Liegt abseits vom Trubel. Wunderschön ruhig und ein Idyll. Unaufgeregt, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Kaffee geht absolut in Ordnung.

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Hat uns ein wenig munter gehalten. Badezimmer könnten wir die Tür nicht schließen.

Because we had a dog, our room was tucked out the back. It was a bit dark and very warm with little ventilation

Only note I have, I'm not a fan of pebble walkways, tricky in heels or if you're a bit elderly and wobbly! Look lovely tho!

If i need to say my personal opinion I thought there is the hot water on boiler and im assuming is on ellectric cylinder then after my wife she had shower and baby shower water started to be cold then I realised is maybe ellectric cylinder. Bu this won't change the amazing place as it is .

We couldn't find fault at all - very pleasant surroundings, and quiet - loved the birds and the horses. The garden has plenty of seating and shade under trees. Everything you need, and very comfortable and clean. Such friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast - sets you up for the whole day. Turning off the A24 is signed to 'World's End' which is a lovely pub and restaurant within walking distance of the farm, which comes into view at the bottom of the valley as you come down Selden lane (beside the Fox pub)

An extra bedside table would have been useful, the deep gravel path isn't ideal for wheeling suitcases over. But very little not to like.

Kettle blew the fuses late at night which left my mother in the dark all night. That's not really something that could have been forseen

The property is pretty and you can see that it was probably very nice in the past, there was a good amount of space in our family room. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Our room was dated. Some fixtures were broken which made it difficult to use - basin and bath plugs were both off the chains. The basin plug got stuck when used. The beds were comfortable but creaky. The carpet in the room didn’t smell great. Some rubbish had been missed by the cleaner and was left from the previous occupants. The surroundings were dilapidated and could use a tidy.

The staff were fantastic. They were very attentive and showed real care in a difficult evening for us. We really appreciated it!

Booked a family room and got a whole floor - 2 decent sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. Staff were absolutely lovely and breakfast was delicious!

Omg! This place is amazing! Like 6 star. The location, the staffs, the rooms, the breakfast.... 10 out 10. 100% will visit again. The cleanest hotel rooms I have seen in a long while. The receptionist is So polite and understanding. Just walking around the grounds makes me feel so comfortable 😌. I would 100% recommend. The first time my son stays in a hotel room on his own because of his disabilities. He loves it so much. Everyone makes us feel so welcome. I wasn't ready to leave yet😕. The place is like something out of a movie!

Very friendly reception, The room was quite large and very quiet. A lovely large size bed with a comfy mattress, comfy pillows and bedding. Nice Coffee and tea making area with fridge. Temperature in room was nice. The bathroom was well equipped . Breakfast was good with huge portions of full english breakfast. Ceareals, tea and coffee juices . Service was wonderful. Really enjoyed our one night stay with our Labrador.

The fridge was quite small, The lock on our door was not fixed properly to the door. It was a little difficult to lock the door from the outside.

Absolute Ruhe, schönes und saubereres Zimmer, man hatte einige Möglichkeiten sich dort im Freien aufzuhalten. Das Frühstück frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker!

Der Stein Boden im Bad hat Flecken die wohl nicht mehr zu entfernen waren.

The location was peaceful. The room was a good side. The bed was beautiful! Best part was the staff who showed me to my room and also at breakfast. Felt really well looked after and took all the stress away from staying away from home.

Room was a bit hot. The fan and an open door helped to cool it down but didnt feel comfortable leaving the door open all night and my room had no windows to allow airflow. But this is only a very minor detail in a very good night at the B&B.

Het is een mooie locatie, rustig gelegen met ruime kamers. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk en wordt geserveerd op het terras met uitzicht over de tuin en omgeving.

De kamer was vrij warm en er waren geen ramen om open te zetten. Het is ook erg gehorig, er zitten meerdere kamers in een gebouw. Helaas hadden wij de pech dat we buren hadden die de tv tot 4 uur 's nachts aan hadden...

Supermooie locatie!! Idyllisch! Kamers heel ruim, bedden heel comfortabel en heel proper! Zou er zeker opnieuw verblijven! Heel lekker ontbijt verzorgd door de eigenaars.

Om 22u30 viel de verlichting overal op het domein uit. Vermoedelijk automatisch getimed maar er bleef helemaal niets van verlichting meer aan jwestie van oriëntatiepunt. Hierdoor was het erg donker om vanuit de loungezetels naar de kamers te gaan.

The property is stunning, beautiful old buildings and lovely grounds, well cared for with very nice staff. Phenomenal breakfast - Andy and Tracy took great care of us and were lovely with the kids

Air conditioning - or at least some electric fans - would be nice on hot summer days. It cooled down and we slept fine, but would have appreciated some more cool air flow

From the moment we checked in to when we checked everything was fantastic We had a family birthday party in Worthing so decided to stay at Selden Farm B&B. The waitress & the chef at breakfast were wonderful and could not do enough for you. The cooked breakfast was great. The room we stayed in was spotless. All in all a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you to all the staff we met for a fabulous stay.

Nothing everything was first class

The property were unaccommodating, we were travelling from Suffolk, work full time and could not get there until 22.00. I booked with a request to check in at 22.00. They refused to agree a late check in but then took the payment anyway . I requested a refund as we physically could not get there sooner . It was refused . Essentially they took money for nothing. In my mind this is just wrong . Especially when 22.00 is not obscenely late

Cleanliness in the room & bathroom was not of a high standard. Bed was broken & the base had collapsed in part. I would suggest that the property lacked maintenance & some furnishings need replacing.

Peaceful rural location and beautiful grounds that guests are free to use and explore, and yet very close to other attractions and towns such as Arundel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Rooms did not have great soundproofing.

English Breakfast wie aus dem Bilderbuch, sehr freundliches Personal. Ruhige Lage und doch ausgezeichnet verbunden mit Hauptverkehrsstrassen. Ländliche Idylle. Rustikale Zimmerausstattung, aber alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, inklusive TV, kleiner Kühlschrank.Lieblingsquartier, wenn irgend möglich komme ich wieder.

Location and side it is just beautiful

It was very dark walking from car park over night. We have been asked what time breakfast we may have and we were late due to we couldn’t wake up but we were at breakfast 8 am. As we were late we didn’t really welcome by people work there and also told off we were late. Frying egg and heating bake beans can’t be that difficult. Also vegan sausage wasn’t good.

Lovely Farm, very nice room. There is a pub (The world's End) just up the road, taxi was £10 each way. Room was nice. Lovely breakfast, best I've ever had at a b&b.

So stellt man sich eine Unterkunft in Südengland vor, wie aus den Rosamunde-Pilcher Filmen, sehr authentischer Landhausstil, wie auch das Frühstück, very british, wir haben es genossen, wären gerne noch eine Nacht geblieben. Im nahe liegenden historischen Ort Arundel, etwa 8 km entfernt, findet man schöne Restaurants und natürlich das Schloss. Jedoch nur Frühstück und nur mit Auto.

Superb accommodation. So much better than I expected from the pictures. Warm and well appointed and the bonus of a small courtyard to sit out in the evening. Beautiful setting and lovely staff.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were impressed with care they took to make our stay very enjoyable. We have stayed here before and would do so again.

All good, nothing we did not like

The property is absolutely incredible—like something out of a fairy tale. The surrounding woodlands are beautiful and add to the unique atmosphere of the place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although they do not have air conditioning, which may be a consideration during warmer months. I did not have breakfast myself, as dogs were not allowed in the breakfast area, but my travel companions attended and spoke very highly of both the breakfast and the two people managing the service, who were particularly welcoming and attentive.

I would not describe this hotel as dog-friendly, despite how it is advertised. My reasons are: Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area. Dogs must be left in the room while guests have breakfast, yet the rooms do not have air conditioning. During a hot UK summer, leaving a dog alone in a warm room is simply not a practical option. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times, including in outdoor areas. In my view, these restrictions do not align with what most travellers would consider a genuinely dog-friendly hotel. In addition, I found the reception staff quite unfriendly. We were repeatedly reminded to keep our dogs on a leash, even when they were in the front garden area, which made us feel more tolerated than welcomed.

Loved the setting - beautiful - flint buildings and lovely countryside - and it was a good 6 mile walk to Arundel and Amberley - you can choose a flat walk through the woods or a hilly walk on the downs from here - or a bit of both! The rooms were a great size and nicely done up. It was good to have a table and chairs outside to enjoy a cuppa or a glass of wine in the sun. Breakfast was great. Lovely, helpful staff. I’d definitely return…

Mattress slightly too firm for me but perfect for my friend so very much a personal preference. No obvious opportunity to taste the wine from selden farm vineyard that I noticed - they could definitely make more of this as I had forgotten when I was there about the vineyard - and only remembered when I came home!

Nice rural location, spacious room, nice outlook, plenty of parking and excellent breakfast on offer. Any staff we met were pleasant and very helpful. Would have no problem staying again, it was a good experience.

No direct "hotel reception" unless during check-in period, however contact number available if your phone network is served. TV reception very hit and miss, with no channel information available.

Booking.com wouldn’t let us book one Annex for our family of 4 which was plenty big enough. This means we ended up spending double the money on another room we did not need

The cooked breakfasts were exceptional with the chef and his assistant being a joy to chat to each morning. The charming buildings looked great with the climbing roses. The rooms were kept clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal for visiting Arundel Castle and Brighton.

The gravel drive was a challenge on a motorbike

A beautiful location. Large room and facilities were great. Plenty of teas/coffees and everything in the room one needs! Check in service was easy, I was contacted and able to check in early, which was helpful for me. Sadly I missed breakfast due to a family bereavement overnight and I had to leave, staff were so lovely when I popped by to say I needed to leave and took my key. I would love to go back and stay under different circumstances
