The pool was great, we also had a birthday party and could you the kitchens and large room for all the family. Staff were very helpful and freindly. location was central and perfect for us

The Parking lot. Also they have to knock at our room so early in the morning because of the guest who parked and blocked the other cars. Next is the Refrigerator in which all 3 rooms we got, it has a bad smell. Try putting charcoal and keep the door open when the room is vacant

スタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧。お部屋は広くシャワーはお湯が出る。朝食付きで広く綺麗なダイニングで頂ける。ウォーターサーバーがあり水は自由に補充できる。プールもまずまず広く快適。中庭もあって鳥の囀りで目覚める朝は素晴らしいです。歩ける範囲にレストラン多数。

Only minor issue is location, and only because it's quite a challenge getting across the main road, because a few fast food places, the mall and S&R Market are on the opposite side of the road.

The excellent reviews that this hotel receives are totally justified. This hotel is a real gem! Our room was comfortable and spacious. The swimming pool is lovely as are the gardens. There are plently of tables and chairs dotted around to sit in. Everything is kept really clean, the rooms, pool, gardens, etc. The staff are all very polite and accomodating. The complimentary breakfast is typical filipino, rice, fried egg and a meat. The house rules allow you to bring food and drink in and you can heat things up in the communal kitchen where there is a microwave. There was a fridge in our room. Parking is available at the vack of the hotel.There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had a very comfortable stay and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Slightly down on amenity. Breakfast was simple and tasty, maybe needed to add some fruit.

It was a long cab ride from the airport. I wasn't expecting the time and cost of the taxi trip.

Frühstück. Ei / Reis / und Beilage des Tages Würstchen / Hackartiges / ...). Kein Mittagessen und Abendessen verfügbar aber es gibt ausserhalb des Resorts genug Restaurants, man verhungert also nicht. Liegt mitten in der Stadt mir sehr schönem Garten und Poolbereich. War manchmal etwas laut wegen der Stadt.

At night talking could be heard at the rear of the property and talking from around 5 am daybreak . Not excessively loud but continual and at one point sounded like chanting .

We had a relaxing time the staff was super friendly

Die Unterkunft hat einen schönen grünen Garten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend groß. Der Pool ist schön.

Das Frühstück war nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Reis mit Ei und eine Art Wurst. Für internationale Gäste sollte es Toast mit Marmelade geben.

This place was exceptional....clean, comfortable and extremely well maintained and modern! The location had us guessing in the beginning but once found it was a very nice relaxing stay. Parking provided free and complementary breakfast included. Awesome huge clean warm pool....room was a pleasant surprise to some of the other not to good places we've been. Aircon was cold and quiet. Hot water and just clean and maintained. I would recommend!!! We'll be back when in the Davao city!!!!

There's no security guard both in the main entrance nor the parking area. Opening ang closing the gate by ourselves is fine but it's still okey to have a security guard since parking gate is always left open.

Room: The room is fine. This is actually my fourth stay here, as I’ve always been drawn back by the tranquility, peace, and comfort the place offers. However, I didn’t expect my fourth visit to come with such a different experience. Breakfast: It was delicious!

Accommodation: I booked a Junior Suite for a special birthday celebration, and we traveled all the way from Kidapawan to relax and enjoy some quality family time. Upon arrival, after settling the payment via GCash, we were unexpectedly handed two room keys. The receptionist explained that the manager/owner had booked us separately without informing us in advance. This was quite a surprise, as we expected to be in one suite as originally booked. Had I not raised the concern, the issue wouldn’t have been addressed. While it was eventually resolved, the experience left a negative impression. Pool: Unfortunately, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool facilities—especially the children’s pool. A group of guests staying nearby, with three children aged 9–12, dominated the small kids’ pool, which can only comfortably accommodate three children at a time. My two young kids, aged 8 and 5, barely had any space to play, and we were made to feel unwelcome—as if they had exclusive rights to the area simply because they paid more. While I understand the difference in rates, all guests should be given equal opportunity to enjoy the amenities. It would be much better if the kids’ pool were expanded to accommodate more children. Interestingly, the adult pool remained mostly unused during our stay, which felt like a missed opportunity for better space planning.

The room is very noisy. We are like sleeping in the middle of the road. Coming from airport it took us 45 minutes to arrive because of heavy traffic. It was horrible we booked 2 nights but moved a day before booked another hotel as you can't even have rest because of the road noise.

Bedding smell from the mattress. Needs replacing. Room was very clean but the bed gave me an allergic reaction and I was sick by the time I left 2 days early. Breakfast - inadequate for foreigners - no bread/ toast or jam available and only powdered milk for the coffee. After the first day we bought our own food and just eat in the room. It would be nice to be asked what we wanted for breakfast. Even though it was 50 meters from the Main Street the constant traffic noise made it impossible to sleep.Not easy to solve this in the city I know.

The Staff are very helpful and approachable. From porting our luggage to our room, getting us a taxi and helping us figure out where to get where… The place is clean and very relaxing. Recommended place to rest from the city’s buzzing and crowd.

I loved this place. Located in a great area to launch you visit to Davao. The staff was helpful at all times. The grounds are well maintained, and the art in the public areas was beautiful. Well Done!

nothing much, I am really happy to have stayed there. the pool maybe, because my 3 year old kid couldn't reach the kiddy pool. kiddy pool is around 2-3 feet tall.
