Totalmente recomendable. El hotel está en una zona céntrica muy buena, rodeado de muchísimos sitios para comer. Las habitaciones tienen muy buen tamaño y terraza, el restaurante es genial y el trato de los empleados es de diez: cercanos, educados y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Limpieza buena de las habitaciones. Y parking vigilado, donde tuvimos el coche de alquiler mientras nos alojamos. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

Sehr leckerer Kaffee und Restaurant direkt im Hotel. Schöne und moderne Einrichtung, großes Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal.

Die Lage ist ok für das Zentrum, jedoch hätten wir bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt eher ein Hotel in einem anderen Stadtteil genommen.

We were extremely happy with all the hotel facilities and the friendliness of the Staff.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour visiter la ville. Beaucoup de restaurant à proximité, un parking sécurisé et une zone dans la ville très sécurisé aussi. Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif, le personnel au petit soin et la vue le matin sur les montagnes est impressionnant.

Netflix sound on tv wasn’t working. Only worked for DSTV. I suppose I could have called reception. The bathroom extractor fan wasn’t working.

The breakfast was superb however the room was small as we could not move around. Try to think of reducing the bed size to ordinary double bed to create more space

Kloof Street House is in a good location in walking distance to many lovely restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and were more than willing to help with and requests that we had. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

As we were staying in Kloof Street in winter, the room felt quite cold.

Friendly staff, tidy rooms, with everything you expected from an upper-class hotel. Closely situated to good restaurants, in the center of Gardens, Cape Town.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Our stay at Kloof Street Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Cape Town. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest strengths. Being on Kloof Street meant we were within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and shops, while still having easy access to the city’s main attractions. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety to suit different tastes. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made our stay memorable. We would definitely recommend Kloof Street Hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town and look forward to staying there again.

Honestly, we didn’t have any significant complaints. Our stay was comfortable, the staff were exceptional, and everything was well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

El desayuno estaba muy bien, la piscina tenía unas vistas excelentes a TableMountion y la ubicación es muy segura. Nos ayudaron a gestionar los tours de un día por la zona.

El primer precio que nos indicaron del tour no era el adecuado ya que tenían un folleto viejo, y tras hacer el tour acabamos pagando más al guía. Desde nuestra habitación se escuchaba mucho la aspiración del hotel.

o hotel é bem localizado. Tem uma rua perto que dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé. o café da manhã estva muito bom. Tem variedades e fazem alguma coisas na hora.

O banheiro não tem box fechado, apenas uma parte. E a localização para uber nunca dá certo. Sempre tinha que pedir alguem pra ajudar.

Breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. We were in a vibrant area with lots of restaurants and people, however the rooms were exceptionally quiet.

The penthouse, Room 401 was everything I expected. Had really great breakfast options and the staff was top tier, very professional and very friendly!!

There was a slight issue with the water, but it was quickly resolved.

O entorno não é muito agradável para caminhar, embora tenha muitos restaurantes, bares e lojas . A acústica do hotel.não é boa, pois pode-se ouvir hóspedes andando e conversando nos corredores.

The Mountain View from my room.

The reception guy was very unwelcoming and super rude. I hardly slept at night because of the noise that sounded like a faulty machine in the entire hotel. The doors to the hotel rooms are so dirty with disgusting stains. The parking lot is so filthy and smells so badly. I was told the breakfast is a buffet but truth is you order off the menu only. The breakfast order took an entire 35 minutes to get to me and bacon was missing then it took them another 10 to get me bacon. The cappuccino was so cold.

Staff is well trained, friendly and accommodating. Especially Hannah during the breakfast serving was excellent. Breakfast is lovely with a lot of options and good espresso's. Rooms are small, but hotel tells you this when booking, and you have the option to upgrade to a bigger room for an extra fee. Close to restaurants and night life. Safe and secure and clean.

Our fire alarm went off due to steam coming form the shower and no-on reset the alarm and light were still flashing late at night, after a few phone calls it was sorted.

I didn't try the breakfast. The location was great for food, shops and boutiques. I was also working an event at the Labia Theatre and it was within walking distance.

Only issues were that I got back from the event late and hadn't eaten and there were no food options. Would be nice to even have some snacks or a vending machine. Also it is on a busy street so it can be a bit loud, but this wasn't a huge issue and it was quiet overnight while I was there. Caveat - I was there in the middle of the week and not on a weekend. Also they should put a menu and winelist in room so that it's easier to order room service.

Toda a equipe do hotel foi extremamente simpática, atenciosa e cordial durante toda a estadia, sempre pronta para ajudar. O café da manhã merece destaque: além do buffet variado e de excelente qualidade, o hotel oferece opções adicionais preparadas na hora através do cardápio, o que torna a experiência ainda mais especial. Recomendo e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

We hadden een mooie hotelkamer, onze wens twee losse bedden werd gelijk gerealiseerd. Het hotel ligt in de Gardens, een mooie wijk in Kaapstad. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. De verzorging van de kamers was netjes. Er was ook een zwembad.

Location is perfect for visiting the city, you can walk to the many restaurants and bars in the area. Secure parking is also available on request. Hotel in general very clean, rooms and bedding also clean.

The rooms are small, but that is fine as you literally only sleep there.

Excellent stay but the room appliances need an update. The fridge was overheating and the hairdryer was broken, iron is very old.

We waren zeer tevreden van Kloof street hotel. Zeker de dames in het restaurant/ontbijtruimte vonden we fantastisch! Ook de vriendelijkheid van het personeel in het algemeen was zeer aangenaam. De regio is ook zeer centraal met leuke restaurants in de buurt

From the moment we entered the basement parking the staff was very helpful and friendly. At check in we were welcomed, and shown around - the decor is beautiful. The bedroom was lovely, clean with a very comfortable bed. And to wake up with a view on Table Mountain is absolutely glorious, and this coming from a born and bred Capetonian! Breakfast was amazing, everything fresh, and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful.

The walls in both the room and the restaurant were not clean, with stains visible throughout. The food was also not as fresh as expected. Additionally, the carpets in the passages leading to the rooms could benefit from being vacuumed.

The bed was not comfortable - perhaps overused as it was sagging in the middle. Our room to room phone didn't work, but the staff did come up to ask how they could help.
