Hotel Sentral Pudu @ City Centre / Bukit Bintang

Location . I stayed in this hotel back in 2018. Basing on that experience I choose again but was highly disappointed.

AC was not working properly. Breakfast menu was very poor though I paid for that. Room was not cleaned regularly.

Great and location and comfort.

I think the AC should be updated and the mini fridge was not working properly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were genuinely impressed with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The hotel has very good facilities and everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the effort the hotel puts into making guests feel welcome. The location is another big advantage. It is conveniently located close to the town, making it very easy to access shops, restaurants, transportation, and other important places. This made our stay much more convenient, especially when we wanted to go out and explore the area. What really stood out to us was the quality of the staff and their hospitality. Everyone we interacted with was polite, kind, and professional. Good customer service can make such a difference to a hotel stay, and the staff here definitely made our experience more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay. The combination of a great location, good facilities, comfortable accommodation, and genuinely friendly staff makes this hotel a place we would happily recommend to others. Nothing at all

Breakfast was decent and acceptable. Our flight was an evening one and the front office staff offered overseeing our luggage in the reception area which was thoughtful.

The pictures advertised is quite opposite of what you actually get. The rooms were basic with a bed, TV and a table. Nothing extra like a towel hanger or extra chairs. The lighting in the room was not sufficient. Just the one chair supplied for a room of three. Cleanliness was an issue as they use the same mop for cleaning the toilet and room which really is hygienically not right. Regardless of having the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign, staff have come into our room and did their business. Spotted a roach and lizard in my room. Breakfast was acceptable with many times, certain dishes being spicy for my palette but they had other varieties so would not complain. I would recommend that they have more variety of fruits and fresh juices rather than cordial. The reception staff never spoke or smiled but they were never rude so it didn't really matter. I booked two rooms with 4 adults and one child. However, there was no extra bed in the room and my 8 year old slept with me and my daughter. To top it up, i had to pay extra for her breakfast although Booking.com recommended and it came up with breakfast included in both the rooms.

1. Poor lighting, light very dim, should install more lamp or brighter bulbs 2. Inhaled Smoke during sleep in middle of night. Need to open the window for hours! (Disrupt sleeping whole night) 3. Aircond cant adjust temperature

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The mattress and bedsheets caused itchiness, and I was concerned there might have been bed bugs or hygiene issues. I hope the hotel will inspect and improve the cleanliness of the bedding for future guests."

We booked a room with breakfast option and we got poisoned right after eating the breakfast in the first morning of the stay in this hotel. Ended up in the emergency room. In the picture it looks very nice. But the hotel is very very old and. When we arrived we encountered a scene a strange man that looked like a homeless, was laying next to the stairs of the hotel entrance. When we were checking in we saw him entering the hotel elevator later, we saw him again in the elevator he was acting so strange we were afraid to enter the elevator. The room very old, the sheets had stains and the pillows were yellow. The corridors look like a refugee dormitory, very creepy.

Housekeeping staff are bad. Simply interrupt my room at 10.40am asking if i am check out today or not by pushing the door hardly like to do ambush!! So terrible! I am so disappointed because before this nothing happened like this.

No breakfast there. There is a cafe restaurant in the hotel but it opens after after 10 am and close within 5 at the afternoon. There is no trigger at the push shower in any room. There is also a Telephone in room but no number shared not even for reception.

Reception could have more helpful. You need to walk a lot to go any train station or Bukit Bintang or time Square.

没有停车位，房间隔音差，洗脸盆租塞的严重，房间很暗，被颜色不是白色的已经变黑了，感觉肮脏

地理位置优越，交通便利 员工服务态度好，但在check in的时侯速度很慢 总之6/10

location was not so good. There is no good restaurant to eat around the hotel. The size of room was good. However, I found everything dirty there. No sense of art. Beds were very uncomfortable and poor. The pillows and blankets were so dirty. Breakfast were so poor. It was not really continental breakfast. It was rather chinese breakfast. Very few items were served everyday. I had an impression that the left over items for dinner were served in the morning as breakfast with some breads and local jams. No boiled eggs or banana were served. The juice were so poor in taste. Coffee was horrible. I never drink such bad coffee or tea. Bathroom amenities were so poor. I was feeling dirty to use any of them.

Deceiving. Photo and actual room looks totally different. Bed looks like potential for bed bugs. Furniture looks like it’s picking what others had thrown away. Curtain is dirty. Window looks like someone can climb in. Door creaks when open.

Stosunek jakości do ceny. Hotel nie jest wart żadnych pieniędzy. Personel jest na tyle nie miły, że nawet nie odpowiada na dzień dobry które rzucamy im mijając się w korytarzu. Pokój jest koszmarny i pełen karaluchów. Szklane drzwi od łazienki, które jednocześnie są drzwiami od kabiny chyba nie były myte od lat. Po poprzednich gościach też nie było wystarczająco posprzątane, skoro znalazłam na oknie brudne patyczki do uszu. Tu jest ewidentnie problem z czystością i brakiem szacunku do gości.
