room is beautiful and comfortable although you could still hear whats going on outside. I guess not much of a soundproof. Location is ok. Breakfast is ok. The breakfast is more suited to the foreigners than the visiting filipinos. I say, we have a better breakfast in Hilton LAX than here in Hilton Pasay City, Because they have better choices. The US-based Hilton is more "Asian" than in Manila! Whatttt!!! I mean, we dont like coffees that we still have to watch the screen, keep staring at it which and what, and print our coffee!!! when it came out, its not even hot! We need coffees that is just there, the old-fashioned way. If you need hot water, its just there in a separate bucket and get it. Not that we have to go around and see whose server we can ask to. No wonder your breakfast tables are mostly empty!!!

I appreciate the option for early check-in being offered proactively, which we availed. All the staff are kind, accommodating and equally proactive. All pur requests were attended to in a timely manner from the extra bed to the additional toiletries, even late checkout and luggage storage. This is definitely the best experience I've had and really looking forward to the next. Service was top-notch! Kudos to everyone!

I was welcomed at 2.30am which was a huge relief after a long flight. I really appreciated a late checkout as I had arrived so late and needed to sleep. The option of a big breakfast in the Madison restaurant at 12.30 really hit the spot. The staff was extremely helpful and respectful. I was also very pleased to take advantage of the hotel shuttle to the Runway over pass to the airport.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was noticeable dust, particularly in the corners, which made the room feel less than thoroughly maintained. Given the hotel’s price point, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, including attention to often-overlooked areas like corners and edges.

The customer service was a real standout feature of this hotel. The staff were all so kind and went out of their way to make our stay as smooth and special as possible. Their attention to detail in their service was impeccable and make our stay as carefree as possible- down to even the smallest details. They go out of their way for you at all times. A truly outstanding staff team.

La chambre superbe avec lit et oreillers très confortable et parfaitement insorisée pour une nuit au calme. La salle de bain très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuné est fabuleux. Hotel facile d'accès depuis et vers l'aéroport grave à la navette et au Runway. Nous sommes ravi de notre séjour au Hilton de Manille.

They forgot to do a wake up call but it's okay we woke up on time.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel al bij aankomst. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Zeer dicht bij het vliegveld. Mooie faciliteiten. Avondeten was ook erg goed.

Very quick check in process, having an iron/iron board is always a thumbs up. The customer service in the restaurants, executive lounge and in the Port bar were amazing. Additionally, I’d like to give a shout out to Ms. Sheila Ayson for assisting us and moving us to a functional room for the second night! A+++

First room was falling apart. Twice (Late at night and early in the morning) water was flowing from the ceiling. Bed outlets don’t work, couches are stained. For a five star ⭐️ hotel and the price you pay I would have expected better!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the hotel...its all good

The biggest thing I have a problem with is the over the top security getting into the place...over the top scans and all causes a back up at the entrance...armed guards with shotguns is very unsettling....I live in Thailand and travel constantly world wide and never see anything like this but the Philippines especially Manila it really makes one think how bad can it be there???

When I had snacks at the Executive Lounge, the food was always presented in a delectably appealing way. Additionally, the staff, especially Chris, went out of his way(beyond expectations), to serve me and the other hotel guests. Snacks were always refilled as needed and the cleanliness of the place was always maintained. They have always created a relaxing ambiance, so we can eat and enjoy the atmosphere at the same time. It was a worthwhile experience going to the Executive Lounge. I am sure to be back here whenever I have my vacation in the Philippines.

My husband slipped over in lobby and broke his phone, no one cared. Very over priced. rooms are very small for the price, aircon was too cold and not able to adjust.

Everything about the Hilton in Manila is exceptional, particularly the courteous staff in the executive lounge, where our every need was more than met. Helo, one of the wait staff, bent over backwards to ensure I had something gluten free to eat, confirming that the ingredients met my dietary needs.

Our stay at Hilton Resolts World was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service of the Asst branch manager Margarette. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with care and professionalism, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Margarette’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay great, and the ease of booking for our next visit was superb. We left feeling well taken care of and excited to return. Highly commendable service! Thank you for making us feel at home!

At check in we were upgraded to two suite rooms. Check in takes place in 5th floor executive lounge. The whole experience was great. I didn’t book breakfast and as a member didn’t utilise lounge breakfast on first day as I was with family. The next day, Angel kindly gave us breakfast inc kids. A special mention to chefs at breakfast in the third floor restaurant who pointed out halal and non halal members. It’s hard to find halal food but the Hilton can cater for you so I strongly recommend this hotel to my Muslim travellers. The suites themselves were amazing with king size bed, iron, ironing board and toiletries. A huge thank you to all at Hilton, you’ve been the best!!! Do NOT BOOK transfers to get to this hotel, use the sky bridge, it’s really simple. From level 2 you can access the Newport Mall too which have lots of shops and a fully halal Turkish place called Feta.

A wonderful experience being here We felt at home, we have peace of mind...very clean amazing customer services,securities and all staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful if we need something, we would like to stay more if only... we could but we have to leave for another flights.. ✈️ we had an amazing wonderful 2 days and 2 nights stays...highly recommended we got a family room 2 double bed very big and comfortable bed.. love it .. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel lounge, thanks to the excellent service of Renz of Executive LoungeHe was warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His recommendations were excellent, and he always served us with a genuine smile and a professional attitude. The outstanding customer service truly made our visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel lounge, especially because of the exceptional hospitality provided by its staff.

Everyone was warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, and the hotel’s location is very convenient, it’s close to Terminal 3 and a nearby mall. I also appreciated the considerate reception staff for accommodating my request for a late check-out.

We love staycations, and we chose this hotel to celebrate Mother's Day in advance. We booked a half-board package that included dinner and breakfast. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a good selection and quality of food. The staff were courteous throughout our stay. Kids area in the restaurant was also a plus. As we were celebrating Mother's Day, we received a printed "Happy Mother's Day" card from the hotel. While the gesture was appreciated, a more personalized touch would have made the celebration feel even more memorable and better aligned with the experience one would expect from a five-star property. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
