This is Good

The only thing I liked was their food and the view from the window.

They don't give you the same room which is in pictures because the pictures were clicked when it might have been newly opened but now the rooms are pathetic. Seman sign , cockroaches, flies , mosquitos and day 1 they moved us to the lower ground which had a common verandah .you can't sit outside to enjoy it because 2 other people were drinking and were smoking. I don't know why they called it a non-smoking room. The bedsheet, and comforter smelled like garbage. Cigarette butts were in the room and the washroom. The mini fridge i opened and boom it smelled like Delhi's garbage mountain. The next day we moved to the 1st floor and the room had seman stains on walls and again cigarette butts in the balcony and it was again the smell of cigarettes in the room. in the morning we asked for food which was included in stay and they said they don't provide breakfast and its not included but later I give them email and it was mentioned their then they agreed to give us breakfast. Overall pathetic experience.In the tray they served breakfast it had used coffee sachet (pic attached) . At the entry of the room a big spider did welcome us.DO NOT GO THEIR EVER.

Property was very far away against shown on booking.com. The food was at much higher side. Simple water bottles of 20 rs. Charged for 40/- each.

Almost everything was fine, apart from it’s location reason being for instance, if you are coming self like via Car, Bike, Scooty or any other vehicle than it may be fruitful for you but if you are a solo traveller or you don’t have any kind of vehicle then i would not suggest you to go there coz u might get stuck, rest everything’s good

Balcony view was good. Bed was comfy. Room was of good size.

Powercuts were frequent and generators were not used immediately to restore electricity. Water supply in the bathroom did not work at all one morning. Staff was unprofessional and insincere as well. Not worth it at all. They asked for 20% advance as well even though my booking was a "no prepayment" one.

Nothing

Don’t trust the website availability. Even if you pay 20% they can cancel you booking as they can sell the room to the highest bidder when there is high demand.

Had an amazing stay at the resort!! Great food service as we requested non spicy due to the health conditions of my dad. Awesome view and exclusive transport facilities to visit the area..😻💗
