Keuken minimaal ingericht. Water in een grote oude fles, dat niet eens vernieuwd was.

有洗衣機。附近就有很多餐館可以用餐。離景點也不遠，非常方便。屋主非常可以即時回覆我們的問題及需求。

The owner/ manager was easy to contact and very helpful. It’s in a great location. Easy to walk everyone. Nice and roomy. Great beds . We would stay here again!

Was a little uncomfortable having to pay cash for the accom- work colleague came to collect the rent in cash from us. But I’m sure it was all fine. Very response to any question you ask.

Clean, balcony view, good Internet, good air con, washing machine was a god send, home from home

Couple of plug sockets looked dodgy with loose wires, could do with some more plates for food, but these points wouldn't put me off booking it again, very convenient

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment in Soho Residence, close to many cafes, supermarket and restaurant and an easy Grab ride or 25 minutes walk to the cultural centre. Comes with 3 Aircon units, one in each bedroom and one on main living room. These are needed as temperatures inside stay above 30 degrees without them. There is a large washing machine and drying rail on the balcony. Clothes dry very quickly here as you would expect. The kitchen has the essentials (kettle, microwave and hot plate, pots and pans, glasses, etc.), although lacks a few items such as a coffee maker and cups. It's set up for a couple so you may struggle a bit with 4. TV has several streaming channels including Netflix and YouTube and works well. Beds are clean and comfortable with fresh white linen. The one shower is refreshing and hot. Construction on the rest of the Soho buildings seems to be paused so we had no noise or disruption, although may this resume at some point. Ben Thanh market is just over 1 km or a 15 minute walk.away.

Great location to get around the city and not be in some of the more hectic locations. Additionally, the host keeps to himself, but is always on call to lend a helping hand.

I love this place

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located on the 34th floor, offering stunning city views, especially at night. Access to the lobby was convenient with four elevators available, and it's just a short walk to Bui Vien Walking Street.

Both bedrooms shared a single bathroom, which lacked a proper overhead shower.

The location is super good and is convenient to go anywhere! The host is super helpful and kind as well! Definitely will come back for this stay again if we are travelling to HCM again!

The shower head of 2 bathrooms were not functioning well. Other than that everything is perfect.

Our stay at the Airbnb was fantastic – easy check-in, a lovely and well-furnished apartment, and a great host who was very responsive and accommodating. Huge thanks to the host for taking care of us so well; we'll definitely be back when we're in Ho Chi Minh City again!

The apartment is so clean and spacious, this self service apartment had everything I needed. Beds where comfortable shower was good, air conditioning, and a great modern built living room it truly was the perfect place to stay! It is also in a very convenient area close to many shops and food places that are within walking distance. Owner was very helpful during stay.

Everything about this place is great!

The property is very comfortable for big family , clean and everything was well organized. This is my first time to book such apartments, the location are close many restaurants and close with supermarket.

No facilities at all. I rented 2 apartments, 1 was good but the other one was not at all upto the expectations

The interior was superb and everything in the apartment was provided. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, pans and pots were also provided. Location was very good as it was located right at the center of District 1. The property itself has a smart lock so that is a bonus for people who are concerned of safety staying in a foreign country.

Good stay in a good area. Overall clean. Very responsive and great service by the host.

Bathroom could have been cleaner and better mantained (shelf) we had to insert the seal for the shower door. Mattresses hard and thin.
