The bed is big. The location is close to the airport .

We were accommodated in another apartment, not the one that we booked, so we are reviewing it. Not that clean, there were cockroaches, no internet, no signal so mobile data is not working, the slippers are dirty, etc

It was so easy to get to after our long flight, we walked from terminal three across the road overpass. Great air conditioning and hot water- best of all an extremely comfortable bed. Very quiet area too.

Unfortunately the pool was closed due to maintenance, no one at fault here just bad luck for us - shows that the property is vigilant in keeping all its facilities in good order.

Location is good. Availability of street food downstairs is good. Pool seem nice but did not use it. Across the street from T3 which is convenient to international flight it's why I booked here in the first place. But of course PAL Intl do not fly from this terminal, so I had to scramble and luckily did not miss my flight.

Took over an hour to checkin. The receptionist did not know about our booking, tried calling the owner/caretaker but did not respond. Water jug in the unit is empty (for safety), attempted to get water from security as per the instruction in the room, was refused and was told to contact the owner. TV was not working, no instruction how to operate. Bed & pillows very firm. Finally got the instruction how to access the unit with code to the lock box on the 2nd day (wow, could use this info the day before, it's like a day late & $10 short).The kitchen light went out, hence, microwave also was out. Shower is very small and sink faucet is loose/wobbly. I'm being asked to pay for parking (which I will not pay), we never used the parking, only entered the garage to drop off luggages closer to the lift, so we don't drag our luggages from the street cause Mr. Security (same mr. security who refuse to give water) won't let us through the gate to drop them off.

I love the location and the amenities of the room. The owners are very accommodating and very respectful.

The cleaning is not that good. I saw some spider webs in the corner and the blanket and pillow is a bit smelly. But otherwise the rest is great.

It was a pleasure to stay there. Its a beautiful design, very well done, very clean, absolute comfortable, good equipped with kitchen utilities. Super good location. For me I give bravo !

The location is excellent, literally ten minutes walk from the arrival lounge at Terminal 3. Very easy to find with the detailed instructions sent by the host. Lots of very good restaurants close by and 7/11 stores along with Watson stores. Absolutely an ideal place to stay.

The water cooler was virtually empty, not a major issue as we bought some from the nearby shop. There was no toilet roll . Only one glass

The location of this condo is a standout feature! I felt incredibly safe and secure, and its closeness to the airport is a huge advantage. Situated in a quiet and upscale part of Metro Manila, it offers the best of both worlds – tranquility and easy access to all modern city conveniences. I was even comfortable exploring the neighborhood late at night, including enjoying the street food on 10th Street between midnight and 3 am. Unit 5i in Cluster A was a perfect fit for my needs as a budget-conscious solo traveler. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, neat, and offered excellent value. Having a microwave and fridge was a definite plus, and while I didn't use the stove, it added to the unit's appeal. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly, and the host, Curt, provided outstanding service with his prompt responses and accommodating nature.

The shower room was quite small and very cramped (for my built). The lack of room service was inconvenient, requiring me to reuse towels for my entire five-night stay. Moreover, the keys were not in the lockbox as promised, and the receptionist's initial suggestion to leave the door open for security via CCTV was unsettling. Thankfully, the host, Curt, was exceptionally responsive and resolved the key issue within approximately 30 minutes when I messaged him on Booking.com, which I greatly appreciated. In a separate incident, the lack of an RFID tag resulted in me being locked in the basement after disposing of trash, requiring assistance from the receptionist.

Safe, clean, good Wi-Fi, and very convenient location to stay near the airport. It is beside St Therese Church, across T3, with easy access to the air-conditioned pedestrian walkway, Runway Manila. Easy to find places to eat. It is a corner unit surrounded by windows. Curved big Smart TV to watch movies from your bed. Bathroom with good hot shower is small but adequate and a glass door prevents whole bathroom from getting wet. Toiletries are not provided, but just outside the condo is Watsons. Communication with the host is prompt and he allowed us early checkin upon request. We will stay here again when we are back in Manila if it is available. Highly recommended.

The place was very convenient as it is near to Newport mall, airports, restaurants. The bed was excellent. The place is cozy.

Neat and tidy. Facilities are well-maintained. You'll get spectacular views of the surroundings with the unit's many windows that offer a 90-degree vantage point due to its unique corner location. Just be sure to dispose of your food waste as soon as possible to avoid cockroach problems. Waste bins are conveniently located in the basements, accessible by elevator. P.S. This is actually one of the cleanest units I've ever stayed in - relatively speaking. I had a pleasant one week stay.

The process of checking in and checking out was smooth and hassle-free. The unit was clean and comfortable to stay in. A designated parking slot was available as well. Out of all the units in One Palm Tree Villas, I’m glad I was able to book this one. :)

We loved the hustle free check-in. The host did set up a system where you do not have to worry at all about how to get the key. The location comes up a bit vague when you use google maps (for taxi driver) so for any future guest: the place is on the right side of the church (the Belmont Hotel is on the left side of the church)- take the street along the church side and its the compound area right there (don't worry there is just that gate &guard).
