One of the best appartment suites for a big group of people. It was such a nice experience. The rooms were well kept and decent.

Its just that it was a bit confusing that there was no counter where we could talk to anyone. I was all no contact..

I really like the cleanliness of this residence.

The shower/toilet design is not very suitable for elderly guests. The water flow around the toilet area is too weak, and the bed located near the pantry does not get enough cool air from the air conditioner.

Alles. Schmutziger Eingang. Unnötig komplizierter Check-in. Schmutzige Bettbezüge. Schmutzige Küche. Verschimmelte Rollos. Schmutzige Vorhänge. Kakerlaken. Mich juckt es am ganzen Körper. Bin in ein Hotel geflohen. Habe bereits in vielen Unterkünften in Südostasien übernachtet und bin nicht zimperlich. Aber das hier toppt alles. Hat nichts mit den gezeigten Fotos zu tun.

Las dos noches hubo música en la calle y, aunque estábamos en el 24, la insonorizaciones malísima y parecía que el grupo de música estaba en la habitación.

Our room was on the 32nd floor and so we had a great view at the skyline and the Petronas towers. Check-in was easy and the room comfy, spaceous and clean. Good value for money.

Lo más me gustó fueron las vistas a las Petrona, muy espacioso, camas grandes con muchas almohadas. La ubicación perfecta en el centro, al lado del street food. Piscina buenas vistas.

La ducha no tragaba por qué estaba llena de pelos y De Dios sabe que…. Tuvimos que quitar lo que pudimos con un tenedor para desatascarlo. Por el resto bien. Quizás faltó de limpieza

La ubicación es excelente. Apartamento muy amplio con dos baños. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Zonas comunes muy buenas, sobretodo la piscina. Todo muy limpio

The location , walkable distances to places for shopping, jalan alor, times square, lalaport. The place stay also conformatable. Easy to check in and out. Easy to communicate with the host.

Aircond switched off everytime door lock even just one person go out from the home it will be automatically switched off Aircond also not so cold even setting 16c , the home felt like 27c

The room provided was very spatious for us as a family with 4 kids.

Everything was good.

Spacious and suitable for big family, I really love having these home appliances available, especially the refrigerator, cooking facilities, and washing machine. They are very convenient and make the stay feel more comfortable and like a home away from home.

I was quite disappointed with the condition of the room. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the bedsheets appeared old and dusty. The bathroom walls were also dirty and did not seem to have been properly cleaned. In addition, there was no bidet provided in the toilet, which was inconvenient. For the price paid, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable room. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness and facilities for future guests.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Great value for money. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Comfortable beds, good location and nice rooftop swimming pool (not very bikini-friendly though)

The kitchen was poorly equipped, with barely enough cutlery and glasses for 3 people. Not to mention that there were only 2 chairs: in an apartment that can host up to 6 people, they could at least provide some foldable chairs. After 3-4 days without throwing the trash, small cockroaches began to appear. We immediately threw the trash away and the trash room was full of them. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. The pictures are not representative of the actual conditions, the apartment urgently needs a refurbishment.

Best value for money suitable for family. Very clean, well kept unit near to Jln Alor food court and Bukit Bintang. Will definitely repeat stay.

The Aircon switches off when the door is closed, even if one person goes out and the rest of the family stays and sleeps. One have to get up and switch it back on. Frustrating! Also there were cockroaches.

Căn nhà ko trang bị nước rửa tay, giấy lau tay, khăn lau tay, nếu cải thiện được điều này thì sẽ tốt hơn.

Le quartier avec la proximité de beaucoup de lieux touristiques; Les lits confortables.

-La propreté est franchement limite : le ménage n’est fait qu’approximativement , il ne faut surtout pas regarder sous le lit ou dans la cuisine ( vaisselle…) -le manque de vaisselle : pas facile de cuisiner ou même de manger vu le peu de couverts . Appartement pour 6 mais impossible de s’asseoir à 5 autour d une table ( pas suffisamment de chaises …) - appartement largement défraîchi et pas à la hauteur du standing mis en avant sur le site . - le système du qr code à utiliser à l’entrée , dans l’ascenseur … est un peu pénible …

Просторные апартаменты с красивым видом на город. Продуманная эргономика номера, удобный рабочий стол. Хороший высокоскоростной интернет. Удобно для семьи с двумя детьми, т.к. помимо большой кровати в спальне, есть два больших отдельных дивана, которые нам предварительно любезно застелили. Очень удачное расположение в районе Bukit Bintang рядом со всеми основными достопримечательностями. До KLCC 10 минут на такси. Процедура заселения полностью автоматизирована, хоть и представляет из себя определенный квест - инструкция по заселению и пользованию номером занимает аж 16 страниц - с другой стороны приятно, что описали каждую мелочь.

Было немного грязно за кроватями и в подобных труднодоступных местах - там явно не часто убираются. Душевая кабина с бетонным углублением выглядела довольно опасно, если там случайно подскользнуться, но к счастью обошлось без травм. Немного навязчивая система безопасности при входе и ВЫХОДЕ (!) из жилого комплекса, с этим повсеместным сканированием QR кодов.

Une machine à laver se trouve au milieu de la cuisine (mais elle n'est pas pour les locataires, elle est pour le staff). Du coup, ça prend de la place inutilement Le menage est approximatif (sous les lits...) Il manque un étendoir a vêtements

Self check in and need to contact the host if reaching the apartment and will give QR code to pass the entrance. A little bit troublesome if the QR code expire and need to contact the host to give new QR code, and if not fast response need to wait for sometime. Thank you for the fast response. Room wise is big. enough for 6 peoples. There's a convinience store downstair and nearby (accross the main road that open 24 hours). nearby main attraction too.. but during working hour, prepare for a bit jam. but it's not problem for us..

Very spacious and central. Very close to shopping malls. Owner communicated via WhatsApp via a bot (it was efficient). You were able to leave your luggage in a store room. Entry was via a QR code, so having a phone with you is a must.

The place could be cleaner - stains on towels, settees and beds. Cockroaches were seen in kitchen and living room area.

Our experience was very disappointing. The house looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. It was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. Everything felt old, worn out, and neglected. There were stains everywhere, burnt kitchen items, broken furniture and fixtures, and the entire property needs a deep clean as well as a full renovation. Communication was also very frustrating. Instead of getting help from a real person, we kept receiving automated bot responses, making it very difficult to resolve any issues. Although check-in was at 3:00 p.m., we asked if we can check in a bit earlier as we arrived at 12. They asked us to pay an extra 80 MYR if we wanted to check in one hour earlier so they could hire more people to clean. Unfortunately, when we finally entered, it was obvious that the property had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. We are very disappointed that we spent so much money and experienced so much unnecessary stress because of this stay. The only positive things were the location and the swimming pool on the 6th floor, which has a beautiful view. Everything else was far below our expectations, and we would not recommend staying here. The listing photos should be updated to accurately reflect the current condition of the property so that future guests know what to expect.

Check in process was easy and the host is very responsive. I’m a family of 3 so the house is very spacious and comfortable for us. The location is also walkable to lalaport bukit bintang and berjaya times square & bukit bintang area.

Lo mejor la ubicación, cerca de Jalan Alor la zona de restaurantes callejeros, Changkat, la de pubs, y de la intersección de las calles Jalan Bukit Bintang y Jalan Sultan Ismail. Con centros comerciales cerca. Tanto la piscina como la habitación tenían unas espectaculares vistas.

La lavadora no funcionaba demasiado bien. A pesar de ser un apartamento espacioso no había lugar para tender la ropa. Habría estado bien disponer de un poco de detergente para la at la ropa.

La localización es muy buena y en general tienes todo lo que necesitas: supermercado, buena piscina, gimnasio aceptable...es un punto de recogida de Grab lo que te permite moverte fácilmente. El sistema de acceso es sencillo: un QR para el acceso al edificio y ascensor y un código numérico para el apartamento.

The washrooms were dirty the water didn’t drain properly in the washing area. Towels and carpets were too old. In one of the washrooms hot water wasn’t working properly.

الشقة جميلة جداً، نظيفة، ومساحتها ممتازة ومريحة للإقامة العائلية. الموقع كان رائعاً والإطلالة مميزة، والتصميم الداخلي يبعث على الراحة النفسية.

الإقامة كانت ممتازة، ولكن كان ينقص الشقة بعض التفاصيل الخدمية البسيطة التي تكتمل بها الراحة، مثل: عدم توفر صنادل (أحذية) خاصة بالحمام. المطبخ ينقصه قدر مناسب للطبخ لإعداد الوجبات العائلية الخفيفة.

整體住宿體驗不錯，環境也很棒。大樓進出都有保全管理，讓人感覺很有安全感。入住指示清楚，按照說明操作後，自助入住流程算順利。地點方便，離地鐵站也不遠，步行大約 10 分鐘左右，房間也適合短期住宿。謝謝接待。

The room was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location was excellent, making it convenient to get around. The pool and gym were great as well and added to the overall experience. The owner was very responsive, providing quick and detailed answers to all our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the near future. Highly recommended!
