Reviewed Apr 9, 2026This property provided everything we needed for a very comfortable 2 night stay. As we had a hired car we were able to utilise the included garage space. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. We were able to walk to all the main areas within the city from our accommodation including plenty of shopping and dining options.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Fantastic location in CBD. A small amount of 'city' noise but not enough to have to use ear plugs at night. Easy access, quiet neighbours. Good kitchen and great to have 2 smart TVs. The HRV kept the house a relatively uniform temperature especially when used with the heat pump on the hot days. Plenty of towels and great to have a washing machine (with washing powder) and dryer.
No BBQ as advertised, however this didn't worry us as the balcony is not very private so we didn't use it.

The pillow on the main bed was so flat it was awful.

The pillows were way too thin and the duvet was all scrunched up and lumpy when we arrived. It was really warm downstairs compared to upstairs. No BBQ like it said in the listing.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025The property had everything we needed for our 4-night stay, especially the washing machine. It’s also in a perfect location, CBD was within walking distance. The host also has recommendations which restaurants and cafes to try.
I agree in maintaining the property clean as much as possible, which we did. However, emptying the rubbish bins should no longer be the guests responsibility as cleaning service was already included in the fees - it’s one of the reasons I prefer accommodations through booking.com over airbnb. But it only ended up like airbnb.

The poor plant in the kitchen needed watering and attention. It was very sad when we arrived, after some TLC it perked up!

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025Fantastic stay at a well appointed apartment in a great location. Was easy to access the apartment with clear and easy to follow instructions. The location is walkable to lots of cafe's, bar's, restaurants and shopping.
The beds were a little firm, but that is a personal preference rather than an issue with the apartment.

Only thing I would have liked was an iron. There was a hand held steam thing that I didn't know how to use, so that's just me being picky.
