It’s a good location to go site seeing around George Town. The sea view got some obstruction but otherwise it’s a great view.

Wash room facilities needed some repair work. Shower was not working properly and exhaust fan was out.

Widok z apartamentu, do dyspozycji dwie łazienki, pralka, suszarka, żelazko, lodówka. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Możliwość przygotowania potraw, z czego akurat nie korzystaliśmy z uwagi na biegające karaluchy, w tym nawet po czajniku. Kontakt z zarządzającym.

Apartament pięknie położony i funkcjonalny, jednak zdecydowanie wymaga odnowienia i przede wszystkim gruntownego i solidnego posprzątania, które jest tylko bardzo powierzchowne. Szkoda niezmiernie, że potencjał mieszkania jest tak marnotrawiony .

We liked that it was nice for a family of four but tbh the place can accommodate more. Got the view of the sea which was a good view. The owner were very attentive, which we truly appreciate. There was indeed 2 toilets which was great. The parking was so convient as well.

There we some dust that came out under the sofa and the bed which we just swept. ( we didn't mind doing so )

Good Seaview on 30th floor. Very clean. Complete with iron, hair dryer, cold fridge, air fryer, washing machine, towels, hot water kettle, filteted water dispenser, utensils. Good supply of blankets as weather was cold at night. Well organized and thoughtful decorations. Suitable for 7 pax.

Was requested to pay extra deposit after fully paid my booking. Only one entrance given. Troublesome to pass key around for different outings n timing. We stayed 3 nights. Usually 2 keys are expected. Only 1 car park. No extras to rent. Required attention on safety to prevent injury of anyone renting. 1. Dining and balcony chairs were unbalanced. 2. A broken vase was on the tv table. We removed n placed on the fridge top upon discovery. 3. No latch or lock on gate to entrance. Uncomfortable feeling even after we closed the front door as no key hole to see who is on the outerside. 4. Water pressure for shower is low. Was looking forward for nice hot shower after returning. Rather disappointed.

Bryson, the property manager, gave me a 5-Star advisory service. Parking is covered, directly facing the main door & Starbucks. Just outside the parking lot is a stretch of public parking bays, good if you have visitors. The apartment at 3pth floor has a direct view to Gurney Drive reclaimed land d the open ocean. It's breathtaking.

Sometimes large crowds gather around the lift lobby. If you do check out, come out earlier so you don't face many lift stops.

I liked the cleanliness, how everything was prepared and given. How everything was properly arranged, the friendliness and prompt assistance of the staff. The parking was nearby in a convenient location

Location near hospital area. 3 -15 minutes walking distance to nearby eateries. Comfy stay. Downstairs have Starbucks. You may also get Coffee Bean Tea Leaf from Gleaneagles, just next to this building. Host courtesy.

Upsetting. We are asked to transfer to other unit within same building on 17/4, due to maintenance work. The host to improve arrangement of moving process to 2nd unit., ensuring cleaning of new unit completed before we moves in.

Great Location and with a free parking lot.

The space is very clean, neat, and tidy, providing a spacious environment. Roof Parking just in front of Starbuck entrance.

The view is very nice

Water leaking at the living room. and the air conditioner in the bedroom smelled like stegnant water.

The area is spacious enough to accommodate 4-7 people and it's very comfortable. all the things we need for daily are all equipped, for doing laundry, refrigerate/reheating food, and even taking care of trash are all super convenient. it's good for long stay. The location is very strategic and it's very convenient that there's a minimarket on the ground floor and a pharmacy store on the side of the building. Plus, we can easily go out by walking or using grab. Thanks to the great host for accommodating and giving quick response upon my request. Oh and not to forget, thank you to the soft cute friends that accompanied us during our stay.

There are some minor shortcomings that have been reported to the host, e.g. water leaking from ceiling, but it's not the host's fault and it didn't really bother us.

1. There are many ants on the floor, table, chair and bed. 2. ⁠The air conditioner is leaking cause the floor always wet. 3. There was a strange heavy pump sound suddenly, and we checked and found that it was the faucet in the toilet that was leaking. We need to keep turning off the water so that the sound will disappear.

The locations, the facilities

It had a water filter, the kitchen was complete for a holiday stay, eg heat up food, cut fruits, make a hot drink. The host had cute soft toy curtain tie backs. Place is clean, view of the sea, and the host is very responsive. Parking was easy, no driving up tight multi-storey car parks. The key lock system is excellent.

I have feedbacked to the hosts and they will be looking into this.

House is clean and comfortable. The staff is good

Wrongly advertised as 3 bedroom apartment but actually it's only 2 bedroom.
