Great environment and excellent location. Supermarkets and shopping malls are within walking distance, so everything is very convenient. Parking was provided, and the host was very friendly and responsive in helping to solve any issues.

Check in information were outdated and incomplete. Apartment management has updated to using QR code for apartment entry but instructions provided still mention using access card. The apartment housekeeping was like not completed as Aircon cover was still left opened when we enters apartment. Common bathroom also have drainage issue as water drains very slowly.

Unit was considered clean. Air conditioning in living room and 2 bedrooms worked fine. Water heaters in both toilets worked fine too.

Parking was a logistical nightmare for us. Not sure if we were just unlucky and host was not equipped to handle the issue. We were issued QR codes (to enter apartment) and allocated a designated parking lot on designated carpark level6. There were 2 problems. Our designated parking lot was taken up by another vehicle and the QR codes did not allow us to enter lift lobby at carpark level 6. In short, we cannot park anywhere (will be wheel clamped). Host did help to msg building mgmt team but mostly not successful in solving issue. Throughout the stay, I felt that we (guests) were the ones left to handle the situation by ourselves. In summary, we managed to obtain a temporary car pass by ourselves for each day, but lots of time incurred in going back and forth between security team and building management team. Suggestion to host. It will be better to inform guest to pay for parking instead. That should reduce such an issue recurring in future.

It was a great experience for us.. location is great and also clean and spacious... Kids love it..♥️

House was very clean.Host will give all the chk in n chk out details a day before your stay via watsapp..very convenient..value for money n ideal for families to stay.v strategic locations.have mini mart downstairs..safe area from my point of view.

It will be good if host can allow early chk in by 12 noon instead of 3pm in future if possible

It was a smooth check in and check out process. The place is nice and clean.

1 of the water heater not working well. The air con at the room with the Twin beds was not very cold. The parking lot allocated has bird dropping issue on the car.

Memorable, recommended for big family. Good view. Near restaurant and mini market. Fast respond.

The host was very prompt in replying enquiries. Property was clean, beds comfortable, place was conveniently located in close proximity to minimart and food street.

Wifi and tv did not work, and host team came down on second day afternoon to rectify issue. Table in living room was shaky (host will repair), common toilet door needs much much strength to close completely (host will repair).

The homestay was very clean and nice place to stay..

It's cleanliness, facilities provided, free parking, strategic location, and convenient access.

It's not actually what I didn't like but rather a mere suggestion. It would be more welcoming for the host to provide complimentary basic tea and coffee making facilities and a couple of bottled drinking water before the guests could prepare any after a long, tiresome journey. We would happily and thankfully appreciate the gestures. Much love ❤️

I love it this place. Easy to going everywhere. downtown area. many facilities in this area. there are restaurants and 24-hour retail stores and shopping malls. There is also a beach to relax. Just go down and walk around.

Spacious apartment and tidy

The pick up point for the key in a grocery store seems very unwelcoming with the staff not pleasant. He is doing the job for the sake of doing it, it does not feel like a reception

Area with lots of establishments and foot traffic but is very secure! View of the city & the sea was superb. Danga Bay is just a few walks away and is a must visit. Multiple convenience stores nearby. Unit was huge for 4 pax and can even fit more. Complete home amenities so you don't need to buy anything for your stay. Had a problem on our side, but the hosts were very understanding of our fault.

Only the couch in the living room wasn't like the usual that's cushioned, sides and the sitting area was hard 😅

The property is well maintained and clean specially the living room and the kitchen.

The beds are a bit dusty under the duvet.

Appreciated the comfortable bed, cold aircon, kitchen, condo facilities, location, and staff communication. It was a good value too. Easy self checkin/out process. 24 hour eateries within walking distance.

The living room furniture could be more comfortable.

Like own home feelings. Pillows provided is more than expected.

Kitchen hood button not well functional. Steamer unit at kitchen, plug without converter. Shower heater located at outside bathroom not functional.

Convenient location which felt safe, kids loved the pool. Easy to walk to Aeon for supplies and local restaurants. Straightforward instructions for check in.

Would benefit from a general review. Both showers need attention- one slow draining and needing black mould cleaner, the other one very poor water pressure. Cleaning wasn’t thorough eg. Toothpaste stains and greasy surfaces. Needs attention to detail with chipped and missing crockery and cutlery. Uncomfortable sofa and empty beanbags for seating.
