I like that the key was already in the room making it easy not to wait to get helped. The room was spacious and beautiful.

I did not like the fact that there was not coffee sachets at least in the kitchen.

It’s a small home stay kind of a thing. The owner is an artist and the place is designed amazingly. Each room is spacious, different and tastefully done up. Comfortable bed, some have their own fridge, or there is a large fridge, oven, kettle, cooking range, tea bags etc in the shared kitchen. Bathrooms are clean and functional, linen, towels etc are good quality. Location is fantastic, water taxi, metro etc round the corner, and the place is teeming with cafés, restaurants, shops, malls, spas etc.

Il manque de prise pour charger ses appareils. Pas de prise USB ou USB-C L inclinaison du sol dans la douche n est pas dans le bon sens donc l eau s etend un peu dans la salle de bain.

Everything! The room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. The location is very nice, in a small, friendly neighborhood filled with good cafes and shops. And the bougainvillea blossoms are lovely. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Super spacious and well kept. It feels like a home with a common dining space. The owner manager is friendly and helpful. I was missing an item after I returned home, so he look for it (but with no luck) yet was kind and empathetic.

I was on the 7th room after taking 7 flight of stairs (equivalent to European 4th floor?). I had 3 pieces of luggage (2 large ones weighing 20kg each) and it took me 3 trips up and down to bring all my stuff up to the room. Good exercise, but was at midnight when I arrived.

The location, walking distance to fantastic restaurants and a short cab ride to the city.Thao Dien is busy but totally different to the traffic of Siagon.

Friendly owner, lovely apartment , clean, cozy, comfy, homely feel, nice decor, nice clean location, everything available in the area, nice & quiet, nice range & mix of eateries, bars etc. I enjoyed staying in this accom & my time here....nice+++. Would highly recommend.

Das Zimmer war super wohnlich eingerichtet mit viel Deko, Grünpflanzen und Details, so dass man sich direkt daheim gefühlt hat. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und -bereich waren sehr gemütlich und man konnte leicht mit den anderen Bewohnern ins Gespräch kommen. Das WIFI war gut genug, um zu arbeiten und Videocalls zu halten. Die Wohnung ist in District 2, welches etwas abseits ist aber dennoch alles bietet. Mit einem Grab ist mit mit 2-3 € innerhalb von 30 Min. in der City oder man nimmt die Metro. Sehr zu empfehlen und v.a. auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Luan, der Kontakt vor Ort ist auch immer bereit für Tipps oder die ein oder andere Abendesseneinladung.

Eigentlich so gut wie nichts. Das Wasser hat sehr lang gedauert, bis es warm wurde, daher hab ich ab und zu kalt geduscht aber nicht so schlimm bei 32°C Außentemperatur.

Mình ở lại Notre Maison cho khoảng 3-4 đêm. Phòng decor rất là chill và cozy. Đối với mình thì đầy đủ tiện nghi. Ở ngoài thì tiện đi đủ chỗ mart, cafe, banh mi, v.v Nhà có cây xanh, rất là mát và chill. Mình có được một chuyến đi rất là thoải mái. Nhà có con mèo cam. Anh chị nhà dể thương. Cứ cần gì thì cứ hỏi.

Our room was very big. We had a sitting area with a couch, ottoman, and table. It was very quiet and comfortable. The host was pleasant and helped us find the things we needed in the neighborhood. Beautiful entryway with seating amongst greenery.

When we arrived, no one was around. We ended up finding a guest who texted the owner to come around and greet us. We had communicated that we would arrive early so it was a little annoying, after twenty hours of travel, to have to dig up the person in charge.

Tucked away on a quiet street yet super accessible to everything in Thao Dien.

It's a great little place, perfect for a night or two stay in D2 in HCMC

As there is no proper shower walls, having a squeegy to dry the floors after the shower would have been helpful. Also, having some handsoap at thes ink would be a nice touch. There are not many outlets in the room, especially close to the bed, so if you have more than one thing to charge, it's not very convenient. Finally, having a light next to the bed that can be turned on and off from the bed would be useful, rather than having to get up out of bed to turn all the lights off.

The host was super nice, I liked the surrounding. Very local and away from the hustle and bustle. If you are looking for somewhere local and not busy this place is good.

No elevator lol!! Although it did not bother me its not ideal for guests who can't walk upstairs to their room.

Beautiful house decorated very tastefully. Would just suggest providing a padded duvet for the beds alongside the sheet so that couples with different temperature requirements can both be happy

Unavailability of drinking water. Not sure if it is a thing in Vietnam that one should buy drinking water no matter where they are. Since tap water is not drinkable, it’s a bit inconvenient to keep buying plastic water bottles and disposing them. On streets too we couldn’t find any places to refill our water bottles.

Great location, clean and quiet room, modern and beautifully decorated, loved the house cat too. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and could check in later than anticipated.

The host, Luan, is an artist and you can see how beautifully he has decorated the place with his own art, woodwork or love for plants. The room and toilet were comfortable, spacious and homely. Luan himself is super helpful and communication was super smooth

I loooveeee everything about the house, the place is well-designed reflecting the elegancy of the owner. Where it is located is a big plus facilitating us to go for a walk, grab good breads and nice coffee. It was so great a staycation experience we've got

The homestay/ apartment (we stayed in room nr2) has a very nice feel, more personal than a hotelroom. I loved the colours used for decoration (true to the photo’s) and i loved the plants, the sofa and the big bed. Good size room, nice bathroom as well. A communal kitchen for all to use. Easy check-in. Host was a very nice person and very responsive. Thao Dien is a seperate area (D2) with great little shops, restaurants and bars, of its own, and it is easy to take a Grab/ taxi to D1 if you want.

Phil was incredibly helpful and great at communicating over text. The furnishings in this guesthouse are beautiful, the attention to detail is something else! I felt so at peace here. The guesthouse felt very safe and welcoming as a solo female traveller.

Everything was perfect, the area is a little out of the way of the city and the airport but I knew that before booking so it's all good!

In the heart of Thao Dien, with easy access to local supermarket, and restaurants, as well as up scale dining if so desired. Very well located for my purpose

I felt just as free as when I traveled to different countries. I really like the self check-in system; it shows trust in your guests, letting them grab the keys and settle in without any hassle. The owner must be someone who loves to travel to have such good taste in organizing and decorating the room. The room has a unique style, like the cloth hanging bar made from a wooden stick and the tree decorations. The desk is placed by the window, getting plenty of sunshine. The rooftop is incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

The bathroom is showing its age and could use some upgrades.

We DID stay at the reserved date, and THREE WEEKS later, we got the notice from booking.com that we CANCELLED and NO SHOW according the the owner. We showed the snapshots of the grab, the conversation with the owner, and the photos of the property, the issue is not settled yet. Honestly I don't know it should be blamed for the website or the property, my two cents, before everything is clear, avoid booking.com or this accommodation.

The owner Phil was a great person, very attentive all the time. Every little detail of the place, including decor and greens, was beautiful.
