Clean, lovely decor, great facilities, spacious (we were just 8 people) and super location. Excellent communication with rental team.

This is a minor point as it didn’t really affect us, but the (lovely!) bar on the street below could be quite noisy. However, all those sleeping street side said it didn’t affect them, good windows

Great location, easy to get around, lots of space for the ten of us. Owner was quick to respond to requests and issues.

Very noisy bars downstairs made it hard to sleep. All the bedrooms facing street were very loud. Old building and had some plumbing issues. Lots of steps to get into apartment, would not recommend for children or anyone with mobility challenges. Owner was quick to respond but caused some reshuffling for folks.

The place was beautiful and huge! Every room was clean, had a spacious layout and working AC. The owner was wonderful and so responsive to all of our needs. If you get a chance to meet her, please ask her about the history of the building. The place also had everything from hairdryers to irons and toddler needs. They provided our son with toddler cutlery, tub, crib, and highchair. Location is spectacular and there is really lovely restaurants all around the place. We had the most wonderful family holiday at this property.

There is couple restaurants downstairs and some of the guests that stayed on the street side rooms said it got a little loud. However, with the help of earplugs and white noise machine, everyone slept great including my toddler.

The location is fantastic - walkable to lots of key hotspots and around lots of lively night life; it was perfect for a large group with a number of rooms and comfy beds plus a generous communal space.

Unfortunately the keypad to enter the building broke on our first night and had to be reset the next day. We were lucky to be able to get in. The apartment owner however dealt with it promptly and reset the system so we had no further problems with it.

Everything about this apartment was amazing. We were a group of 15 girls together for a Hen Do in Lisbon for the weekend. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The en suite bedrooms an added bonus for a party of our size. The communal areas could fit us all and the utilities made our stay even easier.

There was nothing to dislike about the property!!

The location in the Bairro Alto area was perfect for our group.

We had a great stay for a hen party of 15 girls! Plenty of beds and bathrooms and great facilities like hairdryers and lots of kitchen equipment. It’s very central so the bars downstairs are loud if you’re staying at the front of the property but that didn’t really bother us! Would recommend for big groups!

-good location-walkable to the city, a lot of bars around -nice that there is a coffee in the kitchen, that is very well equipped! -the beds were fine-nothing extra, nothing bad

-the living room looks huge on the pics. in real life it is way smaller. I suggest to put real pics online -they could place body soap in the bathrooms -the guy who took care of us wasn't very helpful: he seemed always in the hurry and wanted to do everything fast and his way. when I was for help with luggage, he simply ignored it. I wanted to call him, but he said he is busy getting ready. not the best customer experience, specially that we pay a lot of money for that.

The location was fabulous, access was simple, flat was amazing and clean with tons of space. Each room had its own ac/heat and several had their own bathroom. Could not have picked a better place!

We were there with a group of 11 people. The location in the middle of the old town is just perfect. In the evening there is always something going on in the alleys directly around the house, lots of bars and small pubs. From the house up the adjacent main street is a beautiful square with a great view. Down the main street is also a nice place. Whether you follow the main street up or down, you get wonderful impressions of this great city. The house itself is very spacious in terms of rooms and layout, everything was very clean and well maintained. The owner and the check-in contacts are all super friendly. We had absolutely nothing to complain about during our time here. Thank you very much for everything and we will definitely come back to Lisbon!

Location is amazing for a weekend with friends. There are 2 bars right outside and several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk

Great location , great value for money for such a large group and the owner was very nice and let us stay back in the apartment until the afternoon as we had a late flight back which made our trip home a lot easier

Excellent location, surrounded by bars and restaurants which did make for a noisy stay but we knew that when we booked. Anna, who met us on our (delayed) arrival, gave us a tour of the property and explained all the house rules etc and was very friendly and helpful. Because it's located in a pedestrianised area it was awkward for the airport transfer mini-bus to access and he had to drop us at the top of street - but that wasn't a big issue. Free WiFi worked great. There were toiletries and hairdryers in each of the 7 bathrooms and plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, crockery and glassware in kitchen.

There was a camera in the lounge but we understand the footage is only viewed if required in response to a major issue.
