L’appartement était complet, très grand pour une famille et très bien situé.

La propreté disons était négligé. Beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bain et les clims sont à nettoyer. Il faut faire un grand ménage en profondeur

Excellent location, astounding views, thoughtful details for everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. Beds and linens ultra nice and cozy.

Breakfast could be nicer.

Loved the location. Lots of space. Great amenities such as a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Staff were super lovely.

It has the potential to be a 10/10 with some TLC. Floors and showers need to be cleaned better. Apartment needs painting especially at baseboard level. Furniture is worn and needs updating. Was also disappointed that water that was provided was in glass bottles with mould growing in caps.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, great amenities, and helpful staff. The concierge Beatriz gave us good information about places to eat. Housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning each day and bringing fresh morning rolls. Our fridge always had fresh eggs, cheese, bacon and lunch meat for us. There was yogurt, butter, jam, cereals, and milk(oat milk if preferred) . Each morning we had coffee and tea with our breakfast .We lacked nothing as we did a load of wash while sitting in our apartment in the robes supplied.

La localización y el personal son extraordinarios. Las camas muy cómodas. El salón y las hanitacion muy amplias para convivir bien las 5 personas que éramos. El desayuno con bollería y panes todos los días excepcional. La cocina está muy bien equipada y tiene de todo para cocinar si se quiere (incluido horno)

Los suelos de los baños están muy desgastados y dan sensación de sucios. Fuimos en nuestro coche particular, una de las noches nos rompieron una ventanilla para robarnos (pero no teníamos nada). Sería bueno que los apartamentos tuvieran algún convenio con algún parking de la zona y de que te avisarán que no es seguro aparcar en la calle (la policía nos informo que en Chiado los robos nocturnos en coche con matrícula extranjera están incrementando). El personal del hotel nos ayudó con las gestiones de la policía, fueron muy amables. Una pena perder 1 día de nuestra visita a Lisboa hacia las gestiones con la policía y el seguro de nuestro coche.

Beautiful apartments, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The location is in the city center close to lot of restaurants and the main attractions. Windows are closing perfectly so you cannot hear the noise of the streets. AC works perfectly. The breakfast was great, we received fresh food and bakery every day.

Apartament spațios, bine dotat pentru a găti ceva minimal, cafea, pâine proaspătă zilnic. Aproape de centrul vechi, zonele de belvedere și mijloace de transport. Zonă liniștită, cadă și balcon.

Fără loc de parcare, dar cu sprijinul gazdelor găsești în apropiere locuri de parcare.

Struttura molto bella in posizione centrale. Appartamento con spazi generosi, arredato con cura e attrezzato di tutto. Servizi eccezionali. Pulizia e cambio asciugamani/accappatoi quotidiani. Colazione a casa con prodotti freschi lasciati nel frigo e pane e dolci appena sfornati che vengono consegnati al mattino. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento ben arredato e confortevole, vicino a molti punti di interesse. Dotato di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Ben organizzato negli spazi. Vista sul Tago super. Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole.

Per avere un po di varianti per la colazione abbiamo dovuto chiedere, ma ci hanno accontentati. La vasca da bagno era un po otturara.

Un día no nos dejaron toallas ni café. Se disculparon por ello. En la cocina había alguna hormiga. Si no fuera por estas dos cosas la estancia hubiera sido de 10.

L'emplacement dans Lisbonne est parfait pour visiter la ville, prendre le train, aller à Belem.... L'appartement est très confortable, le petit déjeuner est excellent, les produits fournis sont parfaits !

A acomodação é excelente, quartos confortáveis, limpos e o apartamento equipado. Funcionários um caso a parte, extremamente atenciosos e prestativos.

Vi bodde i en leilighet med 2 soverom og to bad. Leiligheten var skikkelig fint innredet. Det var rent, romslig og god lydisolering. Frokosten var god og du kunne gå til mange kafeer og restauranter. Anbefaler dette overnattingsstedet i Lisboa❤️

The apartment was very cute. Lots of space. It was comfortable with no issues with air conditioning. Really liked that they put special breads/pastries and other food in the apartment every day. And they made up the room every day which we weren’t expecting but highly appreciated. It’s in a great location.

Our only complaint is that the hot water was extremely limited. There were 4 of us staying in the apartment and there was only enough hot water for one quick shower at a time, which meant most of us had to take cold showers, which was not enjoyable.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was more than enough food brought to the apartment for a lovely breakfast. The location was perfect!

Ficamos encantados com o cuidado, todos os dias era limpo e a geladeira abastecida para o café da manhã, e o pão era entregue cedinho bem quentinho. Loft B was awesome - it was only two of us but there was so much space that we didn’t have to be right on top of each other.

There was no view of the surrounding area. Not a deal breaker buy no means. Cars drove to fast down the small street in front of the apartment, way to fast.

Beautifully decorated inside and every detail was thought of. If you’re looking at hotels and trying to decide book this one! We have stayed at many name brand hotels like fairmont and I would say this exceeded my expectations. Every amenity of a luxury hotel. The breakfast and snacks were wonderful and more than my family of 5 could eat.

It was a great surprise. The apartment was big and spacious and having two bathrooms was great. Staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was a nice addition. Fresh baked breads delivered to your door every morning.

The location is on a hill so if you can’t walk you have to uber everywhere. Also the place has an elevator but there are four steps to get to the elevator, so if mobility is an issue that could be challenging.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated in a modern style, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was extremely comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was provided every day, with fresh bread delivered each morning, and it was different every day, which was such a lovely touch. The service was exceptional. The staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, with many of Lisbon’s attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location is very close to the water and within walking distance of St. George's Castle and the Cathedral. It is near many great bakeries and restaurants. The apartment also has air conditioning.

We stayed there on a Friday night, so it can get noisy into the night because of the parties.

Neighbourhood was very hilly and not very easy for walking.

Empfang herzlich und sehr freundlich. Lage top, sehr zentral gelegen. Schöne Aussicht von der Wohnung im 3. Stock auf den Tejo. Wohnung schön , grosszügig und modern eingerichtet. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstücksservice war super, jeden Tag andere Brötchen und etwas Süsses dazu. Kühlschrank wurde täglich mit Aufschnitt, Joghurt, Käse , Milch aufgefüllt. Kaffeemaschine vor Ort mit Kapseln. Fruchtschale mit frischen Früchten stand bereit.

Leider hatte es in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer keinen Kleiderschrank.

Proximity to waterfront, sites and transportation. The apartment was very well stocked the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good, but the fresh bread in the mornings was the star.

La struttura è bellissima, ottima posizione, attenzione e cura nella pulizia. Informazioni esatte per il check-in oltre l'orario di servizio. Parte della colazione viene lasciata ogni pomeriggio in frigo (latte, uova, confetture e salumi) mentre ogni mattina portano pane fresco, cornetti o bolos de arroz. Veramente tutto fantastico!

Localização excelente para curtir lisboa. Próximo aos pontos turísticos, mas numa rua secundária, garantindo tranquilidade. Apartamentos confortáveis com conforto e climatização , cozinha com dispositivos necessários (cafe expresso, forno micro-ondas, máquinas de lavar louça e lavar roupas, geladeira e espremedor de frutas, etc) para uma estadia mais longa. Cômodos espaçosos , 2 banheiros,oferecendo comodidade para abrigar pais e filhos em quartos conjugados com privacidade.

Faltou apenas o mimo do "chinelinho" e creme de mãos. Cafe da manha poderia ser um pouco mais cedo às 6:30 , ao invés de 8h, principalmente no verão.

The staff is really friendly and helpful and communicated a lot. The rooms are very well designed and have everything you need. The concept is a little different than usual. It is an apartment stay with a hotel like experience. Totally worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

Fijne staff, mooi appartement, ruim en schoon, goede bedden en prima locatie. Iedere dag schoonmaak, schone handdoeken en keuken opgeruimd. Ontbijt is prima. Airco is geweldig en geluidloos! Veel horeca in de buurt, winkels en musea op loopafstand.

We sliepen aan de achterkant waar de straat juist vrij druk is en ondanks dubbel glas hoor je veel rumoer. Als je een lichte slaper bent, is dat wellicht te luidruchtig. Ontbijt is behoorlijk uitgebreid maar wat eenzijdig qua beleg.

Restricted check in times to speak with concierge. We are on vacation and going on excursions in the morning and coming back late. Never received the extra blankets we asked for.

The location, amenities and modern apartment, fully stocked was fantastic and the reception staff was exceptional. Beatriz Meias, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had a great stay. We loved the fresh bread delivered to our door every morning and the breakfast treats left daily in the frig. There is clearly a pride of ownership and commitment to customer service reflected in how the facilities are kept and how we were received.

I loved the comfort, style and location. I loved seeing the river and easily walking to wonderful restaurants and river sites and activities. I loved having fresh breakfast items in the apartment and the daily bakery items delivered. Everything was sparkling clean and beds and linens were very comfortable.

La localisation, le service de petit déjeuner, les 2 chambres et leurs 2 salles de bain (l’idéal pour un séjour en famille), le ménage quotidien, la qualité des équipements et de la rénovation (aucun bruit) dans un quartier très animé, l’ascenseur et la possibilité d’accéder en voiture jusqu’à l’entrée (important à Lisbonne 😂😂😂)

Un seul tout petit bémol dans notre magnifique appartement en combles : quelques patères ou penderies supplémentaires pour suspendre les vêtements dans les chambres.

We liked the apartment a lot. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and nicely furnished, featuring two sizeble bathrooms and a very well -equipped kitchen. The rental price included breakfast, as well as coffee and tea. Fresh bread was delivered every morning. The apartment was centrally located, close to many tourist attractions. This was very nice stay.

Charming renovated apartment in a historic building on a quiet street in Chiada. It was an apartment with hotel services including a light breakfast brought to our kitchen each day.

Minor adjustment-add a handrail on the wall beside the tub to improve access in and out of the deep tub.

Breakfast was delicious and so convenient to have it brought to the room!

Un magnifique appartement avec une propreté irréprochable et ménage quotidien avec des petites attentions. Le petit déjeuner dans le frigo et du pain et viennoiseries frais chaque matin à la porte. Le confort de la literie et le calme des lieux.
