The toilet and bath was very small, you would have to sit sideways in the toilet, very uncomfortable and the contractors were working on a Saturday, with such loud banging sounds, you could not even rest.

The rooms need an upgrade. Aircons were too loud in the rooms. The drainage in our bathroom was a problem and despite having maintenance come sort it out, it wasnt.

El desayuno está muy bien; el café hay que pedirlo individualizado a los camareros, pero no es ningún problema. La cocina está abierta para pedir platos que están incluidos en el buffet.

Bajamos a cenar y tardaron mucho en servirnos. Solo había comensales en 3 mesas.

The breakfast was terrible , both my children got food poisoning , sausage was terrible , they said it was halal but I don't think it was .. even the juice was bad .. the pool was definitely not 26° , felt more like 13°and the pool being 26° was the main reason for my booking. the mats in the entire building needs a deep clean , my girls suffered with severe sinus right through the night , the front desk did not answer my calls the entire Saturday we were there , I had to keep sending my children to front desk for whatever we needed ... The Sunday when they did answer my call they never sent up what I requested which was toilet paper ..

The maintenance during our stay was a major downside. It was quite noisy, and we had to shift rooms because of it. Additionally, the carpets are very old and dirty, the hotel really needs to switch to tiles. It has a great name, but the poor maintenance and just okay service hold it back.

Reviewed May 5, 2026L’emplacement, le calme, la vue sur Table Mountain et Signal Hill, la piscine, la salle de sport, le restaurant, la sécurité, la décoration, la propreté, la literie ET LE PERSONNEL surtout!!! Ainsi que le petit chaton tout roux que l’on a appelé Capirou!! Il est hyper sociable mais pas collant non plus (pour ceux qui adorent les chats c’est un vrai bonheur!). C’était tellement bien qu’on a réservé de nouveau à la fin de notre séjour…
Les quelques marches d’escaliers dans le couloir pour accéder aux chambres ne sont pas du tout adaptés pour un hôtel car logiquement les clients ont des valises parfois lourdes à soulever…mais je pense qu’on peut demander pour se faire aider et ils accepteront car le personnel est fantastique!

Reviewed May 5, 2026J’ai prolongé pour 82€ afin de profiter de l’après midi chez eux afin d’avoir encore une chambre et donc douche avant de prendre mon avion qui décollait à minuit. Ils sont très arrangeants et très gentils dans cet hôtel et on s’y sent bien en sécurité.
A savoir: on peut laisser les bagages en conciergeries et rester dans l’hôtel pour profiter de la piscine mais la chambre n’est plus accessible à partir de 11:00 et il n’y a pas de douches près de la piscine ou de la salle de sport; mais c’est déjà bien qu’on puisse profiter de la piscine (je ne sais pas si on peut aussi accéder à la salle de sport car on doit avoir la carte de la chambre pour y rentrer et celle ci se déconnecte à 11:00…).

Dommage que la météo de fin avril ne nous ait pas permis de nous baigner, l'espace piscine avait l’air très bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
Un petit bémol pour la déco des étages, notamment la moquette des chambres, qui mériteraient un changement.
