Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The property has a beautiful view of the ocean and is close by to many good places to visit.
The property is not the best maintained, the apartment had a really bad odor which was in very single room. I contacted the owner for this and he did send staff to take care of it but unfortunately the smell was still there in one room. The bedsheets had a very bad smell which made it really hard to fall asleep. The apartment had huge lizards inside and small bugs which bitting me and my family. The bathrooms need to be sanitized properly and the piping inside was causing really bad smell. On the pillows we found lice which is insane. The sofas were disgustingly dirty. I would not recommend staying here if you want to enjoy your stay.

There are convenient stores and pharmacies at the apartment so it was really convenient. The apartment unit is well maintained. It was comfortable for family stay.
Long queue at the lift upon arrival because only 2 lifts were working and 2 lifts under maintenance. No basic facilities like swimming pool. No other entertainment besides TV inside the apartment.

I havent got any tissue box, provided, mybe by mistake. Anyway, the shops were helpful at the ground. And I stayed 5 days I will expect at least one time cleaning service between the stay. It will make the travellers happy as we are providing money for cleaning.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The main issue was the shower water pressure, which was very weak. The water flow was so low that it was difficult even to wash our hair properly. In addition, we noticed a few other issues: * There was no toilet mat provided. * The bathroom cabinet is quite old and worn out. * The pillows are old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. * There was no hand wash provided in the bathroom. * The TV cable was very sensitive and kept disconnecting. We were also unable to watch Netflix because a notification stated that too many devices were already using the account. . We were unable to park our car in the designated parking lot because there was water dripping from above, and it had a very unpleasant smell. As a result, we had to park our car in a public parking area instead. We hope you will consider improving these areas to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for your future guests.

Far from Luxe as listed. Very old building and apartment is basic. The photos on listing are enhanced. All amenities listed were present but the apartment fit out is very basic and harsh white lights make it even more harsh. Ok for budget traveler.

They had all the necessary amenities, including cookware, which made the stay very convenient. There were plenty of plug points, the WiFi worked really well, and having Netflix was a great bonus. The management was extremely friendly, responsive, and always reachable whenever needed. The view was absolutely incredible too. Highly recommended!
The only thing is it is around 2km away from George Town heritage area so you have to take a Grab. But it is only a minor thing because we had very peaceful days here.

客房設施偏舊，需要維修。主臥的窗簾壞掉完全無法拉開，可惜了這麼好的採光與窗景，只能在暗暗的房間裡休息。此外我們有位朋友睡在客廳的沙發床，但一旁的落地窗卻沒有可遮蔽的窗簾，隱私堪慮。我們在晚上九點半抵達公寓時，沙發床上只放了枕頭，完全沒有被毯。在積極以whatsapp和電話聯繫民宿主人後，晚上11點終於有人送來毯子，我們才能放心休息。他們應該更積極地處理這件事，而不是打算隔天才把被毯送來。

Cleaning could be a bit more thorough. It wasn't dirty, but not spotless either. The kitchen utensils could be improved. There was one knife, two cups- a bit tricky if you are a bigger group. Also one cooking pot was really burnt and unuseable.
