’ve been nice to let him have the main comforter while also having my own haha.

Everything you need is there. They will provide everything for you. Theres also a complimentary water, coffee and snacks that i want to acknowledge because i was really hungry when i arrived so its a relief for me to see that theres something u can munch on immediately at the very least, so i'm really thankful for this gesture. Not all host are doing that anymore. Its a small thing for others but for me its a huge deal. Very comfortable. I only stayed overnight but i felt the good vibes in this room. As i have said, everything you need is there. You can cook if you will stay long. Also the room has a good WIFi connection. Which is very important for my work. You can enjoy watching netflix, youtube on the TV. I highly recommend this room/property. I will definitely booked again if ever i needed again for my work. It feels homely for me.

I noticed only the comforter of the bed i think wasn't changed or at-least dry cleaned properly as i've seen a small hair. Otherwise everything is clean.

Sheila's review of her stay: I enjoyed my stay... The place is stylish, clean, smells good , they also provide toiletries ,kitchen wares with condiments!.... The area is safe and accessible for transportation with mall and grocery to shop... I had minor issue/s with the payment and pool voucher...However, the owner was very accomodating and made sure to settle it... Thank you and happy new years!

Air Residence is located in Makati and it's very convenient to stay in. There is a pool you can use for 150 pesos per day and a mall with several restaurants and shops just downstairs. The 1 room apartment was comfortable and clean. The communication with the friendly host was very efficient. And the internet was working very well. We recommend this place!

The condo was a bit smaller than expected, but it's really well organized and you have everything you need.
