חוויה מאכזבת ביותר. לא ממליצה בכלל. קודם כל צ'ק אין בשעה 16.00. תרצו להקדים? אין בעיה. שלמו 100 שקל עבור כל שעה שתרצו להגיע מוקדם יותר. ולגבי הצ'ק אין- מבקשים צילום כרטיס אשראי ותעודת זהות. לא חוקי בעליל, הייתי צריכה לדבר איתם ישירות כדי שיתנו לי לעשות צ'ק אין ללא העלאה של כרטיס אשראי ותעודת זהות. הגענו בשעה 18.00 לדירה, והכל מלוכלך!! לא ניקו אחרי הלקוחות שהגיעו לפנינו. כל המיטות הפוכות, רצפה מסריחה, שירותים..הכל. עד שהצלחתי להשיג מישהו בטלפון והביאו מנקה, שגם לא היה לה ציוד מסכנה כמו שצריך והקפיצו אותה חולה מהבית כדי לנקות שם. מצאנו את עצמנו עוזרים לה לנקות. נמשיך בזה שלא קיבלנו מצעים חדשים אח"כ, השתמשנו באותם מגבות כל השהות שם. ג'וקים בכל מקום, נמלים.. מנורות שבורות, נורות שלא עובדות. ניסיתי לדבר עם המנהל של הדירה בדרישה לפיצוי על עוגמת הנפש- מרחו אותי, נחזור אלייך כבר..וכמובן שאף אחד לא מתקשר. ואף אחד לא פיצה על החוויה. פשוט תתרחקו משם. חבל לי על כל שקל ששילמנו. מקום חדש פה בבוקינג, הייתי מצפה מהם לבוא לקראת הלקוחות שלהם ולקחת לתשומת ליבם את הביקורות. כלום ושומדבר.
