Nice staff, very polite, on service. Nice breakfast on the stunning balcony with the smell of medina and chill atmosphere with the birds in the background. Riyad inside is veeery nice, in Moroccon way 😍

No era muy limpio, la habitación solo cambiaban solo las toallas o eso creo pero estaba el suelo siempre sucio.

Dirty showers, flooded and nasty. We booked the hotel for 3 nights but left first thing in the morning. Didn’t sleep all night.

Il existe des endroits que l'on visite… et il existe des endroits qui vous marquent pour la vie. Ce riad fait incontestablement partie de cette deuxième catégorie. Tout est absolument parfait. Le riad est magnifique, spacieux, décoré avec un goût exquis, d'une propreté irréprochable et d'un calme absolu. La literie est d'un confort exceptionnel, offrant des nuits reposantes. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin pour que les hôtes se sentent privilégiés. Une piscine rafraîchissante au milieu du Riad et très propre. Son emplacement est également idéal : à seulement une dizaine de minutes de la célèbre place Jemaa el-Fna, tout en étant situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé. Un parking menant rapidement au Riad est à proximité. Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes et avions réservé 7 chambres. À tout moment, nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement en sécurité, que ce soit en journée ou en soirée. C'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter pleinement de Marrakech tout en retrouvant le calme et la sérénité après une journée de découverte. La cuisine est tout simplement extraordinaire. Chaque repas est un véritable voyage de saveurs, préparé avec passion et générosité. Un immense bravo aux équipes en cuisine qui méritent toutes les félicitations. (Ghislaine et Nassima) Mais la véritable richesse de ce lieu, ce sont les femmes et les hommes qui le font vivre. Je voyage beaucoup, mais je peux dire sans hésiter que je n'ai jamais rencontré une équipe aussi exceptionnelle. Leur professionnalisme est irréprochable, mais ce qui touche le plus, c'est leur immense gentillesse, leur sourire permanent, leur disponibilité et toutes ces petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Ici, on n'est pas un simple client : on devient un invité, puis presque un membre de la famille. Je souhaite adresser un merci du fond du cœur à toutes les personnes qui se sont investies pour préparer mon anniversaire.

Stunning Riad - lovely rooms and pool. Stayed in July and was never hot in the Riad. Staff were great and super helpful.

NOTHING about it

Its not an hotel but hostel. The location is in the worst smelling area. Smells SHIT from morning till night. The facilities are located in old town with narrow streets and motorbikes almost will hit you. The small water basin they call pool is full of filth. The breakfast was the worst I hade in my life. Not worth more than 20€ per night. Families with children should stay away.

Le petit déjeuner ce jour là la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas , le thé sans menthe Et les œufs resté longtemps il y’avait rien rien n’était bon … Il faut faire les choses simple et que ça soit bon un petit déjeuner traditionnel ça serait mieux un bon thé à la menthe des mlawi harcha c’est ce que les touristes recherchent et les œufs simple ou Avec poivrons , le monsieur a la réception nous a pas fait payer le petit déjeuner et encore heureux car il était vraiment pas bon c’est rare quand je me plains

There was not much that was good

From the start our stay got off to a bad start as there was no soap in the room and no water left in the fridge. We had to keep going up and down the stairs to find someone who could give us soap as the staff were lazy and not proactive. The breakfast was routinely disgusting with flies and bees everywhere and a very poor choice. Despite a number of reviews there has not been anything to fix this. At the end of our stay the water we were being given, we were told we would have to pay for despite there being every pretence that this water was complimentary charged at a higher rate. The staff at the front of the hotel was very rude, in particular Ahmed. A very disappointing stay.

El Riad es muy bonito y el chico que nos atendió fué muy atento, la situcion es buena pero hay passar por unos callejones que generan inseguridad.

Le petit déjeuner , nous sommes arrivés sur la fin mais pour le prix (7€) c’est vraiment pas ça . Vous pouvez déjeuner un peu plus loin pour beaucoup moins cher

The staff were so sweet and accomodating for literally everything. They were always seeet and went above and beyond.

It was actually so cool in the Riad compared to outside that the pool felt probably too cold haha.

Wir sind mit wirklich großzügigster Gastfreundschaft behandelt worden. Wir konnten unsere Fahrradkoffer für 10 Tage hier unterstellen, durften nach dem Check Out noch bis spät abends in der Lobby und der wunderschönen Dachterrasse bleiben und der Transfer mit unseren Bikes hat das Riad auch super organisiert. Wir haben uns einfach sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und möchten dem gesamten Personal ein riesengroßes Dankeschön aussprechen!

Splendida esperienza in un riad tipico e autentico. La struttura è bellissima, ricca di decorazioni tradizionali curate nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Uno dei punti di forza è sicuramente la colazione, abbondante e deliziosa, servita sulla splendida terrazza panoramica. Un'oasi di tranquillità perfetta per rigenerarsi dopo una giornata alla scoperta della città. Consigliatissimo!"

Per essere considerato Riad di lusso sono rimasto deluso da alcuni aspetti … nella camera la TV non funzionava e l’acqua dal rubinetto del bagno usciva a gocce (cosa che non mi aspetto da strutture di “lusso”) … inoltre, va bene la colazione in terrazza panoramica ma non puoi servire la colazione dove il mangiare è pieno di Vespe all’interno e dove gli uccelli entravano all’interno del cibo … a mio modesto parere molto da rivedere

Considero que deben ser más precavidos en la asepsia de los alimentos que estén tapados y protegidos de los insectos para el desayuno, al igual que precaución en el lavado de los utensilios de cocina.

Todo en general.Las instalaciones,la belleza del patio interior del Riad,la decoración de las habitaciones,su ubicación a 5 minutos de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna,el desayuno abundante y variado,el personal muy amable y atentos ,nos gestionaron los taxis de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto y nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque.Repetiremos sin duda.

Quizás las almohadas un poco bajas pero se acompañaba de una doble almohada que siempre te ponen en la cama

The room we stayed in happens to be so small for a twin room. It was not a standard 2 single bed but a double and a sofa bed which was not at all comfortable. The bathroom is flooded everytime we take a bath/shower.

Es muy bonito. Cuando llegamos nos dieron un té muy rico.

El bufet para el desayuno tenía los platos mojados. Y la chica del bufet era muy atenta pero tenía gripe y no se puso tapabocas.

El alojamiento es precioso, una terraza enorme arriba con vistas de todo el centro, el personal fue super agradable con nosotros y nos ayudaron muchísimo con todo. Recomendamos pedir que os recojan del aeropuerto y asi no perderos, porque os acompañan hasta el Riad.

Honestly, disappointed as they mislead us to a 2 person bedroom.

It wasn’t clean and kids’ cot had yellow stains and also we got back to uk with lice. We emailed the staffs and customer service for booking.com and completely ignore by them. Please do avoid.

Unfortunately this hotel is not good if you have mobility issues. There are lots of stairs and no handrails. Breakfast was very bad it is simply bread and small cakes served on the rooftop where the birds and flies are pecking at the produce . The surrounding area is not safe at night in the dark we were approached twice by strange men also during the day mopeds are racing up and down the alley and round the corners its death defying trying to walk through the alley not good if your mobility is an issue!!!

The property was beautiful and there was always someone around who was willing to help if you needed anything.

The room was quite dark, so it was hard to see sometimes. However, we were in a room that didn’t have a window, so I don’t think this would be a problem for every room!

Struttura molto bella, pulita e curata. Cambio asciugamani quotidiano, posizione ottima poiché a due passi dalla piazza principale ma anche da un parcheggio accessibile ai taxi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente

La colazione, pur essendo buona, si può migliorare. A volte il cibo finiva e non veniva subito reintegrato, per cui bisognava aspettare perché tutto era cucinato al momento. Da apprezzare però la gentilezza del personale che si dava da fare per soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste
