La villa est très agréable pour 8 personnes. Chacun avait sa chambre et sa salle de bain. La piscine est agréable. Elle n’est pas très loin de commerces, accessible à pied. Le centre de Hoi An et la plage sont accessibles à vélo ou en taxi Grab. La machine à laver et le sèche linge est un plus. Le Ménage est possible à la demande. Thuy a été très disponible et accessible par Whatsapp.

Quelques difficultés pour le paiement de la maison. Pas de carte possible, prévoir cash ou paiement en ligne (s’assurer en amont que les paiements en ligne sont possible à l’étranger) Les vélos / petit-déjeuner sont des services payants. Au prix de la location, nous aurions apprécié que ce soit inclus (même un petit-déjeuner léger). Nous déconseillons de prendre les vélos à la nuit tombée. Beaucoup d’interrupteurs, pas de Clim dans la pièce principale, nous avons joué avec les ventilateurs. Les matériaux sont de qualité mais la maison mériterait un soin plus particulier pour qu’elle puisse durer. Moustiques autour de la piscine, impossible d’ouvrir les portes fenêtres du salon.

Beautiful Villa in a quiet local area. The view over the water buffalo field is amazing, and we watched the sunrise and the farmers drying their rice on the road every day. The pool was refreshing in the heat. The staff is friendly, helpful, gives us a lot of recommendations for the trip, especially tailored, and arranges for the chef to cook dinner for us at the villa.

The accomodations were superbfor a large group. We all had our own bath and bedroom so we could have privacty. Julie and her staff were super responsive to our every need. The chefs scheduled for our meals were amazing, handling the entire dining experience from set up to clean up and providing very tasty meals. Customer service was amazing.

This is such a lovely house in a rice farming community are just on the outskirts of Hoi An. It was such a pleasure to come back to the serenity of the retreat after a busy day visiting the beautiful city. A great house for a large group of friends!

From being greeted at the door by Julie to walking into a tranquil paradise. The whole experience has been amazing. The space and rooms to fit 3 families very comfortably.

Loved the whole set up of this property. Great outlook to the rice fields and the resident water buffalo and ducks . The hosts were really helpful, happy to answer questions and organise anything like scooters and booking places to dine at, local shops, day spa. The pool was perfect. Rooms were lovely . Couldn’t fault anything about the property .

13 of us stayed for 2 days, clean space, spacious and comfortable environment And the amiable manager made the trip very happy The manager of the accommodation can help you solve most of the problems, including transportation, food, attractions I will choose to stay in this hotel next time.

The staff were excellent, they were always helpful and quick to respond to any request. The house itself was fanntasic for a large group and ours was a family holiday catering for 10 adults and 3 children.
