One day the electricity went out in the hotel Another day water stopped completely The materials used for fx. the balcony door was cheap rusted material and came off while closing it, leaving a sharp piece of metal in place. Next door neighbour has both chickens and multiple roosters who start making noise at 3 am One staff member was very inattentive and ignored my request to fx. fill up the minibar in the common area.

Un de mes hôtels favoris au Vietnam. Chambre propre, calme car hors du quartier fréquenté, avec une magnifique vue sur les rizières. Personnel très accueillant, serviable et efficace. Absolument rien à redire, tout était parfait.

De kamer is zeer ruim, proper en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving, en het stadscentrum is makkelijk bereikbaar met de fiets. Prijs-kwaliteit zeker een aanrader!

Tolle Lage mit Blick ins Reisfeld! Schöner Pool, ruhig und entspannend. Bequeme Betten und immer frische saubere Handtücher. Perfekt, um nach dem Trubel in der Altstadt abzuschalten und den Blick ins Grüne zu genießen. Wir haben nochmal verlängert und würden wiederkommen! Absolute Empfehlung! Besonders Ella an der Rezeption ist wundervoll! Danke für alles :)

La posizione è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità, lo staff super accogliente, Ella è stata fantastica dal primo giorno dandoci mille consigli e suggerimenti sul posto. Il posto è immerso nei campi di riso e si respira una pace e un silenzio impagabile! A disposizione anche biciclette perfette per raggiungere il centro. La colazione molto buona, a scelta da un menù e la piscina super comoda e fresca soprattutto d’estate!

Vue magnifique de la piscine, très calme, j'étais toujours toute seule dans cette piscine. Chambre spacieuse avec un bureau, situation très très calme. l'hôtel prête des vélos et c'est très appréciable et donne des conseils sur plusieurs excursions possibles. On peut utiliser la cuisine et le frigo. Non loin de l'embarcadère pour les iles CHAM et l'hôtel peut vous gardez vos gros sacs si vous restez une ou deux nuits sur l'ile. Merci Lisa.

Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit seulement à 7h30 quand on a une excursion, il faudrait proposer des fruits, yaourts ou autre à emporter pour palier. Seule Lisa parle parfaitement anglais, ce n'est pas toujours évident avec les autres, très gentilles néanmoins. l'hôtel est loin du vieux quartier (mais c'est pour ça que je l'avais choisi pour être au calme). plage Cua Day Beach en travaux donc bof.

Absolutely stunning location in semi-rural outskirts of Hoi An, with beautiful views over the rice paddies (still a short grab ride to the centre or the beach, and with bikes available too). Lisa the receptionist was so lovely and helpful, recommending us a tailor and helping us with visas. The pool was gorgeous. Our room (countryside suite with bath) was stunning, very spacious and beautifully designed, with effective ac and fan. Breakfast was yummy, made to order. What a lovely stay we had!

Hôtel au calme et la chambre donnant sur les rizières. L eau de la piscine propre mais un peu chaude ( normale) . Je recommande et le personnel souriant et près à vous aider.

Le chambre devant la piscine la salle de bain n’a pas de parois de douche et l’eau mouille presque tout le sol surtout le wc .

Konecne mohu pozitivne ohodnotit nejake ubytovani ve Vietnamu. Mel jsem pokoj s vyhledem na ryzova pole, byl krasne cisty, svetly, utulny. Slecna na recepci velmi prijemna, dokonce jsem si pobyt prodlouzil. Lokalita je krasna, velmi klidna a ticha, v hotelu jsou zdarma kola, na kterych se muzete projet po okoli. Moc doporucuji

The staff was really nice and forthcoming! We really enjoyed their local recommendations and appreciate their help with booking trips and experiences for us in the vicinity! The room vas spacious and nice - the view wonderful (we lived at the top floor). And it was nice to come ‘home’ to a more quiet place than the city centre. We will definitely be booking this again, if we ever return to Hoi An!

It would have been nice with a cooler or fridge in the room (there was only a common minibar fridge on the main floor), since cold water or other consumables are nice to have close at hand. But the shared minibar was a great idea!

I give them 5/10 because, after we complained, they arranged a room for us at their other hotel closer to the beach and paid for our Uber transfer. However, this is simply the basic standard of customer service in such a situation. What was missing was a sincere apology and an acknowledgment that we had been misled about the room we booked.

They did not give us the room we had reserved based on the photos shown on Booking.com. Instead, they put us in a small economy room in the attic. The room had a glass entrance door covered only by a curtain, there was no proper shower, and my husband could not even stand upright in the bathroom. We paid for a Superior Room, as advertised in the listing, and what we received was completely different. The reception had already closed before we arrived. When we called Lisa, who had been communicating with us until just ten minutes before our arrival regarding the payment for the driver she had arranged, she did not answer. Neither did the other contact person, Jade, whose phone number was displayed in the room. We eventually had to raise our voices to the security boy, who was actually very kind. Even without speaking much English, he immediately understood what the problem was. It was obvious that this scam is a common practice here, with the excuse that the property is overbooked. But is not the guest's responsibility. They could have informed us honestly and politely via WhatsApp, as we had been communicating extensively before our arrival. When you are placed in such a situation, you have every right to insist on receiving the room you booked or to be accommodated in an equivalent room elsewhere at no additional cost. If I would travel alone I my not insist of changing the room, and that's exacly what they are looking for. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of Lisa. She clearly avoided admitting that they had attempted to mislead us. Instead of taking responsibility, she simply pretended to be sorry that we "didn't like the room" once she answered the phone.Of course I mind sleeping in a burning hot attic room with no privacy after paying four-star hotel prices in Vietnam. Such treatment of guests is completely unacceptable.

LOVED that it was situated within the rice paddies area and has bicycles you can use for free to ride around the rice paddies. The staff were also super friendly and very helpful! The room is so big and kept clean as well. We loved our stay so much! It's only a short drive from the main town (like a few minutes) but it's so worth it to stay here, and we much prefered that it was in a lesser touristy area, the quiet and fresh air was lovely!

This was our second stay here because we loved it so much the first time. The villa feels like a home away from home—peaceful, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind, and we already know we'll be back again.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was well maintained, and we had another great stay.

Loved that it was away from the busy streets of hoi an. So pretty to sit in the pool and look out at the rice fields. The host was very kind and helpful.

Great spot to stay for a few nights in Hoi An. It's away from the busy Old Town area but still only a 10min grab to get there. Views of the rice fields. They have bikes available to use and it's a good area to bike around and go to the beach. Nice café next door (Le Locust) only a few mins walk. Spacious and clean rooms.

Reception wasn't always staffed so pays to check what time they'll be there/what time breakfast is available from. But the staff were very helpful 🙂

Staff at Jade were so warm and welcoming that it felt like home. Other guests staying there must have felt the same, as they explained 'how things are done' and helped us when we arrived outside of the check in time. The lady in the kitchen packed us breakfast as we left for a day tour one early morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. We woke up to bright and sunny mornings, with birds chirping as we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Oh the view! This is what attracted us in the first place and it was as shown. We could see little kids and occasionally tourists riding past on bikes. It is such a peaceful part of Hoi An; you also get a peep into the local life, when you walk around in the neighbouring streets. You can easily hire a Grab car for transport, but don't leave it too late when you are coming from the city centre.

Nothing really. Just one thing to note, If you like a higher floor, and you're arriving late, there mightn't be anyone to take heavy suitcases up. So plan accordingly.

I love how peaceful it was. The location is not great if you want to be in the centre, although I was aware and I enjoyed it. The room was super clean also! Very comfy bed. They have Netflix on TV which is was a bonus. The view is stunning! Staff was friendly, specially Billy.

Reception could have been more helpful when I arrived there, my room was on the 4th floor and there’s no lift so I had to do two trips going up and down cause no one helped with my luggage and there was two girls like doing nothing. It’s a nice gesture when a guest arrives and you help them out. Just a tip for the future! The breakfast options were super limited, just Vietnamese options. It’s hard to find someone at reception, it’s always empty despite the morning time. Also I was there for 3 days and no one checked my room out, at least changing the bin that was quite full. Pool was too hot to enjoy!

Der Ort, die Zimmer und das Personal waren einfach ein Traum. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir konnten immer fragen, falls etwas war und es wurde sich mehr als gut um uns gekümmert. Wir haben es sehr genossen und sind sehr froh, dass Lisa sich immer um alles gekümmert hat. Für uns war es einfach perfekt. Wir kommen wieder ☺️

The place is amazing, it’s a quiet villa outside of the busy town area, very relaxing. It’s also not far from the beach. The staff was lovely (Lisa) and everything else too, I didn’t want to leave!! Very much recommended.

Not a bad thing necessarily, but because it’s far away, you have to organize yourself to get into town. Most people get Grab motorbikes that bring you there.

The staff was so nice and understanding! They let me storage my luggage since my flight was late at night so I could spend the day at the city without any worries! Definitely would be back when I visit Hoi An!

Lisa at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. The room was large, the surroundings were simple but very clean and well kept. Beautiful pool looking out on the rice paddies. Very homey feeling.

Everything was nice but you should know in advance: There are 4 floors, no elevator. Recieves cash only. No CC. No buffet breakfast, choice is from a set dish menu. At the end we were full and it was tasty. Just fyi.

Piękne miejsce, polecam pokój z wanną, wtedy jest gwarantowany widok na pola ryżowe z ostatniego piętra. Obsługa i śniadania również znakomite.

Niestety dozwolone jest palenie na basenie, co oznacza smród dla wszystkich, którzy mają pokoje nad basenem. Musieliśmy kilka razy dziennie zamykać i otwierać w kółko okno balkonowe, jak ktoś palił papierosy. Palacze powinni palić poza obiektem, a nie uprzykrzać życie innym. Bierne palenie również może powodować raka.

Die Lage mitten in den Reisfeldern, trotzdem gute Cafés in der Nähe und alles gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar (durch die Reisfelder, also auch sehr schön). Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und saubere, moderne Zimmer.

Lisa and all staff went above and beyond. Exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Loved everything, if I were to go to Hoi an again I would go to the same hotel. The location was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful, have us tons of great recommendations.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Hoi An. Just far enough out of the bustle of the city, but not too far that things are inaccessible. You will feel right at home here - from the warm and helpful Lisa, the furnishings and amenities. It is a breath of fresh air! I loved that my room looked over the pool and rice paddies.

I liked everything! I couldn't think of a single improvement.

About a 20 minute walk to Hoi An old town but the location was perfect for me, very relaxing but still close enough to all the attractions. Set in such a beautiful location, with a stunning view over the rice paddies. The free bikes were our absolute favourite, we loved cycling everywhere! The pool was refreshing, and you could grab drinks to enjoy on the loungers any time. Our room was spacious & had a balcony overlooking the rice fields. It was really close to some lovely cafés in the rice fields too.

Competition for the bikes was a little stressful, as there aren't enough for all the guests, and some are not very well maintained (wonky pedals, not great brakes, no lock)

The location and the view. It was so good to have access to free bike to ride around the hostel and go to the beach.

Beautiful location in a tiny village between the beaches and the old town of Hanoi. Completely quiet and tranquil. We borrowed bikes (free) to go to the beach and took a grab to go to the old town. Lisa was helpful and friendly.

Hotel niché entre la plage et les rizières. L'accueil et le personnel extraordinaires, merci Lisa ☺️. Les grandes chambres donnant sur les rizières, la propreté, la piscine, les p'tits déjeuners... Nous devions y rester 3 nuits mais nous avons prolongé de deux nuits supplémentaires tellement nous étions biens. Location de scooter disponible.

De ligging was rustig, mooi, gewoonweg perfect 👌 Het personeel, vooral de lieve dame aan de balie was super lief, heel behulpzaam .. we hadden 2 nachten bijgeboekt en mochten van kamer (een betere) verwisselen. Bij ons vertrek hadden we zelfs een geschenk (heerlijke koekjes) gekregen van haar want ze wist dat we heel vroeg in de ochtend (5.30 uur) vertrokken voor onze vlucht naar Hanoi. Zo attentvol!

The staff were more than accommodating. They got me a car from the airport at a better rate than grab or other local drivers. They also messaged me when I left my makeup bag and were able to have it delivered to the airport where I was taking off. The rice paddies and neighborhood are quaint and beautiful. Good location between old town and beach

Hot water went out but was quickly remedied. Rental motorbike was out of commission, but bikes were great!
