Luxury 1 Bed Apartment in CBD

사진과 같았어요. 한적한 곳에 있고 시내까지 못걸을 거리는 아니었지만… 리버사이드마켓까지 30분은 걸어가야하니 결국 올때는 우버 탔어요. 숙소 내부는 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었어요 소파베드를 사용했는데 커버 등을 미리 준비 해주었어요. 수건은 충분히 준비되어 있었어요. 가성비는 훌륭한 편입니다.

소파베드는 오염되어 있었고 얼룩 등… 먼지도 많았을 뿐더러 미리 말씀드렸는데 커버는 준비되었지만 여분의 베개, 이불 등은 다소 부족하게 느꼈어요. 엘레베이터가 없어서 3층까지 이동이 힘들었고 현관문 문제인것 같은데, 밖에 차 소음이 완전히 차단이 되지 않아… 어딘가에 문이 열려있나? 라고 착각하게 해요. 그리고 초기 비밀번호 세팅이 너무 단순해서 (바꿀수도 없으므로) 불안해요.

Great location. Clean and comfortable accomodation. Great security.

Access to the apartment was up flights of stairs which made getting luggage to the apartment a little difficult.

Well appointed and comfortable apartment. Close to Hagley Park and a walk to the main CBD. Close to bus stops and a variety of restaurants. We loved the thoughtful provisions such as chocolate biscuits and general pantry goods. Easy checking process.

The pull out bed could have a more comfortable mattress and there was some background noise at night from a nearby factory.

Comfortable and quiet for living, convenient for self cooking, fully equipments.

The room is too sealed, need to keep opening air condition for fresh air. And have no private parking.

Modern building, comfortable and close to the hospital for conference I attended: Apartment was well set up for a multi-day stay. Good kitchen and dining. Thank you!

I think there should have been notice that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. It’s a long way to carry bags up 2 floor.

Sehr tolles Aparrment, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar!

Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, daher muss man das Gepäck 3 Treppen hoch tragen

Had everything we needed and more. Felt like a home away from home.

The washer/dryer takes a long time to go through its cycle. Not a major, just something to be aware of.

An elevator would be useful

Amazing location. Right across from Hagley Park and a short wall away from the Botanical Gardens and the Riverside Market. The apartment is super cozy and feels very welcoming. Lily is very communicative and lovely to deal with. The Guestbook is also a cute touch.

Couch isn't the most comfy but it does the trick!

Close to town, despite being on a main road it was very quiet, was very clean.

Modern, Thoughtful and well presented. Good communication and easy to follow instructions.

Great location near Hagley Park and a short walk to Cashels Mall. Warm and comfortable. Excellent facilities including washing machine which we gratefully used. Effective soundproofing when windows closed, in spite of being beside Moorhouse Ave.

Some issues with wifi. Fixed with advice from helpful hosts.

We actually didn’t stay in this property because on the day of check in, we were told that it had issues and not liveable. I was the one who messaged them in the morning to confirm and that’s when I was told about the situation— I don’t know if they would have reached out earlier had I not contacted them. The owners were kind enough to offer another unit that was a bit further out from the CBD. They let us check in early & offered to cover one way’s worth of Uber from the airport. We didn’t want to worry about finding another accommodation at the last minute so we accepted. It messed up our original plans as we couldn’t just walk into the city and go back whenever we wanted (so my elderly parents could rest) but we appreciate the effort from the owners.

Laggy tv Road noise at night

Nice, modern, functional space that was really well equipped. Next to the park and netball courts where we played everyday

The noise of the traffic. Not something the hosts can really fix. Earplugs to sleep fixed that.

It was home away from home. Awesome!

We got upgraded (Thank you for that) But, the only downside was there is no parking slot available, so it was a bit stressful.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Electric blanket on bed, great shower. Has everything you need. Fold out couch wasn't overly comfortable but did the job. Good stay for the price..an information pack would have made our stay much easier 🙂

Was hard to find the apartment and when we got there our code didn't work. After a phone call we got a new code.No instructions for oven which you have to set the clock to turn on - however no info to be found anywhere so this took another phone call. Also there's no parking which I may have missed in the listing. We were lucky to get a park across the road though.

Not sure if we went up the building the wrong way, but we didn’t see an elevator so had to carry our luggages up about 3 flight of stairs.

great place to stay, comfy and warm. Great location geographically. There are cookies and marshmallows provided along with some cereal.

If you have a few bags the stairs can be tough- really noticed the noise from the factory across the road overnight which I didn't notice on my last stay-? bad timing maybe. Would really love to have a small milk in the fridge for arrival as have to get across the road to the petrol station and only large bottles available.
