Reviewed Sep 19, 2026I came here two years ago and really enjoyed my stay, so I decided to come back. I was very happy to see the quality didn't decline at all. The staff are so friendly and awesome, they make the place feel so comfortable, and they go above and beyond to make their guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is phenomenal! Water, snacks, coffee, tea are provided 24/7. The neighborhood offers tons of massage parlors, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops etc. If I go back to Chiang Mai, I will probably stay at BED Nimman again.

I booked this hotel after seeing it recommended so many times online, but I was shocked by how poor the facilities were. I wouldn’t even call it a hotel—it felt more like a cheap guesthouse. As soon as I entered the room, there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. The room was extremely dirty, and the shower area was disgusting, with limescale all over the floor. Strangely, the washbasin was right next to the bed, and there was hardly any storage space.

The hotel is closed to the airport meaning that you hear the planes, it's unavoidable, but not a big issue as such if you sleep with hear plug

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Service by the staff were more than exceptional. There were a lot of them and they're all young, energetic and sociable, always attentive to the movement of guests in and out and never hesitate to say Hello or engage in a conversation. Room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Location is great - just a little outside of the busy areas, yet walkable distance. There are numerous amenities nearby and also restaurants. I requested for early check in and I arrived at 10am. After doing the check in, the staff invited to have breakfast, which normally is only for the following morning. This is the first time I was offered breakfast on the day of check in.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026全天候都有冰水、飲料、水果及點心自取供應，非常好！早餐簡單卻又有很多樣化的選擇，非常夠，很喜歡！飯店裡的員工也都非常親切和善。距離市區近，周邊也很多商家，很方便。房間寬敞，兩個行李可以打開。有個小陽台很棒！也很乾淨整潔，若下一趟再來清邁，會再選擇入住。
廁所淋浴間只有一半玻璃隔著，沒有門，水會潑到外面，洗澡時會要非常小心，除了這一點其他都還好。

Les lits sont très confortables, les chambres propres et bien aménagées (il n'y manquerait qu'un peu plus d'espaces de rangement pour les vêtements). Le petit-déjeuner est superbe, très diversifié. L'hôtel est stratégiquement bien situé, dans le quartier de Nimman. Je recommande!
Petit hic : peu d'espaces de rangement dans ma chambre. Un meuble pour les vêtements serait apprécié. 😌

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026We hadden 3 nachten geboekt. Het hotel overtrof ons in alle verwachtingen. Kamers waren ruim, schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt was het beste wat we in onze reis naar Thailand hebben gehad. Vers brood, croissants alle soorten eieren die je wilde werden voor je gemaakt. Zoals in alle hotels ook voldoende Aziatische keuze. Lekkere koffie uit een espressomachine die je ook gedurende de gehele dag kon nemen. Ook was er de hele dag in de koelingen ook water verkrijgbaar. Ik zou dit hotel ten zeerste aanbevelen.

We had a last minute flight change and they went out of their way to make sure we got to the airport on time, with coffee in hand. We are very grateful! Rooms are simple but have all the basics, as well as nice hot showers. I’ll stay here again.

중국 사람들이 많았음. 아침 7시가 되지도 않았는데, 맞은 편 룸에서 큰소리로 떠들고, TV 소리도 크게.켜 놓았음. 그 소리에 잠에서 깸. 금요일 밤에는 그 동네 전체가 다 시끄러운 느낌이었음. 웅웅 소리가 울렸음 세면대가 화장실 밖에 있고, 찬물만 나옴. 룸에서 약간 찌린내가 났음.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026시설이 깔끔하고 조식이 아주 맛있어요. 2박 묵었는데 매일 조금씩 다른 메뉴가 있었어요. 조식시간이 아니어도 1층 냉장고에 컵라면이나 간단한 과일, 물이 준비되있어서 좋았어요. 체크이웃하는 날 치앙마이 시내에 행사가 있어 택시 호출이 잘 안되었는데 직원들께 도움을 요청하여 무사히 치앙라이로 이동하는 버스를 탈수있었어요.
더 머무르고 싶었어요.

없었다. 모두 만족한다. 다만 비행기로 인한 소음은 있으나 잠을 자는데는 아무 문제가 없었다. 정말 좋은 호텔이었다.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026The facilities are modern, stylish, clean. I don't know why there are comments regarding the sink. I find it useful to be separate from toilet, while my wife showers I use the sink, it saves time. Each floor has 1 balcony at the end, where you can watch the sunrise. The staff is super nice, always there to help. Dima speaks russian (my language) and is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is delicious and always fresh. Nice neighborhood, very vibrant with lots of restaurants and massage places, and yet quiet and calm. 15 min from center of Chiang Mai. Overall it was an amazing stay.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025We were excited to stay at the Bed in Nimhan we were so delighted the minute we walked in to the Hotel. The staff greeted us and made us feel welcome straight away, our room was super clean modern and fresh. And a very comfortable bed which is not always easy to find in Thailand. The breakfast atmosphere and selection was just perfect, the nice spoil is coffee and tea in reception and a few nice treats in the way of snacks, l lovely gesture is the bottled water you get free. There was a fridge of bottled water on our floor, it’s a quiet street and walking distance to a wonderful selection of restaurants and activities. A personal thank you to the staff for making our stay so nice. If we come to Chiangmai will always come back, this is an adults only Hotel and that was a big bonus for us especially at holiday times. We have been to Thailand for over 20 years stayed at more expensive places but this places deserved more than five stars, such a great nice experience. We will never forget our time here.
