c est la troisième fois que nous séjournions a cet hotel ,nous avons nos habitudes; rien a redire hotel très propre , personnel trèe gentil ,niveau restauration très bien et varié ;petit déjeuné super parking sous sol pratique et géographiquement bien placé nous avons jamais mis les pieds a la piscine on va plutot a la mer

Depois de vêr comentários bons me levou a escolher este hotel, mas na realidade me disiludiu, corredor para os quartos com cheiro a esgotos, quartos sem isolamento ideal a se ouvir tudo dos quartos ao lado, vista do quarto para a traseira de um prédio muito horrível, falta de acessórios de limpeza para a sanita na casa de banho, enfim não corresponde á realidade de muitos comentários.

The breakfast selection was rather limited. On the positive side, the hotel has a very good location, close to both the city centre and the beach.

The rooms do not fully match the facilities and description presented on Booking.com. For example, the safe was listed as being included in the room rate, but at the hotel we were asked to pay an additional fee to use it. Another disappointing aspect was the view. From our balcony, we could only see a high wall directly in front of us, with no other view at all. This was not mentioned in the room description, and I believe such an important detail should be clearly stated so that guests know what type of room they are booking. The room was also advertised as “soundproof”, which was definitely not the case. The sound insulation was very poor, and we could hear almost everything from the neighbouring rooms, including conversations at a normal speaking volume. In this respect, the description on Booking.com did not accurately reflect the reality. We raised all of these issues with the reception staff during our stay. We were told that our concerns would be passed on to the management, but unfortunately no corrective action was taken and we received no solution to any of the problems reported.

Walls in room had questionable stains in them, the balcony faced a car park. The cars screeching around could be heard into the night. The breakfast area was passable. Went once. That was enough. Had to wait a while for lifts as very busy on a morning.

Confort y silencio en habitación. Limpieza y trato muy cuidados.

El horario de la cafetería de la piscina, cierra pronto por la tarde. Poca variedad de comidas en el Buffet, sobre todo para los niños: pizza y patatas. Nada de animación ni actividades, sobre todo para niños. Únicamente 2 horas de música en directo en la cafetería por la noche, y a las 23h aprox. se acaba la fiesta.

Las fotos engañan .No me gustó nada , le sobran dos estrellas . Mala habitación.el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba o funcionaba mal . Había hormigas por toda la habitación .Pésimo desayuno.

Reservamos una suite dos noches y al llegar nos dijeron que no podían dárnosla debido a que había una niña de 4 años ( pues avísalo antes de hacer la reserva )También leí que ponía piscina privada, Finalmente nos quedamos una sola noche en una habitación doble que parecía un zulo.tan solo queríamos una cama doble grande debido a que la niña duerme con nosotros en la misma cama pero nos obligaron a coger una habitación triple con 3 camas. Nada más subir a la habitación dijimos que si podíamos irnos y nos dijeron que no se devuelve el dinero así que afortunadamente solo fue una noche !. A las 08:30 de la mañana te despiertan picando con un martillo y taladro en la habitación de al lado( creo que en un 6 de agosto, con el hotel lleno no es la mejor fecha ni hora para acometer estas obras . Descanso nulo, camas incómodas .Es un sitio para engañar guiris , no es acorde a un 4 estrellas pero ni por asomo.

All of it: staff lovely, room lovely, facilities lovely, pool lovely, and location lovely. Made our stay really enjoyable. The location is excellent to have a nice mix between Old Town and newer stuff.

A bit pricey for just a room, but expected given the dates we stayed.

We had a 'comfort' room that slept 3 people. All the beds were actual single beds, so no 'camp bed' situation, so they were all very comfortable. The room was a good size, even for 3 of us. The bathroom was also a decent size with a good strong shower. There was entertainment on whilst we were there, which was more targeted at the Spanish guests but this was not a problem for us, we like salsa! Nice pool bar but choice of snacks very limited. Great location, literally a five minute walk to tapas alley.

Air conditioning is very poor. We spoke to others in the hotel and they were also saying the same. The view from the room was not fantastic (looking at the wall of a building opposite but this wouldn't put me off to be honest). The pool is nice but falls into shade around 4pm due to the way it faces.

Solarium. Comida variada. Muy céntrico, el inconveniente el aparcamiento. Muy buena atención del personal.

La cena podría ser hasta las 22h No hay hamacas suficientes para los muchos que van a la piscina. Piscina un poco pequeña. Algunas veces de la leche de la máquina salía solo agua.

Mi a plăcut foarte mult camera. Spațioasă și cu un balcon imens. Curățenia zilnica. Peste tot in hotel foarte curat.

Nu pot sa zic că ceva nu mi a plăcut. Poate as recomanda ca la masa sa fie mai multe sortimente de peste, fructe de mare.

Les photos de la chambre étaient superbes cependant il n’y avait pas de photo de la vue en arrivant nous avons été surpris et étonné de la vue sur un bâtiment avec un tas de chauffage de Clim sous 40 degrés impossible pour nous de rester sur la terrasse!! De plus la Clim de la chambre n’avait pas l’air de fonctionner puis dans la nuit nous nous sommes retrouvés congelés car celle ci s’est augmenté seul.. néanmoins pas de couverture ni de couette dans l’armoire!! Sans oublier la piscine bien évidemment pas un seul transat des 10:30/11h!!

A szálloda nagyon szép, nagyon jó helyen van. Közel van a tengerpart és a városközpont. Tematikus vacsorák vannak, minden este más és más ország ételeit lehet megkóstolni. Nagyon szuper a kávézó és bár részlege. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. Volt egy különleges kérésünk, hogy maximum a 2. emelten legyen a szobánk, amit a személyzet teljesített. A szobák tiszták, minden nap takarítanak és cserélik a törölközőt. Ami nekünk még pozitív volt, hogy éjszaka indult haza a repülőgépünk és a szálloda megengedte, hogy használjuk a medencét. Illetve zuhanyzási és átöltözési lehetőséget is biztosított, így egész nap a tengerben tudtunk fürdeni.

Ami nekünk nem nagyon tetszett az a szobai kilátás. Komfort szobát foglaltam, ami az egyik kétágyas, a másik pedig háromágyas volt. Nem tudtam, hogy egy olyan belső udvarra néz a szoba, ahol tűzfal és a lakóházak lepukkant részére látunk rá. A többi szoba erkélye az utcára és a medencére nézett. Nekünk pedig ez a “szép” látvány maradt. A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz volt, de ettől függetlenül bőséges.

Lovely clean tidy and comfortable hotel. The only whine is that the pool doesn't see enough sun so it's freezing! Beds are really nice, showers are powerful and hot. It's set near the old town which is nice and quiet.

Also, sun beds on sun roof terrace need a serious clean. Sun beds next to main pool are squashed in next to each other, you feel on top of everyone else, no space or any extent of privacy.
