mọi thứ ok
So nice !
Room was very quiet, large, and comfortable. Near food street and the train station.
We arrived in the evening, and the automatic lights took a while to come on, so it was hard to find our way. I didn’t realize that the private bathroom was not inside the room, but that was my error. No contact check in is not my thing.
L'emplacement assez central La possibilité de cuisiner
Il est extrêmement difficile de trouver le logement qui n'est pas indiqué au bord de la rue Nous avons vraiment galéré pour trouver
Parfait !

Location, quiet area, room smell good
Glass old door, when anyone pass through you get light in the room and maybe the common area need some couch or anything to chill out
Very central and the bed is very comfortable! The owner was very helpful and informative.
There is only one shared bathroom; too many locks and steps to follow made it very inconvenient.

Really comfy and cozy place to stay. Especially if you want to come back to a nice and quiet place after spending a day in busy Hanoi.
Very beautiful place, very well decorated, nice colours and comfort. There is also a terrace with a pretty nice view and a little balcony next to the bedroom. The bedroom we were given was the exact one we booked and I really appreciate that because it's not always the case on booking! Perfect for a stay as a couple.
I found the place hard to locate! Thankfully we stumbled upon the owner.
Kindness.
Nice central location and the host allows you to leave luggage there the day you leave.
Facilities are quite old, acceptable but not worth the money. I got a room upgrade but it wasn't mentioned the bathroom would have been outside the room which was inconvenient. To get to the property you need to go inside an alley and then up to some ramp of stairs, it feels a bit dodgy at night. There is no host present so to get inside there are multiple locks to open/close. If you leave early/return late you need also to open/close the gate of the alley.
Loved the rooftop area and room was spacious with a full length mirror
The room smelled damp and the bathroom had a lot of mould/dark spots
nice
Room was comfortable and spacious, bed linen was so soft! The shared bathroom was fairly clean and the kitchen area was great - lovely place to sit out.
The room size. Location.
The padlocks. Every time that we needed to take a bathroom we had to unlock and lock the padlocks. The same goes when we need to get out of the room, get out of the hotel, and get out of the building. We had to keep 4 keys every time.
The location was great for exploring Hanoi. The terrace was our favourite part. The room was very comfortable and the staff really helpful.
Room very spacious Common space Possibility to store luggage
Mattress very hard Bathroom out of the room, whose locker has to be removed each time we want to access the bathroom.. Not really convenient to access when you have luggage => 4 floors by stairs, in very narrow corridors... Explanation through YouTube video (how do you do without internet ??) and not up to date for some of them...
Double booked accommodation. We arrived to check in to be told that the accommodation was double booked and the owner had owner had honoured a later booking. In our three months travelling, we haven’t experienced this anywhere else. I would advise booking elsewhere.
Good location, original design, nice room and terrace, good communication via WhatsApp, water refill, possibility to leave luggage after check out
Lack of personal contact, mold around the sink and shower
I loved the layout of this place with the open balcony area. It was also very quiet. The room itself was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. We appreciated the comforter and pillows as well. we are lucky to have been able to experience this place since it’s usually booked out. If we could’ve, we would have stayed a few more nights but it was completely booked out so make sure you book in advance. The shared common space and kitchen are a great touch.
We were in the room that was closest to the entrance and at night the hallway lights come on when someone is walking by and leaves the bedroom bright. Luckily it was still very quiet and there was no issues with noise or anything. Maybe just slightly thicker/darker curtains would be great but otherwise everything was amazing.
The whole experience was different than staying at a hotel. the homestay was very homely. the host was very friendly. it was located close to many significant places
Bed was comfortable, facilities were excellent. Really nice shared balcony area with kitchen and filtered drinking water. Excellent breakfast and coffee options at the entrance to the street. Highly recommend staying here!Only interacted with staff over messages but they replied promptly and had great instructions
Initial confusion over how to find the place and get in as I didn't have wifi to receive instructions but this all made sense once I did!
Very close to the train station, nice terrace and design
Not suitable if you can't be online during your travels. Not possible to leave luggage there before check in/after check out
Super easy self check in with great instructions and videos. The facilities are great and the location is ideal but pretty quiet for the centre of Hanoi. Not sure how long stays would be but for a short stay definitely recommended.
The shared bathroom is pretty far from the room and there's only 1 so you can end up waiting a little while at peak times. Plus once someone showers it stays pretty wet. Would be good to put a squeegee in there so people can drain the water better.
Comfortable and affordable room in a good location. The staff were very communicative and helpful.
A little hard to find the entrance to begin with.
The shared space is really nice, nice to sit outside! Rooms are tidy and quite big. Check-In was easy, Host answered all the questions quickly via WhatsApp. Location next to trainstation quite good, close to Old Quarter.
You needed to wear slippers to use the shared bathroom, but there was only one pair in our room, so we couldn't use the bathroom at the same time.
Great location, beautiful retro design, and great connections to both laundry and spa. We loved our stay here!
Pros: - Clear communication with the hosts - Nice spacious room - Centrally located - Good wi fi connection
Cons: - Cleanliness in common areas such as the terrace or shared bathroom was not good.
Clean room, good location
This apartment was comfortable and we really liked the large communal outdoor terrace area. The room itself was also quite spacious and had everything we needed! This place was overall really good value for money and in a great location.
The shared bathroom that wasn’t very clean. Also make sure you have the exact right cash for your stay because there is no one at reception to give you change.
Very trustable owner!
The room was really nice, big and comfortable
Nothing
Great place for design-lovers. Very good location near to train station. Nice terrace for breakfast. We didn't want to leave the place :)
It was easy to communicate with the host, even though I have never seen him, we chatted through the booking app. The common area of the homestay was good
The room we stayed in was very poor, you could see outside through the cracks in the walls, walls damaged by the water (likely get wet during the rain). Even though it is a cheap place to stay, we had stayed at much much better places for the same price, even in Bangkok.
Great location, really safe. The filtered water and communal fridge was really lovely to have. Comfy beds, nice common area and very clean.
You have to pay in exact cash, but it wasn’t a huge problem for us.
The host was really kind and welcoming, he managed to create a wonderful space!
A very cozy and welcoming place! The host was extremely nice and helpful and offered very detailed information! The shared area is just lovely, indeed a very retro vibe. We had a very short stay unfortunately, overall a great experience. Would totally recommend the place :)
The bathroom was shared just between 2 rooms which was great and had toiletries as well. However the shower was quite bad, no curtain or anything which led to the entire room getting wet.
Well located right near the train station. The Owner messaged you check in instructions after booking which are very concise, made the process very easy. comfortable pretty rooms. communal kitchen /seating area if needed. great price. very helpful owner, as I whatsapped him on a couple of occasions with questions/recommendations. we stayed here twice! would recommend :)
unfortunately the light from a neighbouring room kept us awake (as there are glass panel doors with no curtain) Also the noise from the people in the room opposite when coming in late - although that is not the property’s fault!
This is the second time I've chosen this homestay. The room was comfy, clean and quiet, and it has a private balcony. There are signs giving you all the info you need to navigate within the homestay.
- An electric fan would be a nice addition, so that I don't have to rely on only the AC which makes the room a bit stuffy if turned on all day. - There was no lighting once I exited the homestay and got to the ground floor, which is a bit convenient at night.
Stayed here very briefly just for 6 hours as our train got in at 5am and we wanted somewhere to sleep and shower before our onward travel. The accomodation was great, very near the train station, clean, spacious and very good price. Our host was quick to respond and gave detailed instructions to get in.
Getting into the building is a bit of a faff with several locks to unlock and you always need a key to exit the building. It would be easier if combination locks were used.
I needed to rent a room close to the train station, and this is exactly it. It only took me 7 minutes to walk to the station, and it is located on a really quiet street with cool shops, so the next time I will try to walk and explore the neighborhood. The owner is really supportive, and always quick to answer my questions. There are signs around the house that give you all the information you need.
The bathroom is outside, so maybe don't take a shower at night or you might catch a cold.
Really nice place. Quiet and close to the old quarter. The room was comfy and the host was so helpful! Definitly recommend :)
Light above the key box not good, hard to see code lock
